The hotel has a modern design and clean atmosphere. Breakfast is at the level of the hotel Professional and friendly staff.

Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy Would stay again but choose my time

The location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

The hotel itself represents a certain interest, as the rest of the former luxury, feels the atmosphere unfortunately at a time of ever-dead. What didn't like - the number is small and hot - I don't know why, although the ceilings are very high. The pillows are not comfortable - one little, two already overcharged. Cleanness - at the time of my settlement on the floor was dust. The shower is a small cabin with a built-in shower. The most serious minus - when leaving the hotel tried to remove the previously paid booking from me - saw it purely by chance. Thanks to the Trip.com support service the conflict was removed, but the siege remained.
