The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Let me talk about the advantages first: the hotel is in the most central location, you can go out to the waterfront park, swimming club, city hall, judges, theaters, and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance from various Internet celebrity restaurants. The restaurant is facing the lake, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast portion is relatively small compared with the general North American breakfast, but it is delicious. I think the price-performance ratio of classic double eggs is the highest. I ordered wine at night, but said that there is no wine pairing, no plate, nuts, or fruits. Then complain about the room, the room is relatively small, the double beds are Queen, so it is too small for two people to sleep, the sheets on the bed are wrinkled as if they were just taken out of the dryer, and there is a smell. My son said the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. I don't know why, every time Ctrip booked a room, the location was very bad. This time, there was no view next to the big fan, and I saw a room with two big fans, hey. 500 knives a night, hotels in North America are so cheating. There are no slippers, no toiletries, and the Wi-Fi is so slow that you can hardly open games or videos if you don’t spend 10 yuan. The most speechless thing is that checkout charged me a parking fee of 36 dollars per night. This parking fee is really too expensive, and I didn't inform in advance. In my impression, the hotel in Whistler is more than 20 knives. Anyway, apart from the excellent location, the others are really so so

The environment is good, facing the lake and the scenery is good. First-class walk after breakfast or dinner. Other parts are quite satisfactory. There is a parking lot, which is more convenient. Good value for money.

The room is very comfortable, clean and sanitary. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle is available on call, which is very convenient.

The surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people.

Hotel is in a good and convenient location with lots of amenities nearby. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast room has a fantastic selection of hot and cold items.

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.

The hotel is very cost-effective. This time, our children went on a spring break trip. We booked Fairfield in three different places. All of them were good! The service was of uniform standard and very user-friendly! The room was large, clean and tidy, with complete facilities! Free breakfast, good dining environment, free coffee and tea at the dining area all day long, you can take it yourself. The stay experience was very good!

The room in the tower has an open balcony, sitting on a chair can look out at the outside scenery. The room is large, 12 minutes walk from the market, the price is OK, recommended!
