Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

My college BFF and I had a reunion in Bangkok to celebrate our 30 years of friendship. We couldn't decide which luxury hotel to stay in since there were so many 5 Star Hotels in Bangkok. We finally selected several hotels including Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Capella Bangkok. We also considered the Mandarin Oriental but we decided to go with those three. Our stay at the Capella ranks among one of my best hotel experience, even above the Raffles in Singapore and the Ritz Carlton Kyoto. The Capella was a breath of fresh air from the moment you step in. We were assigned a friendly Culturist named Pac who checked us in with a welcome drink and walked us to our room. The view from our room took our breath away. We had a 180 view of the Chao Phraya river and its bustling boats. The hotel is one of the newest properties in Bangkok, so everything was state-of-the-art. The beds were supremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We went to the lovely bar to enjoy cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres, then proceeded to take the hotel boat shuttle to nearby Icon Siam Mall. The whole experience was seamless way to escape the Bangkok traffic. The young man by the river named Bee was extremely helpful. The next morning, we participated in the Sunrise Yoga before indulging in a leisurely breakfast by the river. We met with one of the managers, Pin, who took the time to ask how we're enjoying our stay. I then went to the Spa for the famous Thai massage, I was warmly greeted by the entire staff, but Egg and Honey took special care of me. Our stay at the Capella was short but sweet. We walked over to the Four Seasons for our next stay, however, we wished we had stayed at the Capella. Four Seasons was definitely a downgrade and did not have the personal touch we so appreciated at the Capella.

The best hotel in the trip to Bangkok, the same price is really better than the big-name hotel chains such as Four Seasons Park Hyatt. Small crowd, distinctive, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, first-class service, suitable for relaxation. Facing the river, the location is very good, and there is a pier where you can take a boat. There is nothing wrong except that the taxi is very congested, especially at dinner time, you must call grab in advance or leave early.

The Siam is above our expectations - the staff are friendly and especially our butler Khun Gub. Love the deco and ambience of the hotel and the ferry shuttle provided by the hotel makes traveling around tourist attractions a breeze! Will definitely stay here from now on whenever I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Hotel was newly renovated and really really nice. Room is big and clean, equipment very nice and convenient. Location not bad. need some walk to main road, but very peaceful. We love the balcony, and restaurant for brunch. Nice view and comfortable. However, staffs were mostly friendly but not very well-trained. Some did not even greeting us when met at the elevator or corridors, which should not happen at a five star hotel we thought. Overall, we like this hotel, hope can have better experience next time.

Incomparable good service professionally and warmly delivered. Just stayed there for four nights and everyone from the reception and concierge to the restaurant waitresses and managers are great. The facilities are as warm and on a human scale as you can get and for me it is the epitome of Siam and Bangkok. One complaint …we are now spoiled for good!!

My fiancé stays at this hotel on a regular basis and generally has good things to say about the hospitality the hotel provides starting from the receptionist to room service. On 4th September, she was on my way out from the main lobby at 5:20pm and had forgotten to wear a mask, which is still required in Bangkok. She approached the receptionist, Naleupon K, asking if they had a spare mask, which the hotel should have considering they advertise themselves as being ”Covid Free” and the Golden Tulip is a four star hotel. Surprisingly Naleupon sharply said no they don’t have a mask. She found this strange as it's a Health and Safety issue, so she asked again and the receptionist then handed her a box of N95 masks at the counter and said you have to buy it. She asked “all of it?” To which the receptionist opened the box and said “49 Baht”. She told her not to worry, she would rather buy it from outside. This complaint is obviously not about the small fee, but it's the carelessness and attitude received from the receptionist for a simple request that bothered her. It's unnecessary and spoilt her afternoon.

