Hampton Inn Waterville Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

We’ve stayed in many HI Expresses and this was by far the best one. Staff friendly and helpful and rooms were in good shape with excellent furnishings. Location is great, with easy access to the interstate. Deanna went out of her way to make sure the breakfast was good. She was very helpful and friendly and most of all, there were warm cinnamon rolls.

The outdoors is poorly maintained with trash, grills, personal belongings strewn about the parking area(s). Hallways are outdated and walls are damaged in some spaces and the stained carpet is smells horrible. The room was average size with VERY outdated decor and stained walls. The water damaged wallpaper and walls were accompanied by water stained drapes, stained crown molding, dirty windows dirt in the carpeting (Visable on top). The bedding has clearly exceeded its lifespan as the comforter is torn, stained and has holes from burns. The sheets were almost paper thin and the pillows had little to offer. The lounge area is depressing and certainly not a concern for them as it is outdated, not stocked and attended by a yoga pants wearing lady that could care less if you came in to relax or not. Breakfast was a voucher of 3 options and the attendants were more concerned with gossip than a customer. The meal was par for a free voucher, but certainly nothing above and beyond.
