Excelente estadia, ótima recepção, acomodação maravilhosa. Suíte muito confortável, cama grande e hidromassagem bem relaxante. Quarto bem espaçoso. Ótima área de lazer, ideal para relaxar. Minha esposa e eu amamos ficar hospedados!

The hotel asks for some details.... The main lift was not working and by q vi was unpredictable for return... The gymnastic academy works only from 17:00... The q impression is that the hotel is only there to meet Usminas q staff who stay there.... The room is good but the shower is reasonable. Breakfast is medium and there is always something missing.... I can't support the concentration of the movement at the morning...

I stayed with my family in 23/01/2021 at Hotel Panorama for just one night. When searching for stay through Booking.com, the site said care about COVID-19 was being taken in the hotel. However, this was not confirmed. I have already met several people without mask at the hotel reception, even using lifts. When questioning the person responsible for the reception, I knew that the hotel rented the space for party (yes, party in the pandemic!) and that there was no way to ask people to use masks. I found an absurd and total lack of responsibility of the hotel administration at a time when more than 200.000 deaths have already been accounted in the country! I don't recommend staying in this hotel!!
