The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

This hotel is really not overrated! When checking in, a white guy who can speak Chinese came to receive us. According to him, his mother is from Sichuan 😂, which was quite a surprise. The hotel rooms are distributed in villas (mansions), ensuring a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are not as old as I worried before coming. Instead, they are well maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and atmospheric. The beach is a completely private beach, and there will be no tourists to disturb, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool is very suitable for lying down and playing, if it is not too hot at noon, you can lie there all day. Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. I recommend 101 Restaurant. The candlelight dinner with sea view is amazing. The most worth mentioning is the service attitude. Every staff member you meet in the hotel will take the initiative to greet you with a smile and be ready to serve you at any time. No one will ignore you. Buggy responds quickly, and even if you ask them to wait after the buggy comes, they will wait respectfully. In addition, the minibar in our room cost 30 dirhams, which was waived when checking out. This kind of small details will make guests very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Bvlgari Resort Dubai Attentive service and great value for money [Coffee] The service of Bvlgari Resort Dubai is really great. My wife and I came here this time to celebrate our five-year wedding anniversary and my and my child's birthday. Although the child did not come to the hotel, a complete set of children's toiletries, including bathrobes, drawing toys and toys, was prepared for my child. It was very thoughtful. They also prepared three cakes for us, two birthday cakes and one holiday cake. Thank you so much. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for children behind the Bvlgari Resort, and a room dedicated to children. There are different time periods and different entertainment activities every day. There is a special little sister to accompany the children to play, which is great. The big coconut and three bottles of water outside, as well as Evian's hydrating spray, are all free, which is really great. In particular, there are two saunas and a bath whose name I don't know in the aisle of the swimming pool. You can ask the service staff to open the spray for you. It's really great. I have never enjoyed such a comfortable feeling. Foreigners are really good at playing. Overall, it is worth the money. I will continue to bring my children here for vacation next year. It only takes one day and you will feel relaxed all year round. And I also experienced kayaking here, which is really meaningful. Everything is free. I enjoyed many services in the hotel for the first time. Not only the dog blood in front of me, but also poetry and the distance. No matter how busy you are, you have to take a break. Another thing is that my wife and I went to the Italian restaurant next to the Bulgari Hotel, which is a two-star Michelin restaurant. The experience was also very good. Two dishes cost more than 1,000 yuan.

My favorite hotel in Dubai with the best restaurants inside from Nusr Et to Coya. The rooms are treated in detail, the service is impeccable and the staff really helpful. They let me find a surprise cake in my room on my birthday :)

The City Side is the scenery of the Burj Khalifa, and the Sea Side is the scenery of the beach. They are different. The TASCA restaurant on the top floor is not suitable for Chinese people. The SPA is somewhat discriminatory. Will come back for a second time.

Excellent hotel; however I really would love to have entertainment programs, shows and a better pool after all. Their pools are literally for kids :)

The hotel is in the desert, and some roads leading into the hotel are not convenient for small cars to drive in. Please confirm with the hotel in advance which location address to use so as to find the main entrance on the road. 3. All room types should include 3 meals, and it is recommended to book a room with 2 activities. Camel riding is recommended during the activity. It is not very hot from 18:15 in the afternoon. The journey takes 15 minutes. You can ride to the depths of the desert to rest. Champagne, water, soft drinks, nuts and fruits are provided, and then it takes another 15 minutes to ride back. For room types, you can refer to other pictures on Ctrip. The facilities are relatively new. The food and service are absolutely beyond expectations, and you can expect more from this hotel. Starting from breakfast, there are steaks and smoked salmon. I ordered lobster fried rice several times in the evening, which is enough for half a lobster; among steaks, fillet is recommended. Breakfast juice and coffee are free, and juice and beer for lunch and dinner will be charged separately. Free (sparkling) water is provided. Counting the private swimming pool, three meals and desert activities, the price-performance ratio is not bad. The most noteworthy thing is the hotel service, especially the restaurant service. All three meals can be ordered to the room. If you go to the restaurant, no matter how early or late you arrive, you will always be greeted with a smile. The service is very diligent, but not too enthusiastic to feel disturbed. It is said that you can order dishes 24 hours a day (I don’t know if there is an additional charge), and the included dinner will be delivered to the room at 10 o’clock. It is always worth going there, and the service is worthy of tipping.
