It is difficult for me to choose a hotel because I have 3 people going to Busan this summer. Considering the location, rooms and prices of various hotels, I chose Cloud Nine Hotel, which I am very satisfied with. The room is only the size of a family house, so it is very large for three people, so you will not feel uncomfortable when you come to a family house. You can chat with friends on the clean sofa and big TV, and you are happy, and you can cook with the table and cooking utensils. First-class restaurants, convenience stores and Haeundae are right in front of the hotel, making it easy to go anywhere!

Rude and arrogant staff that spoiled everything Be careful on the picture of swimming pool package We arrived late at 10pm and was received well by the first young colleague, but once we were confused by the on site pool package that was not elaborated in current booking, another male staff printed oout a long T & C list and said that they had so many guests from Trip.com and it should be our fault not reading in details.We asked for possible additional charge and he teased on us for our intention to pay for W17000 on one session one person for using the pool. He even requested us to leave and cancel the booking immediately at that late timeslot , and happy to deal with it if we were not satisfied. His facial expression and gesture were all rude and did not carry any professional manner as a Frontline staff. I couldn't help after a long day trip with family , and nearly collapsed, and could only go back to the room assigned simply for a good bath and sleep. I still stayed for two days because the hardware is good, only this staff was unacceptable. Compared to the price we have paid, there are many other better choice nearby, with good full seaview and spacious room setting in another hotel. We did it, the next day

We stayed 3 nights here and it was fine. For peak tourist season, not a bad price and we got our own private room and bathroom. As is typical in Korea, the bed, room, and bath were all small by American standards, but it was enough. We weren't there very much anyways, as we were out from morning to night most of the days. Breakfast included was a huge help, even though the selection was small and simple. Our room had AC and its own code, and the main building had another separate code. The staff were friendly and helpful when we could find them. Only complaint was that the rules stated to be quiet after 10pm, yet 2 of the nights others were up loudly talking in the commons room. Though many Korean buildings do not have good soundproofing, either. Check in and out was easy, finding it was pretty easy with a map. Ideal location right by Haeundae beach with lots of places and things to do nearby, plus only being a 10min walk from the metro. Overall great place to stay for location, price, and commodities.

The location is great. Go downstairs, turn left and walk straight to the bathhouse in Haeundae. There are all kinds of delicious food downstairs! The breakfast is also good. There is a Southeast Asian girl in the restaurant. She is very cute and polite. But the room hygiene is really bad. When you press the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, yellow stuff comes out. The bedding is also covered with yellow spots. The balcony has never been cleaned. If you like to go barefoot, don't go to the balcony!

It was nice that there were adequate amenities, such as restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the room was clean. The TV doesn't stay on. The wifi is good, but the pillow is a bit high and hard so it gets stuck in my neck. But the bed is really wide and big. One bed can accommodate up to 4 people.

The lady managing the reception counter was not helpful at all when asked for help/ location to nearby area. Unlike my previous visit in Dec ‘22 where the guy managing the place was super helpful although he can barely speak English. Hope to see new, friendly staff if I were to come and visit the place again.

The room was very beautiful and had a big bath. Because the name of the hotel has a spa, I thought the hotel had a massage service, but it turned out to be no. The Dyson hair dryer is great! The room was generally clean, but there was a small stain on the sheets, the front desk was very friendly and felt good! There is free parking downstairs for self-driving tours, the disadvantage is that there are no other facilities. But in general, the stay experience is very good.

New hotel with island vibes aesthetic. Staff are friendly and speak enough English. Only thing to criticise is the breakfast. Coffee was good, but the food is a set menu and not buffet. It is a small mediterranean platter, sausage, salad, some bread and hummus. The breakfast was OK, but no choice at all for the menu, no way to change foods (since I don't eat pork) and no alternative dishes. It is also a small meal. For the money, and compared to peers, I expected much better food. That aside the hotel is very pleasant the pool on the 3rd floor is unusual for Korea and a great feature.

It's close to the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. There's also a market, so it's not inconvenient to go out and eat. And at this price. Good value for money. I think it's good for first-time visitors to Busan. It's especially convenient because there are stores selling kimbap and other flour-based foods near the hotel.

It is very close to the exhibition hall and subway station, and restaurants and department stores are within walking distance. The only shortcoming is that Google Maps cannot find and accurately locate the hotel. There are three hotels in the hotel building, and the front desk on the first floor also has the front desk of the three hotels. The sign on the building only says one of the hotels, HAEUNDAE CONVENTION HOTEL, which is easy to misunderstand. Passengers can go out from Exit 3 of Centum City Station and walk for 1-2 minutes to get there.

It is a new five star hotel in songdo beach so i decided to check it out. I had two separate stays for couple days each in the span of 10 days. The hotel is awesome and they upgraded me to a suite. Everything is new and clean... with that said, where do i begin. First of all nowhere in the wyndham website was stated that it was a soft opening. No room service and no lounge. The staff were very courteous but had incorrect information about a lot of things which made it very confusing. The water from the faucet had a little chemical smell. The elevators were the most inefficiently set up from parking to the room. The breakfast set up was scattered in inconsistent. I would have changed hotels after the first stay but wifey loved the rooms so we went back the second time. They should really have some, any, benefits for diamond members other than upgrades which they probably wont give if they are fully booked.

The hotel provides a lot of things, in addition to basic toiletries, hair products, basic maintenance products, just an extra host that cannot be turned on and a broken transmission line, and then the water in the bathtub will flow out from the side, resulting in if there is a bath, It will turn the bathroom into a small flood for a while, except for these problems, it is basically ok.

Facing the bus street, it was close to the bus stop and train station, and it was easy to go anywhere. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Also, it was comfortable to make up my bed every day. Amenity such as pots, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes ... were also available.
