Absolutely amazing. Self check-in without any issues. Unique tree house design and very tidy. 10 min walking from the stations but reasonable. Washing machine has drying function with detergent and softener are provided. We brought a bag for dirty clothes but we didn't even use it. Would be nice if bike renting is available.

When making a reservation for accommodation with residents of a nursing home, a caregiver / nurse, etc., I confirmed the color 々. ① Some people get upset depending on the situation, so do you want to enter the room directly? OK ② Can I enter the room with a wheelchair? OK Cover the tire ③ Can I carve or mixer meals? No mixer You can carve that allows you to bring in a mixer. I asked for such a thing and told me about the bus's arrival schedule. The price of this 1 night 2 meal is 71,100 yen per person for 3 people room on weekdays and 60,100 yen per person for 6 people room. When I went there, I heard that the bus would tell Nakai, who was picking up about the entrance, his name and put it in the room directly. Anyway, I just went to the front desk, and as a result, everyone went to the front desk and waited, and as a result, one person became in a bad mood. ② Nothing was said about the cover of the wheelchair, and as a result, the one that entered the room together was dirty and troublesome. ③ There was no carving, and we were desperate to carve and carve like a mixer. No request at the time of booking was responded. Also, I booked a private bath, but I made a reservation for 1 hour and 30 minutes because there was a person in a wheelchair, but it was 45 minutes before I knew it, and I was told to go out in time. When I complained later, the attendant who accepted it confirmed that it was received in 1 hour and 30 minutes, but there was no response just because it changed on the way. Also, in the meal, it was certainly soft meat like Kobe beef, but there was a hard part that I put in my mouth and spit out. I think that the person who is cutting is definitely putting it out while understanding. Knowing it smells like a bribe. I'm sorry anymore, and when I talk about all of this at checkout, it's a dogeza. It seems that only the performance can be done, but after that there was no apology letter, explanation, or excuse. I was disappointed and couldn't say anything.

I learned about lunch and bath courses without reservation on New Year's Day at the internut, and I went from Kyoto around noon with 1 people, but I couldn't make a reservation, so I drank coffee at the cafe in front of the front desk and had lunch in Kobe. This time, it was a long time since the hot spring in Arima, but the bath was clean and the scenery was very good. I couldn't make a reservation easily, but I finally made a reservation and I was able to make a reservation for Chinese food for lunch. This time, I would like to book a lunch of Mita beef and order meat dishes. Also, the bus transfer to the city was very good. I want to make a reservation even in the fall of my stay.

I stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.

Even if you go by yourself, you can enjoy a relaxing bath, a meal, and avitai, and there are many tsutenkaku and restaurants around that make you feel the dayy Showa I think it is one of the paradise that can enjoy the sunnyness. In addition, there is a time when the pool that women and children can enjoy is opened, and I think it is a place where 々 things can be enjoyed in one place. I use it when I think I want to slow down.

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

Beautiful Hotel! Very nice interior design and amazing rooms. I had the chance to try out their entry level room up to the suite, they are all amazing. Breakfast was huge and lots of options. Dont forget to bring ur camera! Special thank you to Augustin from the Front Desk to helping me arrange some special request. Really appreciated. Hope to see him again next time when i visit, and yes, I will 100% stay in this W Osaka Hotel again. It was such a treat!

Reviews From Real Travelers
Context & Disclaimer: I'm a very objective travel reviewer as someone who has a fair share of business and leisure stays. I leave reviews to help hotels improve their standards and also to help my fellow travellers make the best travel decisions for themselves. I've stayed at luxury to mid-range properties around the world including recent stays at the Prince Gallery Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Toronto, JW Marriott Hong Kong. This review also follows a recent stay at the Prince Gallery Tokyo where the standards were exceptionally high. I haven't reviewed them yet but will do so shortly. Japan is known for its warm hospitality and careful attention to detail. At high-end hotels, they go over the top particularly to make your experience a unique one, so when you're paying $700+/night for the Ritz you expect high standards. Especially when every luxury hotelier in Tokyo has said the RC Osaka was just recently awarded its 5* My guest journey starts off rocky and torpedoes downhill. Check-In 1 - it's been raining in Osaka all day and we walked into the hotel from the outside. No one to greet us or take our luggage. Not a single person to be found. 2 - I'm soaking wet and struggling to find the check-in lobby. I must've seen 3 staff members look at me and not offer help or ask if I need any assistance. 3 - I finally find the check-in lobby where it's a giant zoo and RC staff directing traffic like its 5pm at Shibuya crossing. An absolute loud mess. I'm still soaking wet with my glasses and both pieces of luggage, and a staff member asks me if I'm checking in or checking out. What??? 0 attention to detail right there. Anyway, she directs me to wait in line. 4 - At the RC Tokyo & Prince Gallery Tokyo and any luxury hotel that operates like one (e.g., Four Seasons), takes your luggage and ask for your name. By the time you make it to check-in, they greet you by name and help you get settled in. If you book a room on the club floor, they ask if you'd like to check-in there privately. Yes I booked a Club Room, and so I waited about 10 minutes dripping wet before asking someone if I could please check-in via the Club Lounge. 5 - We're making our way to the Club Lounge, with the attendant dragging our luggage along the way which makes lots of noise. 6 - Finally check-in with no problems. The Room 7 - I understand that this is a Victorian-style property and some of the room and structure might be dated. But I can't believe that the bathtub is something from a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott. The shower is equally not up to par with the RC brand. 8 - Toiletries. I'm not sure if this is RC making a push for sustainability, but soap, shampoo, and conditioner are given to guests in large bottle format, again like at a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott, instead of small individual bottles. Not a big deal, but just not up to par with other luxury hotels or RC standards across Japan. What if someone spit in there? Back to the lounge

