1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain. 2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament! 3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well! 4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual! 5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience! After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

Stayed here for a few days to celebrate a couple important events and was very satisfied with everything. Every little things were taken care smoothly. From the smooth reservation process, airport pick up to the villa, arrival greeting from the GM and villa team and during our whole stay. The resort was kind enough to arrange a few cars to pick us up as our group arrived in different flights. Despite the age of the resort, everything in the villa was still in very great condition and very clean. Villa is also very huge, especially when it’s only 4 of us staying during the trip. Would like to say thankyou to our butler, Mr.Messi, for taking care of us and always there at unlogical times sometimes. Our water was changed before the ice was completely melted and there’s a few occasion that we came back to the villa at dawn and he was still there to greet us back. Of course this is not something surprising as Aman is very famous with their impeccable service. Would love to visit the villa back again for a weekend retreat.

I have stayed in hundreds of luxury hotels around the world, and this hotel is considered to be among the best in terms of overall quality. The location, facilities, and services are all worthy of the word ”luxury” and I will definitely come back in the future. The hotel is located at a corner of the Ayung River Valley. The exterior is integrated with the original forest landscape, but the interior is modern enough and has the characteristics of a rainforest hotel. There are only 60 rooms in the entire hotel, and various service staff can be seen everywhere busy or waiting for your call. Every waiter is extremely considerate and considerate, and many of the service details are impressive. Miss Justin's Chinese-speaking butler service is very convenient. Just send her a message and everything will be arranged immediately. The Ayung River rafting project provided by the hotel is highly recommended. Although the price is much more expensive than outside, after experiencing it, I feel that you get what you pay for. The whole experience arrangement is very comfortable, and there will be surprises when you come back. Two points are worth noting: 1. After all, it is a rainforest. There will be more mosquitoes when you ”enjoy the coolness” outside at night, but there are almost no mosquitoes inside the room. 2. The swimming pool of the Villa is very large, but the water is a bit cold this season. The temperature of the hotel's main swimming pool is more suitable.

An excellent stay at this property, professional service at all times from all staff. Grounds and room very well kept, location is unique and scenic. Kids facilities also good.

Advantages: The tropical rain forest happens to be on a hillside. The basic room is close to the valley, river and waterfall, so the room will be very humid. Of course, the room becomes more beautiful and expensive as the mountain goes higher! The room is really beautiful inside. The details are also good. The welcome drink chocolates and other chocolates are grown on local hillsides. It’s beautiful! Very beautiful! When I arrived at the hotel for the basic room booked by Ctrip, I found that it was at the bottom of a mountain and I had to walk a lot. The room was very humid and there was no sunlight. We upgraded to a room for around US$200 (after the upgrade, we had sunshine and a mountainside location). The breakfast was relatively ordinary, in the mountains and valleys, with wild herbs, eggs, and thick bread. Not impressed at all, the dinner was pretty good, the dishes were beautifully arranged, and the taste restored the taste of nature. Disadvantages: 1. I almost died in this hotel! The short sleeves on the table were worn the next morning and a scorpion appeared! It’s a live scorpion🦂! He immediately smashed it to death with a bottle, but luckily he didn't get stabbed! Regarding the response from the Scorpion Hotel, thank me for killing the scorpion, otherwise they would have to find this scorpion again... blabla... it won't be a problem. At least it didn't get stuck, and I can't say anything. Is it due to the good environment and lots of vegetation? ! 2. Catching ants in bed at night🐜. It was also quite a fun experience. 3. The pooping gecko 🦎 fell from the curtain and scared me. The toilet is not fixed well and will shake. On the contrary, mosquitoes and other things are not a problem. When I went to bed at night, I heard the sound of small animals running around on the roof, maybe mice or squirrels. They were running around... It was very funny. Conclusion: One night is enough to experience it! If you advocate environmental protection, there will definitely be more bugs. The air conditioning is very good and the air conditioning is very sufficient. I slept well and the bedding is also good. Play and get close to nature. The scenery is beautiful, that's all... It's okay to experience it once. It's like who is in the pavilion in the park... Hehe... The rooster crows continuously at 4/5 o'clock in the morning... Wow, so healthy!

