The location of the homestay is very close to the Zhubo Garden, only 5 minutes drive away. The villa is very quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning! I have to say that this trip to Anji is very happy, even said to be perfect. The owner and his wife, the people are particularly warm and gentle, patient, and the room type has been upgraded to the store. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is also very rich.

這次是團隊出來團建的，我是在**裏搜尋到這家民宿的，先看了介紹視頻和圖片，然後我就打電話給老闆娘諮詢，老闆娘人很好，有問必答，説話很客氣。隔天我就和團隊夥伴商量後直接定下了這家民宿。8號中午就和夥伴們入住了，我們對這家民宿的整體感覺非常滿意。從預訂到離開，每個細節都處理得井井有條，特別是他們的服務人員，態度熱情又專業，讓我們感到賓至如歸。民宿地理位置非常優越，交通方便。房間裝修温馨舒適，配上美好的早餐，太讚了！而且，民宿還提供各種各樣的活動，有KTV包廂、麻將室、桌球、遊戲機等，還有小孩子玩耍的小區域，整體讓我們的旅行更加豐富多彩。明年的夏天我們還要再來！值得推薦！哈哈。

The homestay is spacious, clean and hygienic, and there are many rooms, just in line with the travel needs of our team. The landlord is very good and the breakfast is very rich. There is also self-produced white tea dried bamboo shoots, you can buy some if you need it!

我們團建選定的這家民宿，面臨滸溪河背靠山，交通非常方便，周圍整體環境不錯，特別是綠化植物茂盛。院子超級大，今年新種植草皮與花卉，入住時節院裏花紅柳綠，坐在院子裏喝茶，除了頭頂天空和透過樹或枝隙看到前方遠山、農居，周邊滿眼綠色向你湧來，感覺完全置身在大自然中，十分放鬆愜意，很有感覺。這家民宿裝修風格屬現代工業風，貼近現代呈現樸素之美，與當下流行網紅的極簡逼格奢華之風、價格奇高的有些民宿還是有所不同，設施比較齊全，也是我們喜歡的調調，全屋國際大品牌科勒、TOTO衞生潔具，全屋地板（二樓一塊損壞地板剛剛做了維修）廚房2門超級大冰箱，餐廳我們團隊8用餐寬寬有餘。企業級網絡覆蓋範圍還是很大，麻將、KTV（麥還比較好）娛樂設施都能正常使用。老闆説，屋前滸溪河可以免費釣魚，可惜我的同事沒有帶釣具，釣不了。同事説河裡可以安排一下皮划艇、漿板之類的水上運動嘛，老闆説客人自備自用可以，店裡出於經營方式與安全需要，目前沒有開設這個服務項目。我們團建包租整棟房子，店家不與我們住在一起。民宿衞生狀況比較好，專業保潔清理。入住時需要像大酒店一樣電腦採集身份訊息上傳治安管理機構，應該是家正規服務商家。民宿實行自助服務運營方式，入住時店家辦理登記並作交底介紹，特別想説的是，店方製作的PPT小貼士，介紹內容全面温馨（如涉及到景點景區、麪食餐飲、店內注意事項等等）基本上都可以找到解決方案，省卻了很多功課，根據介紹我們專門品嚐了安吉麪食，印象不錯，味道很好。很多時候店方與我們基本上做到無感交流溝通與駐店服務。民宿主人是位面目友善、勤於溝通的男生，應該是受過良好教育，還是比較真誠健談的。總而言之，這是家環境優美、設施齊全、合規守信、性價比高的不枉且值得體驗感受的民宿服務商家。

Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing. The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

Everything was very satisfactory, the room was clean, the facilities were complete, the children were very happy, the landlord was super enthusiastic, took us to pick bayberry, and also prepared mung bean cake for us during the Dragon Boat Festival. This time it was raining and I didn’t have enough, so I’ll come again next time

The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and took us to climb the mountain to dig bamboo shoots. The villa is clean and refreshing, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is full, and the partners are very happy to build the barbecue team. It is recommended!

I have been here when I first opened~~ Very good to live, family and friends like it very much! However, it has been 4~5 years since the last time I came to live. I was worried that the room would be a bit old. I didn't expect it to be so clean and so new! ! ! The key is to add so many ”new equipment”~ Super fit for the current aesthetic! ! The atmosphere is full! Super surprise! The landlord boss is really attentive~~~! ! It's simply the ceiling of the B&B! ! none of them! !
