I like the breakfast buffet, it had a variety of choices. The food is good. No hairdryer in the room. The hotel location is quite noisy at night, there is clubs nearby.

The hotel says it is 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really don't think it is, they don't have a variety of food 🥘 They should improve the all-inclusive buffet service since it is quite poor they only give you one main dish daily, pork or meat of beef 🥩, it really was a family trip and we had a great time. 😀 The bar service was quite acceptable, although many times there was a lack of lemon, beer, sugar, and other things but the guys did what was not within their power to serve you with any drink of your choice, the beach is very nice although they should improve their attractions for tourists, the facility is acceptable although they don't even put water in the room, things are very scarce, wow, it was my experience, I don't want to say that this horrible hotel is quite nice to stay with the family, so they have to improve many things In summary it is a 2 star hotel ⭐️⭐️, the very poor animation should improve much more, the Great dance group ☺️☺️ my congratulations on your show deserve to grow more, I recommend it except that many things should be improved but it's a good time 😊

Staff were attentive to your needs in a respectful and caring way. The buffet menu items were appealing and appetizing. Very tasteful dishes to select from with a salad bar to complement your meal. A staff member was on duty to make your favourite morning juice beverage. A nice touch.

The location of the hotel is great. The ocean and beach are incomparable. All inclusive is not like other tourist destinations due to the nature of Cuba. Don't expect a wide variety of food. Mostly rice, chicken, fish. I liked the pineapples that were always there. Drinks ran out from time to time, but there were always two or three options to choose from. There are a lot of flies, just like everywhere else in Cuba. They try to maintain cleanliness, but still the plates had to be chosen to be cleaner, the cutlery was wiped with napkins. Room cleaning every day. The room is old, but everything looks decent. Not far from the hotel there is street food and a store (although the selection is not very large). There was a program every day, the beer was delicious, there were several cocktails to choose from, but we didn’t try them. We went to the restaurant twice (you can make an appointment at the reception at 13:00, they serve the menu for free). Excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Wonderful hotel, we finally had a proper meal in Cuba)) We had 5 hotels and Melia was the best. The beach with the entrance along the cobblestones was a little annoying, but it was a little to the side, and the entrance was already beautiful, although there would be no hotel sunbeds there. Due to the fact that the hotel is a Spanish chain, everything is really great with the food: jamon, cheeses, they will fry tuna for you and any meat. But the service is Cuban, if you don’t give grandpa a pretty penny, he will walk past you with water and wine. The safe didn't work, the hangers on the nails were falling off. Animation and entertainment are excellent

This is the second time I made a reservation for my family as I cannot travel to see them and my own experience here a couple of years back was extraordinary! The service in this hotel is unheard of! They are just to kind! All of them..just angels! For those who haven’t visit, this is one to give it a try…I promise you won’t regret it…aaand cannot even start mentioning the cost effectiveness of this one! You have all type of activities available, and Great food….This is what value for money is meant for ❤️❤️❤️❤️ besitos a todos en el staff! Gente increíble!

The first thing to highlight is the service from the workers, which has been excellent, and especially that of the chambers and butlers. The offers in the Buffet restaurant are not at the level of a 5-star hotel based on the variety of products, but it is worth highlighting that they are very well prepared and have a very good flavor.
