We stayed in pool villa, area/amenities/food was so good. Stats where friendly. One thing room maintenance need to improve, it will difficult but they need to appointment a person to check whether all fine. Maintenance was good only but not excellent. I got complimentary early check-in and late check-out with mini bar using for that i had paid little more while booking but was not conveyed to them, i need to speak with make my trip customer care and they spoken with resort manager, if it was conveyed early it will be fine.

Good service, beautiful property. But rooms are small and also as property is far away from the city and no transportation services provided by the hotel that's the only two negative points of the hotel. Other than that best service given by the staff