Well, i ve stayed two days long. Don t let the photos fool you due to the facts. It is such an old city hotel. Because of staying in quarantine in the room i haven t experienced too much, but i can tell you smt about the room. Bed quality is very poor it s like a wooden part of furniture. Pillows are worse than bed. They re alike melting soap. After laying your head, it is possible to have bed feeling and you feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. We ordered in the room, they brought for us omlette and slices of cheese with mashed potato. It was delicious. Wifi was also sufficient. If you have another option, evaluate it first. Thanks

Excellent service, memorable stay & experience with Louis Vuitton event & Virgil Abloh FW22 show.. We must commend manager Ben & his immaculate team at the FS Spa. Congratulations for a successful opening. We were the very first clients on 31 May at 10am appointment, greeted warmly by Ben as the elevator doors opened. Our masseuses were warm, engaging and professional, with excellent firm hands for our Oil remedial massage. In addition, the Spa shop has beautiful products for purchase. The concierge service via WhatsApp is convenient, efficient and just what modern travelers find useful. Day to day housekeeping requests, in room dining order, restaurant bookings etc. Nothing is too much to ask for the excellent FS team who is service-oriented and well-trained. We had a river-view room. It definitely adds to our experience in Bangkok, especially adding to our long awaited post-pandemic travel excitement. The view over Chao Phrya river & BKK city, day and night, is beautiful. We enjoyed the main pool at different times of the day, never crowded. Attentive poolside service upon arrival, towels freshly prepared over sunbeds, iced water for all, magazines & sunscreen at hand, what more could one ask for. The water is clean, the pool layout is great, the change rooms one level down is immaculate and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel. Lastly, the food and ambience. The hotel has a luxurious comfortable feel. The lobby is grand and impressive. Breakfast at Riva has eggs made-to-order, freshly cut tropical fruits, flakey pastries. Daily Thai iced teas for everyone!

We’ve stayed in many four seasons and this is the best city centre one. The beds are so comfortable with black out blinds and feather pillows. Lots of different places to eat, enormous buffet breakfast and loved the takeaway patisserie, our regular cappuccino at the end of the day’s siteseeing became a ritual. As always the differentiator is the staff so Thai so friendly

#This new hotel is yours 🤭 Let's see what's so good about a 20,000-baht room per night!!! When I found out that Ritz Calton was going to open in Bangkok, I waited for a long time until finally I found out that it would definitely open on December 4th 🎉 Book now 🤣🤣🤣 Open for 3 days, come here No need to invite the hotel, come yourself 55555+ The hotel is located in the One Bangkok project, a large and complete real estate project. It is a world-class business and lifestyle center in the heart of Bangkok. It is 216 meters high and has 260 rooms in total. The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok comes in a Thai Noble House design. It will take us back to the 1800s on Wireless Road, which was full of mansions of the wealthy and embassies. As a result, most of the design combines Western and Eastern styles through the facade, floor patterns, and art pieces from Thai and international artists. The first area of the hotel is a reception hall before taking guests up the elevator to the lobby. The first image we see is a lotus pond inspired by the image of the Sra Pathum Palace. Telling the story of each lotus against the backdrop of Lumphini Park. The 260 rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, using Thai flowers such as jasmine, lotus, frangipani, evergreen tree, marigold and frangipani to create different atmospheres in each room. Some rooms have private balconies to view Lumphini Park. The main rooms are Deluxe Room, Gardenia Suite, Marigold Suite and Amaranth Suite. There is also The Ritz-Carlton Suite, the hotel's largest penthouse. The dining area is also interesting, especially Duet by David Toutain, a modern French cuisine restaurant in a glass house, which has been consulted by Chef David Toutain from Michelin-starred restaurants, or Lily's, an all-day dining restaurant with both Asian and Western cuisine, and Caleō, a lounge serving afternoon tea and evening cocktails. For those interested in wellness, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, a spa and Relaxing Pod, a fitness center and swimming pool, is recommended. As a city hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom was built to be the largest ballroom in the city. Suitable for hosting events that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. There is also a unique experience called Defining Moment, which uses a “long drum” to start the evening celebration for guests.

I came to Bangkok specifically for the Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. What can I say? The service is perfect, but it is a new hotel and there is still a lot of room for improvement. Keep up the good work.

The host is very friendly and helpful. He will always reply to your questions. Surprisingly, I mentioned that a friend likes to play basketball, and she bought one before I checked in. The surrounding environment is not very good, it is very dark at night, but the house is very nice, big and very clean. The host bought a lot of snacks when he checked in, and also prepared ice 😂 Very surprised Although the swimming pool is not too big, the children had a lot of fun and the room was also very nice. A disposable bathtub cover was provided as a gift. The equipment is also very complete, we have cooking and laundry in the house One dissatisfaction is that there are more mosquitoes in Thailand😅 There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby, only open 1000-2100, too late to open and too early to close 😅 Very close to the subway station, far from the city center.

