Otter falls is just lovely. The staff are welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The lodge was warm and the xmas decs and tree made it so cosy. We ate at The Sidmouth Arms twice, we can highly recommend this. My husband went fishing and caught some lovely fish. The ducks are so friendly they eat out of your hand. The shop on site sells duck food. Looking forward to going back next year. Steve and Jackie P.S. sorry we managed to forget our fridge stuff...hopefully someone could use it !

On arrival the staff were helpful & friendly. Got to Treehouse 3 & it was just so cosy, it had everything we needed. Even the cute dishwasher. Along with Christmas decs. Used the free boules, didn’t get to the Tuesday cream tea. Maybe next time. It’s just tranquility & relaxation at its best. Immaculately kept grounds. Maintenance guy helped straight away with heaters eg flap opens at top for temp by the way. Lovely meal in Sidmouth Arms, pizza on site on the Wednesday was so delicious & handy. We loved it & looking to return very soon.

So glad we found this place, perfect place to totally relax. Accommodation was very clean and cosy and the hot tub was very clean and looked after. Staff leave you to it but are very helpful if you need it. Will be booking again early next year and taking other family too.

A wonderful find and perfect place for family and dogs to celebrate a birthday. Accommodation was clean , warm , welcoming treats and everything we needed . Lots to do on site walks, cycling , swimming and even marshmallow toasting . Staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble . We will be making a return visit .

Highly recommended, very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you, lovely facilities, superb accommodation which included wifi with picturesque and peaceful surroundings with lovely touches on arrival. We shall definitely be returning soon. Thank you to all the staff for a most enjoyable relaxing break.
