Had heard great things about Kabir Hotel and it certainly did not disappoint! Rooms were comfortable and spacious and hotel staff could not do enough to help! I definitely recommend eating at the both restaurants (Signature & Gazebo) as the food is incredible and there are many dishes to choose from! Would definitely visit again!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent attempt to book a room at Kabir. My family and I have been visiting your property since 2017, and have always had a positive experience, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by the previous staff, especially Miss. Farhin. Unfortunately, during my recent attempt to book a room, I encountered a member of your team (Mr. Amit) who was extremely rude and unprofessional. The individual (Mr. Amit) on the phone was dismissive of my questions and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my booking. Furthermore, he behaved in a manner that was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I was left feeling frustrated and confused, with no idea about my booking. As a long-term customer of your place, I am extremely disappointed that I was treated in such a manner. It is clear to me that the level of service provided by your team has deteriorated, and as a result, my family and I are now considering other properties where we can receive the proper level of service and respect we expect as customers. I am hoping that you can address this issue and take steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not occur again in the future. I am also hoping that you can provide me with an explanation for the decline in service at your property, and what measures you are taking to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope that you can take the necessary steps to restore the level of service that has made us loyal customers of your property for so long.
