I would 100% recommend staying here if you need a great location, clean hotel, COFFEE almost 24/7, and very kind employees. We checked in the day before Thanksgiving with our family of four (2 kids and me and my hubby) and the woman at the front desk was SO KIND to us (forgive me I can't remember your name) and was so helpful. There was HOT coffee in the lobby and a breakfast that met everyone's needs. The lobby and the rooms were very clean. The gym was in good condition too - there's a PELOTON BIKE Yay! One evening we needed towels, and Adrian (who was working the front desk later in the evening) ran them up to us SO QUICKLY. I share all of this to say I was really on the fence about booking a stay here, but this is a really great option for families. It's not fancy and no frills (but gah you don't need that with 2 little kiddos...save that for your anniversary trips) and it does the trick. The hotel was super close to Crane's Roost (gorgeous walking trails and tons of shopping) and also very close to tons of other restaurants and shopping options. Don't think about it just book it!

Arrived late, around midnight, to a very sour guy working the front desk. When I asked for bottles of water (included for Diamond Honors guests), they were given to me with a huff and I was told my ”My way” preference was points. At every other Hampton, those points have substituted for free snacks, not water. The room was fine, although the room location preferences on my profile were not met. The air conditioner was loud and had been off all day; waiting 40 min for a room to be cool enough to sleep in after a midnight arrival is annoying. Breakfast was fine, about as you would expect for a Hampton Inn. Can't say I am keen to return based on the front desk employee's sour attitude. Was clear management is hiring warm bodies, not for any kind of service orientation.
