|2.48km from city centerI was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager ”Hamza” who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.

|4.33km from city centerThis is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet location, nearby are cafes, restaurants and shops. We received a warm welcome , had to pay extra to check in early, but that’s normal. The room itself was spacious with ample wardrobe space, lovely super kingsize, comfortable bed. The room also had a fridge. The en-suite was also a good size. On arrival the room was very clean. But that’s where it finished! Housekeeping was nonexistent, bins weren’t emptied, toiletries and toilet paper wasn’t replaced, unless you asked, towels weren’t changed , unless you asked! There was a menu for breakfast and dinner but it was room service only, lucky for us we were in the annex and was a communal area we could eat a lovely breakfast, but in the main part of the hotel there was a dining room, don’t understand why that couldn’t be used? Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. When the problems I’ve mentioned are resolved this hotel will be very good!

|3.74km from city centerI booked this hotel at last minute and in the early hours of the morning, when the hotel I had originally booked had an issue. Despite the hour the gentleman I spoke to on reception was very welcoming and friendly. He was able to provide me with Room 403 which was positioned at the rear of the hotel. My first impressions of the room were good. It was immaculately clean and had air conditioning and bottled water provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were of a reasonable standard. The room was of a good size and had good wifi. My room had no view to speak of but the rooms situated at the front of the hotel do have a view. The lighting was good in the room but without the lights it seemed quite dark. All the staff are the hotel were delightful and were eager to please you as a guest. I was particularly impressed with house keeping. They really were friendly, very efficient and their attention to detail excellent. They provided a lovely buffet breakfast each morning which gave a good choice of food items. It was all well presented. The hotel is situated in a great location. It is the Blue Area, Sector F9 which is a great area of Islamabad. The hotel has plenty of parking and is situated adjacent to a main road and opposite parkland. It is within easy walking distance of a shopping centre and restaurants and cafes. The one observation I had was that some areas of the hotel in my opinion have been modernised while other areas just still seem a little dated. As much as my stay was very comfortable, the hotel is not cheap and I feel it now needs to compete with much more modern hotels in the area, that have a similar price point.

The best years are definitely behind. Rooms renovated but everything is poisoned by the mouse. The only plus large metras. Breakfast in buffet form with a lot of choice but under local customers. Free wifi is more likely everywhere, with this hotel class, is also in standard.Definitely at this price I do not recommend.

Not satisfied with the hotel, 600 yuan is only equivalent to the domestic service quality and level of 300 yuan. But this is not the problem of this hotel, but that the country of Pakistan is too poor and backward, and the overall standard in all aspects is poor.
Pakistan’s hotels are not like Vietnam and Cambodia. Many scenic spots are well managed by foreign investment. Pakistan does not have a tourism industry, so hotels are managed by locals, and the standard is not high.
Ugh! If it weren't for the epidemic that you couldn't return to the country, who would come to this horrible place in Pakistan?

Personally, I feel good about the hygiene, just like your relative's home in the county. Facilities: bathroom heater, toilet, air conditioner, fan, basic facilities are all there, but I didn't ask how to wash clothes! I was hesitating whether to wash it by hand or by machine. It was my third day here, so there was no need for it. The service is very enthusiastic and the boss is very kind. There are basically self-built houses outside the street, all with different personalities! Not as uniform as the countryside! Everyone must have his or her own philosophy!

The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable
Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money.
Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure
Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice
Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. I actually saw Huawei’s Pakistan headquarters
Eighth: The hotel provides three meals. Surprisingly the chef is Chinese. That's great. Love Chinese food

The location is perfect in F6/4 area with the best restaurants such as Nando's, Chop Chop Wok and Chaaye Khaana at a stone's throw away. For shopping also, the souvenir, carpets and fashion boutiques are 5 minutes walk away. The location is very secure and the security guard opens the gate with a smile. The hotel manager checks in efficiently and provides an overview of the facilities. The butlers informed us about the clothes washing facility which is done at Marriott's laundry shop.
The room was clean and equipped with all necessities including coffee and tea, fast wifi, lots of tv channels and adequate toiletries. The water pressure and temperature was perfect for soothing shower.
The breakfast was scrumptious and included ommellete as well as Pakistani style. The hotel manager Faraz was super friendly and helped me get print outs . He also guided me on sightseeing areas.
In short, this place is great for an affordable price and I will stay here again.

Services: I must appreciate the staff for their great service and hospitality. The breakfast had good variety. The breakfast coffee isn’t good but the one you pay for is creamy and frothy. You can either ask for ironing service or can just ask for iron board and do it yourself. Location: The nearest market is Kohsar which is 10 mins walk away. But the plus point of this location is a very close-by walking track and that it’s very close to all major hotels and business centres. For business stays, it’s perfect. Ambience: Now coming to negative points: the guesthouse is in serious need of renovation. The sheets were old and paled. The bathroom tiles were fading. Room view: The second negative point is room view. If you’re someone who care for room views like me, you’d be disappointed.

Personally, I feel that it has reached a five-star standard, but it charges a three-star fee. In particular, the Chinese food at every meal is particularly rich. The boss is very nice and attentive.