This villa is very comfortable to live in. The single room is large and nice. The elderly and children are very satisfied with the family. There are parasols and deck chairs next to the swimming pool. It is very comfortable to lie down for a while after swimming. The yard is huge. If you don’t want to go out to eat by yourself You can cook at home. The induction cooker, gas stove and microwave oven are very convenient. The host is also very hospitable. He personally came to receive us and prepared fruits for us. The trip was very pleasant.

I spent over 5,000 Thai Baht to upgrade to the best Thonglor suite at the hotel. The room is spacious, with luxurious decor and a high-quality feel. The bedding is very comfortable, and the hotel's lounge offers a variety of beverages and snacks, which is a great perk. However, the service attitude of some individual staff members at the hotel is lacking. They don't greet guests or have a friendly attitude, so there's a need for the hotel to improve its training in this regard!

Hotel pros: Lovely entry. Restaurant access. There is a travel agent next to the hotel. Also there is a Lawson and 7 eleven close by to get your snacks or everyday needs. Beds are made daily. Staff members are respectful. Clean hallways. Hotel cons: Room is dated (old). No plug next to the bed. Plug in the bathroom can only use for shavers. In the entire room, you can only charge your electronics at one point in the room. It was quite annoying. I stayed for 6 nights and it was driving me crazy. If you will stay for longer and don’t mind, great. If not buy an extension cord. Rooms were a bit dusty. But not overly dirty. Walls could be painted. The shower in the bathroom has a tub and you have to be careful not to fall when getting in and out. Restaurant meals were the same everyday. So boring.

Here’s a review based on your feedback: The hotel is good for the price, with decent amenities that meet expectations. However, the service from the front desk could use some improvement. We felt that the attentiveness to our requests, which were clearly mentioned during the booking, was lacking. A bit more focus on delivering a ‘wow’ impression rather than a slight disappointment would elevate the overall experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a great choice.

The Sukosol Hotel is a unique blend of old and new. While the old building may need some updates, the overall experience is enjoyable. If you're looking for a traditional Thai experience, the old building might be a good choice. If you prefer a more modern atmosphere, upgrading to the new building is worth considering. Be prepared to pay extra if you want to stay in (upgrade) the new building. (500thb per night) Dim Corridors: The corridors in the both building could benefit from brighter lighting. The hotel's walk distance 10minute to BTS.

From beginning to end a very nice hotel. When you arrive, service level very good, interior stylies, lots of space, clean, nice smell, etc. The room equipped well, good bed, working table, bathroom, minbar, etc. The only min point was that I costs me some time to figure out the remote control for lights and airco, and the TV i never got figured out. But for sure can have something to do with my age. If I would have called for help, for sure they would have explained it. Loved the pool with comfortable beds, enough towels, free water. Also well equipped gym. All you expect from a high end hotel, but anyway it is nice when it is there for your convenience.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was Non Halal, so we skipped. The staffs were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The BKK traffic is a nightmare. Hotel was quite a distance from popular shopping spots but the BTS train ride is a good mode of transport. We LOVE how they have a lot of switch to charge your mobile. Toilet come with towels, toothbrush, hairdryer, hand/bath soaps and shampoo. We booked Grand Deluxe and it comes with a Balcony. And, a lot of great lighting too! A small gym and pool. We have visited Lancaster Bangkok three times and have found it to be a perfect hotel when visiting the city. The rooms are clean, the facilities are excellent, and the reception staff provides wonderful service. However, I can only give them 4 stars due to disappointing experiences with the bellboy staff at the front door. Firstly, my brother had to drop off my luggage at the hotel while I wasn't there. He reported that the bellboy was rude and spoke to him unkindly. Secondly, after checking out, I left my luggage at the hotel. When I returned to collect it around 7-8 pm, the bellboy was again somewhat rude. Despite thanking him politely in both Thai and English, he did not respond and instead gave us an unpleasant attitude. This occurred on May 10, 2024. I wanted to pass this message along to the management and hope that during our next visit, we will receive the five-star service that we have come to expect.

