Booked in a two-bedroom apartment suite, there are two rooms, each with a double bed and bathroom, a kitchen and living room in the middle, a microwave oven with a microwave oven, and a cup, plate and dishware. Very suitable for family living. There is a big bird on the tree outside the small balcony. There are many yachts in the small bay. Walking along the front road to the right, there is a German restaurant, German sausage and beer taste really good. The hotel's free breakfast is OK. Three kinds of sausages are eaten a day. One day there are bacon patties sausages, milk cereals, homemade waffles, and several kinds of bread jams. Originally, I wanted to live in San Francisco, but I said that the roads in the city are relatively ups and downs, the one-way line is complicated, and the parking cost is high. So I live in Auckland. It is convenient to drive the Auckland Bridge to San Francisco for two consecutive days. I found a Guilin rice noodle shop nearby in the evening, and it tastes so good! ! !

Not quite sure what to make of this place. The staff are very helpful and much more pleasant than most hotels and there are some unusually nice features but poor maintenance pretty much undoes the value. For highs, it's conveniently located and parking is fine. It's right on the water but there's not really much of a view. Still, it's a relatively pleasant walk along the waterfront. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with high quality pots, pans, and durable dishware. The silverware is probably the cheapest they could have found. The room is larger than normal. Our stay was quiet and undisturbed. The bed is smaller than a queen and really was uncomfortable for my wife and me. A curious choice because it looks as though as though even a king size bed, a foot wider would have fit. But the maintenance and decor was poorly done. The curtains weren't hemmed and didn't match the decor - they'd been replaced but not by a designer and the thermostat had also been replaced, but by a smaller device leaving a large 3 inch by 4 inch hole below the new device. There was also a hole in the ceiling that had been patched, but when they painted, they used a very different shade of white so, 2-foot obvious patch in the ceiling. Not even an attempt at doing a good job. Not sure why it seems so difficult but clearly the management is having a tough time operating the motel. It's too bad, really because with a little effort it could be a nice stay. If I stay in Oakland again, this wouldn't be my first choice, but if everythine else was booked, I'd probably stay there again. If they lopped a third off of the daily rate, then I think it'd be a fair deal.
