Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Aman Tokyo is definitely amongst the top 3 hotels in Tokyo, if not the best when it comes to the rooms. The lobby is spacious although perhaps too happening if you are used to quieter Aman surroundings (in the past it was for hotel guests only now anyone can access the bar), but the rooms, gym and pool are top notch, with some nice restaurant offerings. You will not be let down in this place.

The location is great, you can walk from the Yaesu underground shopping mall below Tokyo Station, or you can walk from Kyobashi Station. It's just that the main entrance faces away from Tokyo Station, and the side entrance is relatively small, making it a bit difficult to find. The service is really nothing to say, it is better than any other in Shanghai. The hotel facilities are luxurious, soft drinks in the mini bar are free, and seasonal hot tea and snacks and fruits are also provided. There is no doubt about the quality. Everything is fine, except that the room size is not as big as expected, but that doesn't matter anymore.

Great view and convenient transportation. The front desk staff has many languages. It’s a luxury hotel worth experiencing. The bar upstairs is also delicious. The gym and swimming pool are both great.

Environment: This designer luxury hotel opened in March 2024. The design is French modern style, with good lighting. You can see Tokyo Tower from the window. The hotel is surrounded by wealthy areas, and downstairs are luxury stores such as Hermes, Dior, and Cartier. The swimming pool is divided into two types: adults and children. Breakfast is divided into Japanese, Western, and set meals.

A very private hotel, newly opened in 2024, leave some mystery for yourself to experience, the bathroom design is very reasonable, the Japanese breakfast is very popular, the water and drinks in the hotel refrigerator are all free, there is a bottle of special water from the UK that will be unforgettable, you will know after drinking it

Delightful hotel in a great area. The rooms have been carefully and meticulously designed. Whilst they aren’t large, the careful design makes the space feel quite generous with deep balconies and shower. Beautifully designed rooms and very helpful staff. Service levels are very high for such a small hotel. So comfortable. The staff are as helpful as top notch concierges - booking restaurants, providing advice, remembering guests names and with such warmth and friendliness.
The room is relatively small, and the side facing away from Yoyogi Park is full of buildings. Although there is a balcony, it still feels cramped. Fortunately the hotel is new and clean. The swimming pool and hot spring on the sixth floor are also good. When I went to the hot springs in the evening, there was a fire and music, and the waiter thoughtfully prepared blankets. Breakfast was delicious. The overall service level is relatively high, and there are waiters who can speak Chinese.

LV is just outside the door. This LV can make reservations for cafes and Tokyo-specific tourbillon watches. It's close to Ginza

You know you’ve arrived when you get a whiff of a Le Labo scent! We stayed for 2 nights in a Superior room and then returned for 3 more nights in a Studio room. Hotel staff happily checked some luggage for us since we were returning. The superior room was large and very well laid out. The Studio room was almost double the size and was a corner room with 2 walls of windows. I would describe the decor as understated luxury. Rooms were immaculate. The hotel is in a prime location set back from the main shopping street with views from my room to LV and Cartier. A minute from the stores but a world away in terms of tranquility. The entire staff is amazing. They couldn’t do enough as they grabbed our packages walking in the hotel, offered water to us walking in or out, got the elevator for us and made our dinner reservations prior to arriving. Email responses to our questions prior to arriving was immediate. Amazing that we were greeted by name each day! If you are looking for a boutique hotel in Ginza make reservations before they are all booked. Handy hint- Before you arrive email to get the address of the hotel in Japanese prior to arriving. Save it in your contacts to show to cab drivers!

What an amazing hotel...in a convenient location to explore all of Tokyo. The hotel decor is sleek and luxurious...the team is friendly, welcoming and eager to please. We knew we were in for a treat when we arrived at 10 am after an overnight flight from Bangkok and needed a shower and the front desk informed us that our upgraded suite for our honeymoon would not be available until 6 pm...and without missing a beat told us that they had a courtesy room we could use until that room became available. It is a small, gorgeous hotel. The smallness of the hotel has its distinct advantages because everyone was in synch...the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. The hotel staff had great suggestions for us. The hotel is spotless. The suite we had was spacious and so luxurious. The suite had both a Dyson hair dryer and fan...and two HUGE TV's (although we didn't watch them). We were welcomed to our suite earlier than promised with a bottle of champagne and a Japanese version of a honeymoon cake. We loved our stay and we will be back!!!