This is an amazing hotel that provided excellent services. From the moment we entered the hotel room, the bed was decorated with snacks, drinks and birthday decorations to welcome us. This is a memorable birthday for my boy. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable including the special bunk bed. The bathroom (with bathtub and rain shower), sink and toilets are separated. You will not be bored with the selection of the buffet breakfast because it changes everyday and covers a wide variety. We also enjoyed the free 24 hours buggy service/ Tuk Tuk. The driver communicated well in English and provided good recommendation to us on which locations to drop off. We also got the opportunity to receive a free 15 min Thai massage. Other special services include free Thai Costume and photo taking which are all very amazing. Both hotel staff Mild and Nam were very professional, friendly, kind and patient. We had a chance to experience wearing Thai Costume and kept a memorable family, couple and solo photos. It is truly a memorable and unforgettable stay. I will definitely choose Vince hotel next time when visiting BKK again.

Hotel located far from heart of the city, take around 30 mins by driving, but it is easily to travel by BTS Sukhumvit line where just 450m walking distance to the station. Walking distance to 7-11, restaurant and massage parlour. There is a small and quiet roof top bar at the hotel which has nice view to relax yourself.

A hotel worthy of its name! This is my second time staying at Carlton. I've stayed at several different hotels along the Sukhumvit road, however, this is by far the best hotel I must say! It still feels brand new, and the room is very spacious, whether you get the standard one, or the executive one on the higher floors! The view of the city is stunning! Probably my favorite part of the room is the huge window which lets a lot of lights in + opening the automated drapes first thing in the morning! I'm not a big fan of stuffy dark room. It's conveniently located along the Sukhumvit road and area, where you can find many trendy bars around, restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores like 7-Eleven. Furthermore, it's walking distance to the hip new mall Emsphere, where they have the sky walk to Phrom Phong BTS station to get to other destinations around the city. The bed is comfy enough, cleanliness is impeccable, and I love the pool too. I haven't been able to use the gym facility or the sauna at the hotel, but they look well-equipped. I stayed for 3 nights this time, and I'm definitely coming back in the future. It's a bit pricier compared to some other hotels, but you get what you pay for. Wide breakfast selection, cool rooftop bar... Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with the hotel! Not much interaction with the staffs to be honest, but last year (2023) my company organized a seminar here and everybody was very supportive and helpful with the arrangement.

For part of our honeymoon, my wife and I stayed in the Executive Suite at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, and it was a truly exceptional experience. Room: The Executive Suite was perfect for our special occasion—spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The room offered a modern, elegant design with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. Breakfast: Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight each morning. The buffet featured a wide range of dishes, with new options added daily. From fresh pastries to local Thai delicacies and a variety of Western choices, there was something for every palate. Executive Lounge: Having access to the Executive Lounge was a fantastic perk. Throughout the day, we enjoyed a variety of delicious refreshments, and from 5-7 pm, we indulged in complimentary cocktails and other alcoholic beverages whilst looking out over the city as the sun set upon it. The relaxed atmosphere and attentive service made it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Service and Management: The staff at Novotel were genuinely lovely—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is clearly well-managed, with everything running smoothly and efficiently, adding to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. Location: Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is ideally situated in one of Bangkok’s most vibrant districts, offering convenient access to a range of amenities and attractions. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from both the MRT (Metro) and BTS (Skytrain) stations, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area is bustling with a variety of dining options, from street food to upscale restaurants (I strongly recommend Esaan Nation Kitchen) as well as numerous massage parlors for a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. For shopping enthusiasts, Terminal 21 Plaza is nearby, providing a convenient spot for quick shopping. While it’s great for a casual browse, we found Icon Siam to be a more enjoyable destination for a full shopping experience. Additionally, the area is well-equipped with essential services, including hairdressers, laundry facilities, and a 7-Eleven just 50 meters up the street, perfect for grabbing late-night snacks or drinks. This prime location offers the perfect blend of convenience and local charm, making it an excellent base for exploring Bangkok. Overall Experience: Our stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 was everything we hoped for and more. The combination of a luxurious suite, excellent amenities, and outstanding service made it the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok. Rating: 5/5 – An exceptional experience for couples or anyone seeking luxury and comfort in the heart of Bangkok.
