what a wonderful resort! the whole area is beautiful, facilities are well-managed and guest reception & service are fantastic! (special thanks to my manager Sunny and DAI NGUYEN). I've also enjoyed activity programs like yoga class with kindly teacher (for free of charge!). Thank you for giving me wonderful time ever!

It was really happy moment when I stayed at this resort. The resort facilities were so fancy and clean. Also, the staffs were very kind and well-trained. Especially, I was touched by high quality guide service from my room's service manager. Thank you! Ms. Sunny and DAI NGUYEN. I hope to have a chance to be here again.

This is the best hotel in South East Asia. If you are looking for a resort hotel to spend quality time with your partner, just book Regent. you will not regret it. firstly, the room. the room is superbly designed. Modern and chic. The semi enclosed balcony gives you space to chill out and enjoy the sea breeze. Mini bar and snack drawers are fully stocked, entirely complimentary and restock every day, so that you can enjoy the moments without the hassle of racking up hotel bills. secondly, the service is simply outstanding. they will bring you drinks whenever you sit at the pool or beach lounge chairs. every single staff from the gardeners to the waitress, cleaners will greet you. the regent experience team is so professional, we forgot our t shirt at the room and they promptly courier it us at our next destination at HCM. Thirdly, the breakfast is devine. The spread and set up is the best I have ever seen. Trust me, you will eat many rounds at breakfast.

Here is my second visit to Regent Phu Quoc and the hotel never disappointed me. Everything was still awesome since the first step to the last one. The highlight of the hotel was the Regent Club. The staffs were very helpful and detail-oriented. Especially, Mr.Ha, the club manager, who helped us a lot during our stay and in our way back to the airport. They always remembered our preferences. The club served high quality food and beverages. The room was clean and equipped with great amenities to make sure the guests’ comforts. If you will be in the area. Regent Phu Quoc will be your great choice to stay.

Sailing Club Signature is set in beautiful ground with very large private pool villas. The villas themselves are new, super spacious with large private pools. Our Villa had a hot plate, dishwasher and washer dryer as well as a microwave and a decent sized fridge and freezer. It had a large lounge with two air conditioners and another 2 air conditioners in the bedroom. Villas are serviced daily. There is a larger pool for Resort guests adjacent to the restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet with many choices but with most buffets food is only lukewarm. We had 3 dinners at the restaurant and our favourite was the Chef’s Table which was part of our Luxury Escapes Package. The Grilled Beef Salad was very good and the Prawns with pineapple salsa as the main course were superb. The Spa is well worth visiting. Linx, sorry if I have the wrong spelling, gave an excellent massage and my wife loved her Facial. The resort is spread out but there is a shuttle on demand service and you never have to wait long. 3 staff really stood out in terms of the outstanding service they provided: Yellow at breakfast each morning; Khunnie at Dinner and Nhu at Reception.

I had an amazing time at Sailing Club resort, room was fantastic, staff were amazing and food was incredible! You can tell that the team and the management there really care about there guests! A lot of great activities in the resort and you can enjoy the peace and quite of your private villa. Will definitely come again!

My partner got hurts when he was playing the water sport on the beach of Melia hotel. The owner of the water sports did not inform in advance that there were wires underneath the hovercraft. As a result, the child fell and went to the emergency rescue, causing the companion's leg to bleed from multiple places. We went to the hospital urgently to stop the bleeding but because I was in a rush, I didn’t bring any cash. After the examination at the hospital, the hospital needs to pay a deposit in advance before providing treatment. Water sports owners refuse to admit their facilities pose serious safety risks. But the responsibility is obvious. Because of the language barrier, I had to return to our hotel to ask for help and coordination.Emergency time LE helped us solve this incident. Finally, thanks again to LE. Thank you for having such an outstanding and friendly staff at your hotel.

There was no inconvenience in staying at the resort during the trip. It was a pleasant trip and I felt the hotel staff was very friendly. I never used the private pool throughout the trip, but I heard that it will be cleaned upon request. Safari, Vin Wonders, Grand World accessibility was good. The resort is a little far from Hon Thom Island tours and southern trips. Dương Đông Night Market and King Kong Mart are available by Vin bus, not grabs or taxis.

We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. We will be back soon. R&B

Advantages -The beach location is very good -The internal facilities are old but well maintained. -I am proud that I do not use disposable products (I do not feel sorry for nature) -The swimming pool water quality is managed with a filter rather than chemicals, so it is clean without any bleach odor. disadvantage -The hotel entrance road is unpaved and a bit scary. -The resort is eco-friendly, so there are a lot of bugs (those who are afraid of bugs should be careful!) -It was a bit unfamiliar to us who are used to disposable products (we got used to it in a day)

Is a beautiful hotel at the north. Near to grand world, vinsafari and vinwonder. Free shuttle bus to the above places. Other than that, is far to town. Breakfast have good spread. Big room and large bed. Staff are friendly. There is also a ****** right across the hotel. If going to visit north of Phu Quoc, star fish beach. Is a good hotel to stay.