Great location by Hibiya station with private entrance/exit at the local basement. We appreciate the large closet and bathroom, which is spacious by any typical Japan room size. Could have done better with their daily in-room refreshment or welcome amenities especially for a luxury hotel. We got a pack of snack and that was it for the entire 4 nights stay. Otherwise, everything else is good and we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice service. They all speak fluent English and know diff kind of languages. The rooms size is big and spacious, neat and tidy. Everyone is polite and helpful, greet you every time when you pass by. Definitely worth the money, but the only thing to complain is that rhere is no socket beside your bed which is inconvenient.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I am lucky enough to stay at a high-end hotel once or twice per year. Let me start by saying I am indifferent between most high-end chains and standard Westins/Marriotts/Hiltons, etc. Four Seasons hotels are different--you can always see and feel what you are paying for. The new Four Seasons at Otemachi exemplifies this. Needless to say, the public spaces and rooms are beautiful. Both the design and execution of the design are magnificent. If you are a connaisseur of construction quality, you will see what I mean. In terms of fit and finish, it is to a building what a Lexus is to a car. More important than the physical space, though, is the staff. Within a day of being here, it seemed to be that everyone knew who I was (so behave yourself, because you don't want to develop a bad reputation here). I ate breakfast (it comes with the room) here, as well as one lunch in the Italian restaurant and one dinner at the bar. The food, while generally not Japanese per se, had Japanese flair. The smoked salmon in my first-day breakfast salad was special, as was the veal salad and turbot with edamame pure' I had for lunch. The Japanese breakfast featured cod marinated in miso, which is something I enjoy, and it did not disappoint. The Waygu burger I had for dinner was better than fine but didn't quite match my favorite in Los Angeles, which is the burger at the bar of Cut. The waitstaff was attentive without hovering, and the bartender, Keith Motsi, was named the best bartender in Asia last year. I am not surprised. He won me with his familiarity of Hemingway's drinking habits, and his perfectly executed, bone dry, stirred martini (he rinses both the carafe and glass with vermouth before pouring in the gin). The pool is stunning, although I am mildly disappointed that it has no deep end. Alas, shallow pools seem to be the way it is with all hotels these days. New hotels usually have to go through a shakedown period before they find their footing, and it was pretty clear to me the Otemachi Four Seasons is already well grounded. Currently, it is expensive, but not crazy expensive. I wish them much success.

Visited Tokyo many times; first stay at Four Seasons Otemachi, one of the newest luxurious hotels. Had two inter-connecting Premium Rooms, which we shared with our two teenage children for four nights. The Lobby, Est Restaurant, swimming pool and gym all on 39/F have great city and Palace views. The swimming pool is very cool and extra special - all four walls and the bottom of the pool are made of mirrors. You watch your own strokes and listen to music while you swim. The decor of the hotel is modern and zen. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Service was exquisite. Food was delicious. Our son was looking for a specific guitar and the staff went over and beyond what was expected to locate the only one available in Tokyo. We would especially like to thank Heba and McHayla for making our stay extra special.

The room was very satisfactory in every aspect, the view was also very good, the mini bar was well stocked, and the breakfast service was also in place (the service in Japan is really considerate and attentive). The hotel is located in Roppongi, and the location is very good, and it is convenient to get around.

A well-deserved ”luxury” hotel. You can enjoy the night view of Tokyo while lying on the bed in the room. The executive lounge is also very high-end. Thanks to Charlie, the waiter from Taiwan, who provided Chinese service throughout the whole process. The cocktails he made were great.

I called many times to confirm the room before check-in, and I still couldn't connect all the rooms on the day of check-in. Let the guests wait at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk. I had a lot of luggage, and I hoped to welcome them. When I got off at the hotel gate, I waited for 10 minutes and no one greeted me. I went to the lobby and pushed the trolley with the waitress at the front desk to pick up my luggage. The white uniforms passing by The older Japanese bellman turned a blind eye and had a bad attitude. Without confirming the luggage, he put all the staff's luggage in the boss's room without authorization. No apology after taking out the luggage. The room faces the train track, and you will hear the sound of the train, which will affect your rest. An impressive experience.

There are three Four Seasons in Japan, and two in Tokyo. The same brand has different investors. The Four Seasons in Marunouchi is not like Four Seasons. I believe China’s Quanji can surpass it. The gate is hidden in a particularly safe corner, and the lobby shows the simplicity of Shijia. It’s okay if you don’t open the windows in the room, but if you open the curtains, it’s the roof of another house. The price is very four seasons, and it is more cost-effective to go to Otemachi for a few dollars.

