This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of ​​the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

I believe this would be my favorite hotel no matter how many years pass.

Incredible hotel with amazing views, service and food. We were given a free room upgrade. If you are a keen snorkeller I would recommend walking to the veranda opposite Tropitel as the coral reef there is incredible

The hotel is all-inclusive and very good, the atmosphere and facilities are very good, the Red Sea is very beautiful, and drinks are free to drink. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, there are also rich evening programs and many restaurant options.

The hotel is very beautiful, showing off the beauty of the sunrise over the Red Sea. There are three swimming pools, which are large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is of high quality, especially the buffet. I hate buffets, but this high-quality and extremely rich buffet can last for several days.

Spent a week here before moving on to a river cruise on the Nile. Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with a fully equipped modern gym and health spa. All staff friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour. The food was typical “All Inclusive” though of a very high standard and enjoyable with themed nights. The bar snacks were superb. They serve burger and chips, fish and chips and hot dog and chips. All with an Egyptian style but very very tasty. The room we had was a superior room which was spacious clean with a mini bar containing soft drinks and water that wax restocked daily. this is included with the all inclusive cost. Beach sun beds were of a reasonable quality but you do need to reserve your bed early before the Europeans grab all the good spots. The hotel reserves the right to remove any personal items left in a bed before 8:00am to make it fair on all clients though I didn’t witness this and many beds had items on them from at least 7:30am. Excursions can be booked from the resort, just enquire at reception and they will guide you to the correct area to view your options. They offer a red flag at the towel station to put up on the sun shade if you do t want to be pestered by the beach sellers. Not all sellers take any notice though they do move quickly if you say you are not interested. The evening entertainment was generally very good with only a couple of acts that were cringeworthy. The Egyptian night was extremely good and well worth staying to watch. All in all a very pleasant and relaxing stay

The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning. The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate. Rich breakfast and dinner, hotel decoration is very new, will come back
