I has an event in Wellsville, PA. I have stayed in many hotels in Harrisburg, and this price was right. The reviews looked good and I am glad I chose this hotel. It is clean and my bed was quite comfortable. The TV works great and the room is cozy. I had the air conditioning on and it worked perfectly. I usually sleep with a fan app on my phone so I cannot let you know how the noise level could be in the hallway. There is a diner close by as well as other restaurants. I would stay here again. Also, If there is more than one person the sink and vanity is separate from the bathroom and the shower, and that could be a good thing for families or a couple

I must say I have never in my life encountered a Marriott hotel that did not provide in room coffee and coffee makers until now. The lack of them indicates the hotel is too cheap to provide that small amenity to their customers yet charges ridiculous prices for an overnight stay. This hotel does have the rarely seen option of purchasing beer form the hotel store. The problem with that is the cost of a single beer, according to the front desk, costs between $6 and $12 for a single bottle or equivalent to $144 - $288 per case. What a bargain. At 7:30 am there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I left the hot water faucet run for 12 mins straight and it was never even warm. The shower water at 8 am was also cold then went to scalding hot then to cold again. Makes for an interesting shower. We came down for breakfast a little after 9 am on a weekend stay and all the coffee dispensers were empty so everyone had to stand around waiting for more coffee to show up. Plus there was a hot breakfast but they didn't have any sausage available as that was also empty. I am disappointed that I actually used my one free annual night benefit in a Marriott of this caliber. What a waste. I must say the hotel was immaculate but the rest of the issues encountered reflect very poorly on a hotel being under the Marriott name. Stay somewhere, anywhere else. You deserve better.

Never stayed at a Tru before and decided to try one. I really like it. I like the layout , the beds, and the bathroom. I especially liked the soap, lotion, and hair products within a dispenser. The soaps were a lovely lemon scent. The breakfast was really good. The coffee was good as well. The staff was so friendly and everyone had a smile! Excellent experience!! Great team.

I'm starting with the positive aspects of this hotel. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff was polite and attentive. The location was excellent--just a short ride to Hershey Park and local restaurants. However, the rooms are ordinary with the smallest flat screen tv that I've seen in a hotel in recent months. The housekeeping is every other day, and when housekeeping came she gave us new towels, made the bed, but she did not clean the mirror or bathroom vanity. We did not receive another bar of soap or extra cups or a roll of toilet paper even though one reel was empty. The thermostat was hard to adjust in the room. In addition, the toilet kept on running and had to be adjusted frequently. The free breakfast was ok, but it lacked bread choices. The English muffin with ham and egg was hard and unappetizing after being overcooked in a hot dish. In all, the hotel was OK, but the rates were pricey for ordinary accommodations.

This is our go to hotel when staying in Hershey for the last 10 years. This hotel offers spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to Hershey park. They have a great outdoor area where the kids can play basketball, shuffleboard or on a putting green. Plus an indoor pool. Hot tub is no longer there :( Beautiful patio with lights and plenty of seats. Full complementary breakfast with fresh non greasy food. So happy they were able to bring back the nightly reception on Wednesday’s. Such a nice surprise to have fresh salad, fruit salad and hot dogs/bratwurst made outside on their grills. They also offer wine/beer. The hotel staff is amazing and a special shout-out to Michael (front desk supervisor) for going above and beyond to decorate the room for my son’s bday. He did a great job and my son was so surprised!! Alishia in sales was so accommodating and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite- which allowed the kids to have their own bed in their own separate room and bathroom while still being connected to us. Dollis is always a pleasure at the front desk! This is hotel is a must especially when traveling with kids and need a little more space. Sara Lambert is the general manager and does a great job. We stayed during MLK weekend for a hockey tournament at Hershey. Our room was fairly rundown and unpleasant. The lobby is nice and renovated. The indoor pool didn’t seem very clean, so we avoided it. The locations is very close to a shopping plaza with decent food options.