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

This time I stayed in Osaka for 12 days, accompanied my daughter to attend a short-term art course, stayed in 3 hotels, and stayed in Four Seasons for the last three nights. The service is better than InterContinental. The staff will greet the guests when they enter and leave. It's good! We booked a tatami room on the 28th floor, and the check-in was also on the 28th floor. The service is like the executive floor with dedicated service. The staff are from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Shanghai. I like to drink tea. The handmade tea they make is delicious. When I have time, I run to ask the staff to make tea for me. After 5 pm, you can also have a glass of wine (free) to enjoy the sunset. Small desserts are also provided. Ctrip shows that breakfast is not included, but it is actually included in the store. You can choose to eat a box Japanese breakfast on the 28th floor or a semi-buffet on the first floor. The breakfast is delicious and rich! We have tried the French restaurant on the first floor for lunch and dinner, which is very good! Afternoon tea requires reservations. There are many Japanese! The 37th floor is a Chinese restaurant that I didn't try. In addition, the sushi restaurant has not opened yet!

Since it is new, taxi drivers may not know the location. It may be a bit far to walk from Osaka Station. If you take a taxi such as Uber, the taxi fare from Osaka Station will be around 1,000 yen including the reservation fee. The facilities were good, the staff was friendly, and check-in was possible before 11 AM. Please note that there is a 20,000 yen deposit per night. You can contact the hotel via chat with requests using the Four Seasons app. There is a pad in the room, so you can make requests as well. They seem to speak English well, and since it is a Japanese hotel, you can speak in Japanese. However, the housekeepers seem to be Chinese, so if you have something to say directly, you should speak in Chinese. The hotel is close to the Dojima Roll main branch, so it is within walking distance.

Reviews From Real Travelers
Concierge: We emailed the hotel weeks in advance of our stay to assist with bookings. Weeks would pass before they would respond, and multiple follow up emails were required to get a response. They did successfully book one 3 Michelin star restaurant to which we owe them significant credit. However, when we arrived and asked basic requests such as where to find restaurants or stores, the concierge was usually very short and had no suggestions. We were better off consulting Google maps. And this for a 5 star concierge service? In addition, the English skills of many of the concierge staff were extremely limited. While I know some Japanese, it should not be required at a hotel of this calibre. In fact, when visiting Japan, a 5 star hotel should have fluent English speakers for most front facing staff. Hotel Condition: The hotel has significant and noticeable wear and tear. We were in a Grand Deluxe Suite and when I arrived, a man was literally gluing on a piece of the door that had torn off. The woodwork throughout the suite was heavily scratched and dented including tables. The carpet was worn thin, and the sofa's velvet exterior was worn. In any event, for a hotel suite whose copay was $500+ per night, this was disappointing. Check out Process: The check out process was extremely troubling and disappointing. We asked for a Butler to assist with bags multiple times, and even after 45 minutes they did not come up to our room to collect our bags. This resulted in us having to drag our bags down to the lobby ourselves, as we were rushing for a Shinkansen train. Normally, this would have been fine, but we had a lot of luggage. The significantly wait time for luggage assistance is not characteristic of a St. Regis. Hidden Taxes and No Final Folio Provided: The hotel has some hidden taxes associated with rooms that have copays for upgrades. While we expected to pay 50,000 yen per night + about 37,000 yen in total taxes (about 5600 yen per night in tax), we did not expect too many additional taxes. Yet there was another 6500 or so taxes per night in taxes we were assessed. Even after numerous attempts, the hotel never sent a final folio nor explained the charges which is all I asked. General Impressions: The hotel seems poorly managed with a ”choatic” vibe in which there is not only no personalized guests are vying for the attention for concierge staff who are stretched too thin with minimal English skills. While I understand this is a busy time for the hotel, the hotel should not be having any difficulty meeting basic demands of elite members even when they are at capacity. The hotel felt more like a 3-4 star hotel than a St. Regis. Among St. Regis hotels, this one was a major disappointment.