The food is healthy and the presentation is exquisite, but it is really unpalatable, and there is not a single dish that is delicious. You need to go to Ubud every day to find food, but it still does not affect my full score. The resort concept is novel, the environment is secluded, the scenery is excellent, the service is warm, and it is truly an escape. Although there are mosquitoes, they are within an acceptable range. It is a very wonderful experience.

It is really not a cover to say that amankila has great stamina. There are views everywhere. The three-story swimming pool and beach area are very beautiful. There are quite few people, and the sense of vacation is full. Various special activities and individually customized dinners are quite surprising. The service is so exaggerated that all the employees know you, you don’t even need to sign a bill for any consumption, the room will be cleaned how many times a day, and there is a car to pick up and drop off to the airport or other hotels for free.

The room was very clean, the front desk service was very enthusiastic, there was a welcome ceremony, the housekeeper introduction was also very detailed, the food was very delicious, everyone came to say goodbye when I checked out, thank you very much and look forward to the next time

This is really the best and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none~ (Of course I have never stayed in such an expensive hotel before) but the price is indeed very good value for money. First of all, the villa is very large, especially the swimming pool is larger than that of ordinary pool villas. Secondly, the scenery of the hotel is so beautiful, whether it is the villas, beach bars and restaurants, or SPA; morning, day, evening or night. The hotel's butler service is very good and considerate. He will introduce you to the hotel's features, help you book a place for dinner, a time for the spa, and send you to the place to explain clearly before leaving. The hotel has a very interesting chat website, which is similar to WeChat. You can talk about anything on it. You can choose various languages. The software translates it into English and sends it to the butler. The butler also provides prompt feedback. We tried a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach and a semi-outdoor romantic spa. Dinner was at the time recommended by the butler, watching the most beautiful sunset and listening to the sound of the waves. It was perfect. The SPA has a 15-minute sauna and a 90-minute massage, which can be enjoyed amidst the chirping of birds, which is very unique. Although everything in a luxury hotel is expensive, I personally think it is worth it to experience such an environment and service. Finally, the sunset here is so beautiful~ The starry sky at night is also super beautiful~ Go to Loloan Bar for a drink at sunset, eat a super delicious mini burger, and watch the stars appear from sunset, which is super enjoyable.

The hotel design is stylish and elegant. The interior decoration of the hotel is low-key and luxurious. Entering the hotel is like entering a private residence. The room is large and the staff is very friendly. They handled the check-in procedure very carefully and professionally and introduced the hotel's related facilities and services. I felt at home. The overall stay experience is very good, the hardware and services are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable. I will come back next time I have the opportunity.

Visited Amandari in March 2024 with my husband and had the most splendid stay. The hotel and the rooms are absolutely stunning and I love the small touches throughout the room and property. The food was great and each meal was better than the last. I absolutely loved the signature Aman cocktails they had to offer. Love the shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud market, makes it really convenient to step out. The location of the property is really stunning with the view of the valley and convenience to Ubud market, other sightseeing spots. We took the tours to Bali bird and reptile park, some temples and waterfalls, etc. through Aman and were extremely happy with the guides. Mega who was our guide was so sweet and informative and really went out of the way to ensure we had an amazing experience. Also definitely recommend the spa, one of the best massages I have had. Siwi was my therapist and was amazing! Michel (GM) is so delightful to meet and always a pleasure to talk to! All the staff were so sweet and helpful and would go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, including at the reception when it came to organising our tours or the restaurants to cater to our food requirements. Will most definitely be back!

As an Aman fan, I officially started my global Aman tour after my retirement. The first stop was this 35-year-old Aman (opened in 1989), the second Aman in the world. Needless to say, the service is of the same high standard as always, and the rooms and dining are also very Balinese. I especially experienced the airport drop-off service, which was far beyond expectations. If you want to ask why, you will know after you experience it for yourself...haha

