The hotel located in prime place, from their all the connectivity is available. Nicely décor and maintained . staffs are very helpful and cooperative. food available through out night which is quite good for late night traveler. Reception person polite and trained. rooms well maintained with all equipment . The breakfast was very good and spread buffet.. Tamara . there is a many hotel near the airport but i found this hotel very good, after seen 3-4 hotel before my visit here. I recommend to all. surely in future all my stay would in Pipal tree , whenever i will visit kolkata...

Good place very nice and friendly staff overall satisfied with the place one addition could be an in house bar which will add cherry on top except that very good food is good a bit expensive compared to local food but not too much so ok ok for a hotel, rooms are nice for my room i got a nice view so was an excellent experience

I know this is five star hotel but the service not a five star hotel. Need to improve for the five star service.

The stay at itc sonar was wonderful. The ambience ad grandeur of this property is beyond words. The cuisines served here are excellent. Credit goes to Chef Shubonkar for taking individualistic care. I would like to mention Mr. Sujoy from front office for his help ad arranging the best for me. I would love to visit again.

We recently visited Taj Bengal to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and our experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and attentive, making us feel truly special. A special shoutout to Mr. Sanjib Ghosh, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and care made all the difference. A big thank you as well to Miss Shreya for beautifully decorating our room—it added such a personal touch to the celebration. Taj Bengal truly made this birthday celebration a memorable one, and we can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

Was a part of the Bank group came for conference. Team ITC Sonar was excellent in taking good care of us at every point. It was a great experience to stay as it had a beautiful lily pond which gave a lovely feeling to mind. Thanks to Mr. Sujoy for taking care of us . Will plan to revisit with family again .

Well , for a weekday staycation we were looking for something comfortable yet affordable, and after searching a lot we came across NX. Comfortable rooms ,a great lake view and yes ofcourse the food here was amazing. Our 3 days here were really amazing and appreciated the warm hospitality we received. If one looking for a couples of days to chill within a budget friendly range this place you shouldn't miss at the heart of the city.
