Sipadan Kapalai Dive Resort Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

This is the cleanest and most tidy room I stayed in Sabah. It's a pity that I only stayed there for one night. It's very close to the airport. If you arrive at the airport in the middle of the night, you can consider staying here for one night to adjust. The next day, you can go to the market next door to have a meal and then take a taxi to Semporna slowly. It's easy to find, and you can check in by yourself~ The front desk can speak Chinese, which is very convenient~

The hotel is equipped with a parking space, but sometimes there is a sour smell in the corridor of the room, which is unpleasant. Fortunately the room was not affected.

I stayed 3 days at this hotel. First day was excellent. Second and third day were distracted by the noise people playing go-cart at the back. (Open space area. Not sure registered or not). The hotel was awesome actually. Staffs were friendly and helping. Its just the noise.

The hotel staff were very supportive. After we arrive at night time, the staff took us to find an ATM to withdraw cash and even helped us upgrade and change rooms, which we really appreciated. The size of the loft room was larger than expected, making it spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. However, it seems the hotel may be understaffed, as they weren’t able to thoroughly check the facilities in each room. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the airport and easy to reach by Grab.

stayed here for the first time. when lady boss heard i'm a frequent traveler to tawau (at least 2 x 2 days trips per month) she gave me a free upgrade to deluxe room. Room was big and spacious and tv comes with netlfix. the only little imperfection for me was the lacking of water kettle in room. It would be better to either have individual kettle in each room or hot & cold water dispenser at each level. best would be also equiping the rooms with mini bar. over all its a good stay.

Strategic location , easy to get food and very comfortable. Stunning view at the rooftop.

Good location. Many restaurants & stores near the hotel. The hotel is located on the 1st floor, reaching there by the staircase. The room was not big & no window although I booked a family room. But it was clean & comfortable👍. The staff is really helpful. 😁

The facilitates of the hotel is a bit old, with no elevators. It’s close to airport (around 25mins) which is suitable for those wishing to go to the airport in the next morning.

I have been staying every month in junior suite. So many times i have mentioned it to the staff & even the GM. Unfortunately no action was taken. For a junior suite amenities are very basic. Not even face towel or inroom slippers provided. Inroom phone is not working. Aircond is not cold, worst got moss. So dissapointing. However, the staff is very good. Friendly. Helpful. I understand they are doing their best in a very limited resources they were given. I urge management to look into this seriously. Let the picture speaks for itself.
