The sea view is not satisfactory, after all, there is a certain distance, and there are many buildings in between. In fact, you don't have to spend money on the sea view. If you want a first-line sea view, you still have to choose a hotel next to the beach. In addition, there is a construction site next to it during the stay. After the work starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, you can hear a little noise. The sound insulation of the room is good.
The facilities are complete, the shower is powerful, the air conditioning is sufficient, the TV has Disney+ and Netflix, and the washing machine and dryer in the independent laundry room are very convenient. You can use the induction cooker to make a simple instant noodle supper, and it is also good to throw the pots and bowls into the dishwasher after eating.
Parking is convenient. Each apar**ent room has a corresponding underground parking space. You can swipe the room card to open the garage door and the garage elevator goes directly to the beach.
It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time.
For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy.
In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point.
The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up.

We booked a three-bedroom, two-bathroom room, which was stress-free for two families with six adults and one child! The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped for cooking. It is about a 10-minute walk from the beach. What's surprising is that there is a Pipi dig on this beach, which is especially suitable for parent-child activities. The room was cleaned every day. We were especially grateful that we contacted us as soon as we forgot our headphones.