Our family of 4 enjoyed 10 days in Ayana, and I admit it was our 7th and best visit to Ayana estate. We had an ocean front villa with 2 bedrooms, number 3002, which was close to Ayana itself. Location was perfect as it was not too far from the excellent main pool at Ayana + several of the restaurants. We spent all our evenings in the numerous restaurants of the resort, and it is really hard to choose a winner: Kisik has an extremely great ambience, by the sea and with some sand under your feet and the fresh food is just magnificent. Dava on the other hand serves not just fine dining but also superb service and has rich selection of wines in the cellar. Dava was also the provider of excellent breakfast, offered to villa guests served at the table. Scusa offers great fun with live band and mediterranian cuisine. Additionally we enjoyed great dinners and lunch at Sami Sami (Italian) , Padi (Thai/Indian, Indonesian), ToGe (Indonesian/European), Honzen (Japanese) and Ah Yat Abalone (chinese & seafood), Eventually we had drinks and snacks at Rock Bar and Unique as well as Luna roof top bars. They are from two different spectrum from location perspective: Unique and Luna have nice overview from the top of the roof with cool drinks, while Rock Bar is the place to be for sunsets. It is very busy, but as villa guests you can get good seats at the main bar. Our family of four spent a lot of time in pools, gym in the morning, villa pool in the afternon and post dinner cooling down for the night. Xmas time was special for the kids and resort offered plenty of things to do especially for our active 9 year old daughter. We tried our few times massage and for the 1st time also Thalassotherapy, which was fun. Age limit though is 12 years old. Kids favorite was the ice cream bar in the shops area, so great locally produced ice cream flavors. Icing on the cake came from the best buttler service, we have encountered. All requests were fulfilled. This service is alone a reason to choose a villa instead of hotel! We will certainly come back.

Wow, Ayana you have absolutely blown us away. From the person who greeted us at the airport until our final day we were greeted with a smile and friendly service. The staff always made us feel welcome along with our young children. The accommodation always felt very private and the villas were well appointed . We started our holiday in an ocean view villa and then decided to treat ourselves the last few nights with a cliff top villa- highly recommend this for additional privacy and stunning views. The common areas were not crowded, although sometimes it was difficult to get a sunbed by a pool in the middle of the day. We enjoyed wonderful meals at numerous restaurants throughout the resort- the highlights were Rock Bar- unlike anything I've seen before. The electric violin player with the DJ also made for a great vibe. The food at Sami Sami was delicious, the highlight was the paccherri Alla Genovese. Our final dinner was at Unique Rooftop where we enjoyed sunset with Mexican food. Feeding the fish after a buffet breakfast at Padi's was also a highlight for the kids. I would also highly recommend the Kampoeng Bali dinner and show to get a feel for Balinese food and traditions. My kids (6 and 3yrs) were mesmerised by the dancers. The villa butler service allows for easy access to all locations across the resort. The butler's were friendly and knowledgeable and made recommendations and bookings. While they were all great the absolute stand outs were the delightful Yudi, Yoga and Dewa who paid special attention to the kids and knew their names by the end of the stay. We will definitely be back!

There is no doubt it is a grand entry to Prama. The gates at the entry + security and a big foyer give a sense of upmarket. The rooms are ok but very hotel style. The design of the complex definitely caters to large groups of people. The hotel is disabled and senior friendly. The room service is a plus for those with young children or guests with limited mobility. The staff are always professional and helpful. All up I can see why many guests return.

The location of the hotel was excellent! Walking distance to Kuta Market and the rest of the shopping areas. Beside that, there's a convenience store nearby too. Dining wise, there is no need to worry, as there are whole streets for you to choose from. Seafood, Western, Chinese, or their local. Hotel-wise, it's a little bit old. The balcony (city view) actually only allows us to see the roof of the hotel or the building next to it. There will be someone or some workers who will go up and do some cleaning, so it’s advisable to close the curtains whenever you’re not in the room. Apart from that, the balcony is a bit dirty, and we never open or use the balcony at all. Slightly wasted. The fridge inside the room is not really cold. Put to the max, but still the same. Toilet drainage is not fast enough and has caused water to flood. The lobby area, especially near the reception, is slightly warm, and you can get sweaty. This also applies to the breakfast areas. Varieties are not many. Most of the day, the same dishes were provided. .

