Manipati Hotel in Colombo, an old house built in 1906, was once the private residence of the Correa family. Stepping into the hotel, it feels like traveling through time and space, and deeply appreciates the texture polished by time. The hotel cleverly retains the original colonial architectural details and historical and cultural atmosphere. The hotel has only a few rooms, and my room was unexpectedly upgraded with a small garden. A chair and a small coffee table in the corner became a good place for me to read. In the morning, squirrels jumped between the trees, green parrots played on the white walls, and I enjoyed a quiet time in the swimming pool in front of the door. Thank you!

I saw the hotel that the website said that there are children's entertainment facilities, I was still thinking, I've been there a few times, but I didn't find any children's entertainment facilities, it really isn't! This point should modify the web page introduction. The hotel has a good view, the beach is clean and flat, and the service is excellent. A very tasteful hotel, full of British colonial style, is worth a try.

The service is good, the room is clean and the view is great. We booked this place mainly for the Chinese food on the third floor. Going downstairs, you can go directly to the best local shopping mall. The prices are relatively high, but the food and drinks are still good. It feels like one of the few good places to stay in Sri Lanka.

The breakfast is rich, mainly Indian style but there are many types, you can always choose the right one. The breakfast room faces the sea and it is very romantic. In addition, the waiter's attitude is really good, responsive, and treats guests as gods. But I still have to complain a little. I booked a room for 3 people and specified 2 beds, but the 2 beds they can provide are split from a 1.8m big bed. How can I sleep well? A room like this for 3 people should have at least one bed that is not less than 1.2m.
