Unit 1214 is VERY run down and in severe need of a good cleaning and fresh paint. Very limited kitchen equipment, and no hot mitts, etc. We stayed there for a week and the owners charged us for a late check out, $100, even though it wasn’t booked for that night! You will get nickel and dimed for everything.

AC went down on Day 1 and temperature in apartment reached 83’. Not a thing was done. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Beautiful pools and nice grounds but unfortunately a hotel in Miami without AC and no apology and no attempt to make amends just doesn’t cut it.