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024. The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast. Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

********** I booked 4 night (6/7-10/7) through Trip.com under the name of Chung chi ming with all payment made.  On the date of check in, my wife paid ¥1800 tax by Standard Chartered CX credit card.   However, upon receipt of monthly statement of credit card, I found that there was an unauthorised and unknown charge of ¥4300 without our notice or approval.  I was told that the ¥4300 was arisen from coffee consumption in the hotel but I didn't consume any. Bearing in mind that the credit card transaction was made without any notification or approval. It was unauthorised access to my credit card account and might be liable to criminal offence. I am going to write my comment to your hotel. Please sort out this matter or I will approach my bank or even police department to seek assistance. Its all about matter of principle. Eventually tthe the hotel found out that it was caused by system error which was the outstanding bill of previous guest. The loophole was that the hotel could charge guest at anytime without any notification or prior approval which posed a risk to customers. Very poor management and I need to dusclose this malpractice through various media platforms. I should also blame the negligence of bank card centre.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Great location and comfy room for one person. Everything that I needed for 3 days stay in Osaka. The only thing I found a bit odd was that room had only 2 eletrical outlets so I had to charge my phone close to myself and my watch in the bathroom. Because I needed my power bank and laptop as well I had them to charge later on when I would leave hotel. Breakfast was nice , here are some pictures so you can check it.

Location is near to station. Rooms are clean but small. Staff was strict and not flexible. We got everything in the hotel, and appreciated a lot the self service beverage area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Japanese and International food. And the location is perfect for all downtown areas in Osaka yet it is quiet enough to relax. If we had to comment on one thing, perhaps the self service laundry area can offer multilingual explanation so people can understand how to handle the washed/dried items from other hotel guests, otherwise it would be a super 5 stars

We stayed in suite 713 for 5 nights. It was like a small one bedroom apartment with a small entry foyer, small hallway, large separate bathroom, separate bedroom and combined kitchen dining living room. It seemed much bigger than the quoted 45sqm. It's at the rear of the hotel and was dead quiet for the whole stay. No traffic or hotel noise. None. The full blockout curtains also worked perfectly. We rested very well. My only small criticism about the layout was the use of a sliding barn type door on the bathroom with no seals, so that it wasn't as private as we prefer. There was excellent water pressure and USB power outlets next to the bed. No international powerpoints. We paid for the breakfast buffet on one morning and hated the bright orange runny mess that was supposed to be scrambled eggs, the undercooked, anaemic bacon and soggy sausages. Luckily, there were enough other choices, but we didn't go back a second time. We also didn't like the fact that you need to plan ahead for breakfast because it effectively finishes at 9:30 a.m. and you need to pre-buy a coupon at reception. You can't just charge it to your room after you finish. (We liked it so much we actually extended our stay for two extra nights at full price.) Despite the minor niggles, we loved staying in this room and would easily stay here again.

Love this rustic, quaint hotel. A nice stroll from a Yodoyabashi train station. Hotel staff was warm, friendly and considerate. Room was a tad small to open up both our luggages at the same time but that’s generally most hotels in Japan. The comfy bed and amazing breakfast made up for that. Nice little touch of microwaves and vending machines on selected levels. Might have found my favourite hotel in Osaka now. Would stay there again for sure.

Our family had a great experience at Liber Hotel Osaka. Although it's a 15-minute walk from the main entrance of USJ, farther than other official hotels, the excellent quality of the two restaurants - Cafe and Bar Liber, a steak restaurant, and Dining Brickside offering a buffet with a stunning view from a large terrace - more than make up for the slight distance. Additionally, the in-house spa is a popular spot, so planning visits wisely can help avoid crowds. The bedding, duvet, and pillows provided are very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place reminds me of my childhood as I spend most of my childhood in hostel dorms, bunker beds with shared bathrooms and toilets. staffs were nice friendly idk the little girls name in front desk but she was sweet and helpful but one thing I’d ask for is air cons rooms can get very hot specially on hot summer beside that everything was good metro was like 2 mins walking distance overall I enjoyed my stay here thank you