This hotel is old but very well kept. The room 430 we had was very big and very clean, the view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. The Housekeeping staff are amazing especially Slamet. We would personally like to Thank Slamet as he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of Western food but what we had was hot and tasty especially the Egg Station. A big thank you also to Suriati and Tutik for looking after us, it was lovely to see their smiling faces at breakfast. The pool area is lovely with beach access. All food we had at the restaurants was very tasty and hot. Thank you once again for a fabulous stay, see you all again in June.

Great location and very friendly staff .. they do everything to make guests happy … clean beach and quit a lot of chairs .. housekeeping is amazing especially Aldino that made all the request perfectly right … breakfast could have some improvement on hot section since everyday is the same .. pastry is quit good as well as crapes idea .. still quit a lot of variety .. .. food in other restaurants is quit ok but portions could be bit bigger for the price .. the only flow is that there is way too many mosquitoes around so one can’t sit outdoors after 6:30 pm which is really pity especially that there is nice restaurants at the beach with music .. they need to buy some outdoor fans and spray daily .. one does not have this problem in Jimbaran .. the only reason I might not consider going back is mosquitoes!! They bite like crocodile … bite places are swollen and achy!!

Had a 6D5N stay at Courtyard on the ground level. The room given was located close to both swimming pools (Courtyard and Marriot Vacation Club). Breakfast was plentiful though there were times when there was a shortage of cups for coffee and had to wait or order with staff. Unfortunately, during the first night, since we were staying on the ground floor, we kept hearing knocking, dragging of items across the floor, above us from early morning till 5 plus am. It made our sleep very uncomfortable and having flown in on that day itself, and due to the lack of sleep, we felt quite tired the very next day. We made an immediate feedback to the Okin. Noise persisted on 2nd night. Thankfully, the following nights were bearable. Suggestion that Courtyard management should consider placing a carpet to minimise the noise level. Special thanks to Okin who handled the situation professionally after we feedback about the noises. Okin personally checked in on us daily to ensure everything was good. Others not forgotten were Bagus (who taught us how to make a bracelet and played the ball game near the pool bar), Kezia and Yuli (at pool bar). Everyone serving there always has a smile on their faces and it made our stay at Courtyard a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast at Quest San Hotel in Bali is often praised for its variety, freshness, and quality. Guests appreciate the diverse selection of both local and international dishes, including fresh fruits, pastries, traditional Indonesian fare, and made-to-order options. The dining area is usually well-maintained, and the staff are known for their attentive service. Overall, Quest San Hotel tends to offer a satisfying breakfast experience for guests staying in Bali.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Internet is extrem slowly and ist impossible to do anything useful with it. The Pool and pool bar are closing at 8pm!!! Which is more than ridiculous and the main reason, why I won’t book that hotel again. Bathroom design is not well planned and the double function door will wetten the whole room, each time when used, toilet seat half loosen and fall one sides into the toilet. On top many lloud Chinese in the morning and an alarm clock isn’t the room, which can not be deactivated and wakes you up every morning at 7:00 with a loud „no radio signal“ sound. , breakfast do not have cheese or salami or any sausage choice and the ordered eggs arrived every time so late, that we were already done. ! The Free given Drinks are only alcohol free All over all, and even the staff was nice and extremely friendly, I would not suggest that hotel, if you like to use the pool and have a proper western breakfast.

I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, the gym was good and the infinity pool was great. Ideally located, you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset or you can go to the rooftop bar and enjoy the beautiful views after a long day of touring. Whether you travel alone or with family, this is the hotel for you. They have laundry service, floating breakfast, and the bartenders make some delicious cocktails

One of the best resorts I’ve been to. Fascinating view & service. I had a minor injury due to my own mistake, and the staffs were keep checking on me till we check out to ensure I’m fully recovered. We stayed for two nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was definitely highlight of our Bali trip. Quite a fair bit of activities that can keep you occupied. Overall, the restaurants are not the most affordable options (we went to Koral restaurant, rooftop bars, breakfast place & Japanese restaurant - almost all except for the Chinese hotpot place) but we were not disappointed with the service/food a single time! When we got back to the room after some outdoor activities, we were greeted with a card and mini cake from the resort :) wishing HBD. Koral restaurant was our definite favorite. All in all, we spent about USD 2K for 3D2N. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s willing to spend some for a great holiday!
