I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office manager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the manager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

I was upgraded to the Taj Club Sea view room free of charge, I was also able to check-out at 6pm as I was not feeling too good on the day of check out. The service from all the staff are excellent, food and drink is great, I wanted vegetarian sausages for breakfast, and as per my request they provided the breakfast, the Taj will never say NO to any request. The Jiva SPA is really good, me and my dad had a 2 hour session. The outdoor pool is great ***** with services provided for food and drink. I will definitely be staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai very soon.

Went back to this place after more than 15 years. Used to stay here a lot when i had work in Ballard Estate long time back. They have refurbished the hotel and changed quite a lot over the years. The location is the best part though. walking distance from cst station, lots of decent restaurants around and easy availability of cabs when you need them. Rooms are a little small and price is slightly on the higher side. We did not try the room service as we were only spending the night. Overall, decent stay at the location. Sleep quality is good but sound proofing needs to be improved.

The hotel is one of a kind--with style, elegancy and excellency. The location is definitely the most attractive point. All staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast spread was nice. It was a enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience. The service and attention to detail live up to the St. Regis brand and reputation. It was crowded but staff remember your name and go out of their way to make every detail of your stay memorable. Abihijit at the Seven Fires restaurant took excellent care of us and was a pleasure to chat with. Chef Taj at Sahib prepared an incredible off the menu meal for us. We used their cars for 2 days and was worth every penny. Having the comfort of their drivers and car to ***euver through this city is priceless. They know the best street food areas, shopping and sights. Trying to do this on our own would have been a *** endeavor. The only peculiarity of this property is the propensity of guests to have breakfast in their pajamas while donning hotel slippers. The the Spa is next level. We did a couples package and it was a welcome experience after a week on the road. Possibly best spa experience we have had and again, incredible service and facility. The value of this hotel is almost laughable given the price. A similar experience in Europe or the States and you are going to pay 4-5x the price. This was a stay we will relish for a longtime. The bar has been set very high by this outstanding property.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable. The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use. All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again

Not bad, although the single room is quite small, but it is acceptable to live alone. Pre-paid unair-conditioned taxis from the airport are about 660 + 70 (tolls, I do n’t know if it was pitted). From the hotel, uber to the airport is 500 + 20 (tip). I never found the main entrance of this hotel. They all came from the corridor of the Trident Hotel next door. It was not until the day of check-out that the main entrance of the hotel was on the negative first floor! Outside the hotel is ”Yuebanwan”, which is very lively at night. If the air is good, you can still run. Walk to India Gate for about 20 minutes, all kinds of noise on the road. There is no supermarket near the hotel, but there are Starbucks and McDonalds, and there is also a cinema. Hotel breakfast is still good, à la carte + small buffet, service is good.

Normal Similar to a Korean business hotel The price is high because it is a Diwali holiday. There are security checks like airports The building is unique, but there is no space to photograph it. View got a cheap room and there is an apartment across the street. Breakfast is Chinese, local, Western, and desserts and fruits. The service to store luggage after check-out for sightseeing was good.