Staff offered assistance the very moment the taxi door was opened. Warm reception and staff escorted me to my room and explained the amenities in detail. Tried three breakfast options. All good. Almost all staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Location was great as Metro station was just round the corner. View was splendid and I walked at the park for a while after breakfast every day. Only that the hotel was a bit worn out with small holes in bed sheets and a tiny spot of toothpaste was found near the sink. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

An extremely comfortable stay. We were wowed the second we step into our hotel rooms, amazed by the wonderful beds and beautiful toilets specifically designed to be as spacious as possible, making it one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It was a welcomed surprise when we saw RESTAURANTS and LAWSON right inside the hotel, such that it takes less than FIVE minutes to buy food to enjoy inside our rooms, which are equipped with a vintage desk that serves as both our dining table as well as our makeup table. As for attractions nearby, it’s like icing on cake. With train stations close by and an iconic amusement park right outside our hotel windows, it is more ideal than we expected it to be. Here, we’d like to especially recommend the restaurant on 2/F that serves roasted meat, Thunder Dolphin, and Water Drop. These locations brought immense joy to our family. Regarding services, the hotel check-in and check-out services are convenient and operates 24 hours a day, with helpful staff stationed nearby ready to help us anytime anyday. The hotel rooms are also diligently cleaned by the sanitary staff. Overall, a definite 10 out of course 10 stay.

Hotel Gracery Ginza offers an incredibly convenient location. We could walk to Ginza Station within five minutes, which gave us access to various metro routes to get to other popular areas (e.g. Shinjuku, Asakusa). As for the hotel rooms, they are clean and have a simple layout. Amenities (e.g. toothbrushes) are provided at the reception of the hotel, where visitors can get what they need. However, the devices in our room (e.g. television, hairdryers) were a little old and didn't work too well, which could bother some visitors.

Really glad to choose this hotel as the airport limousine service stopped right in front of the hotel which also means my return trip to the airport is as seamless. The staff is friendly and polite. You can also replenish your toiletries if U wish and is very convenient to go to shinbashi train station or Ginza station. To be honest, if you wish to have a nice view of Tokyo Tower, then this hotel would be a great choice. Otherwise, you may want to consider somewhere else in this price range. Good location, nearby commercial and biz buildings, Tokyo station (which is accessible to multiple JR and metro lines) and Kobayashi Station (Ginza Line). There are a number of good food outlets nearby, worth to walk around. Hotel Amenities are good except the room pillow (very grainy and hard). One pax only can select 1 pillow from their pillow selection near the reception, but not the regular “western” fluffy hotel pillow. Free drink and cocktail at lobby in the evening. Public bath available too! Coin Laundry available at 300yen and dryer is for free. They do segregate ladies and men level for public amenities. Thumbs up! But a guy came down to the ladies level to use the dryer (all the ladies were staring down at him, but he seems oblivious or pretend not to care). It was raining during the period of my stay. The reception was able to loan out umbrella! Great service! Room was small but sufficient for 1 pax. It’s Japan, I adapt. All in all, great place to stay in. Will definitely be back in the future!

Highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

It still exists like a top hotel, and the service is still very particular. Whether it is the sheng performance in the lobby or the sake tasting, it is very cultural. The room, light settings, bed, pillows, internet, washroom and bathroom are all still as good. What cannot be corrected is the drop-off area. Due to the construction, the car cannot reach the door. Thanks to the good day I came, it was sunny. If it is windy or raining, it will be a bit troublesome. In addition, the indescribable feeling is that the service is not as good as before, and the dazzling array of snacks on the table in the rest area are gone and empty.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

The room is clean and neat. Although slightly smaller in space but just nice for two of us. understandable because of the location. It located near to the town, near to hibiya line and convenient to travel to famous place like ginza, shibuya, etc. Checkin and out is easy. It will be great if there is plain water dispenser in the lobby (tap water is drinkable and kettle is provided to boil it.) There is public washing machine (i remember is a coin washing machine) that you can wash your clothes and you can also monitor the washing machine status from the TV in your room which is quite convenient as well.

Ginza/Tsukiji Tokyo|0.36km from city center
I booked it because it was my birthday. I told you in advance. I was grateful to upgrade the room for consideration. The room is not big, but it was new and clean. Only shower booth, no bathtub, but the room is made large. It may be for young people and foreigners who often finish it in the shower. 1F The lounge had detox water, tea 24 hours, and other juices were also enjoyed at a fee. It's a little far from the center of Ginza, but it's quiet. I can't see the view, but I felt that there was a lounge space with green on the rooftop and it was well devised. I was very happy to see youtube and Netflix on the TV in the room. I was able to enjoy the movie in a movie theater atmosphere by darkening the room. Compared to the surrounding hotels, the price is cheap, but I thought that the cospa was very good overall, such as free drinks, lounges and room cleanliness. Thank you for your care. Thank you!