stayed here one night only,it is the last hotel i stayed in phu quoc, after that,i go to HCM city.the resort beach famous for sunset and IG photos-taking. but that day when checked in,not a sunny day,the sky rather gloomy, and even rained at the sunset time.i did take many pics at the beach, but the installation arts on the beach need more maintenance, quite old. the resort is a kind of villa, there are four rooms in a bungalow, i occupied one room, ohers are vacant that day.room not very big but comfortable, bathroom is clean, and with a bathtub.there are TV, fridge, wardrobe in the room, also it comes with aircon. i dont like the idea of sharing room with others, but no choice, they dont have hotel rooms at the moment.i noticed they started to build a boutique hotel near the villa. maybe one day can stay at their hotel? i had dinner at the resort, ordered tagliatelle with broccoli, mango smoothie and yogurt panna cotta ,only the dessert not good, others tasty, i love the pasta.but the price quite expensive. if you want to eat outside, you can walk to the nearby community, more options there. breakfast is buffet style, food very tasty and worth the money.they offer free shuttle bus to airport, but when check out,the staff said the bus service temporarily unavailable at that moment,so they called a taxi for me, but paid by the villa.anyway, good service! if you ask me want to stay here or not,if come again, next time i will stay more longer, cuz i didnt swim in the pool during the stay, one night too short, cant enjoy actually.

The counter service is great, the selection of breakfast meals is average, the villa experience is good, the room is large, the outdoor swimming pool is clean and the water is shoulder-deep. The disadvantage is that there are many mosquitoes in the room at night and the water pressure of the bathroom equipment is low.

We had a wonderful stay at the BWP Villas. The swimming pools were beautiful and lots of space. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. Especially ms. Ha from the restaurant Tropicana. We will stay here again if we come back to Phu Quoc!

My stay started off with a bumpy start. With a few things going wrongs but the staff and management were amazing and tried their best to accommodate my needs. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. The food is delicious and the breakfast caters for everyone. There is also a great seafood bbq buffet as well as a band that are really good. Staff are super friendly and ready to help you with anything. At the end I ended up having an awesome trip and would definitely stay here again.

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

Fairly a good stay and decent spread of breakfast buffet except for the airport pickup mishap. We called the hotel and confirmed the pickup time at 16:10 following the hotel schedule. However, we waited for the hotel shuttle van for 2 hours but unfortunately it did not show up. Explained to the reception about this issue however he did not seem to care much or maybe did not have the authority to offer a solution. The manager should have handled the situation in a better way at least by providing a room upgrade to make up for this inconvenience. Since we waited at the airport for a long time and we ended up paying an overcharged rate for a taxi. I tried to reach the manager multiple times however the reception staff informed me he was not available.

The Hotel was beautiful and the garden very nice. The whole hotel area was very clean and has direct beach access, you can get towels at the pool and beach. The access to the water is suitable for children. The staff is fast and friendly in most cases but the food service at the pool was sometimes slow and quite pricy compared to the outside places. The rooms were comfortable and well functioning, the bathroom was in very good condition. The location is good, but outside of the Phu Quoc it’s. However, there is a small night market with many open restaurants is in walking distance. Along the beach you can find a nice walk way and the hotel also offers bike rentals among other sport activities. We would go there again. To other locations for snorkeling or so, you can take a taxi and get everywhere in 40-60 minutes.

We booked for 6 weeks; the Lahana thought we'd got our booking incorrect! However, we were shown to our bungalow on top of hill overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens. Our room was large and spacious, good size bathroom with bath tub and outside shower. As we spend 3 months in the Far East we tend not travel light. The wardrobe was not large enough for all our cloths, but, we used wicker baskets for extra storage.[might be worth management take on board?] Breakfast was a delight of the day. Various fruits, eggs, meats and salads also Vietnamese favourites. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Viet, Kim,Nico, I could name them all. The whole LAHANA team! Would we return? YES. My only reservation is Phu Quoc has only really just started as a tourist trap. I t needs to clean up its beaches and surrounding roads and lanes! I'm sure it will! Reminded me of Phuket 20 years ago! Now spotless. Thank you Lahana for a wonderful holiday!

We had a great stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a lot of variety and some different dishes each day. The pool is large enough that it never felt crowded. We didn't know it would happen but on Saturday there was a little foam party in a section of the pool. There are free kayaks to use at the beach, which is an added bonus. The beach has a really nice and relaxed vibe in the evening and the hotel grounds has some hammocks to relax in. The gym is small, but well-equipped and in good condition, and also nicely air conditioned. The hotel provided us with free tickets to see the light show which you can access via a free bus from outside the hotel. The light show is around 30 minutes and starts at 9.00pm; it should not be missed! The staff are attentive and friendly. We asked about a late check-out, which they were able to arrange for us. Finally, we enjoyed our stay so much that we re-booked to stay the following weekend.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My best wish remain with the staff of the Hotel specifically with the Breakfast room management
