Very happy that I chose your hotel to culminate my journey with IHCL. The management and all the staff went all out to ensure a comfortable and wonderful stay. We were completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service, which is second to none. From the greeting at the gate, to housekeeping, F&B service and Front Desk, the service was consistently outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Also loved the activities organized by the hotel - tour, peacock and duck feeding. The J Wellness Circle was very clean and hygenic and so were the surrounding lawns. Special mention to Bhaskar (Materials), Jhanavi (Celeste hostess) and Housekeeping girl whose enthusiasm, optimism and joy are an inspiration to all. (I interacted with them the most). Thank you so very much for the complimentary upgrade a Suite. I will highly recommend Taj Falaknuma Palace to my friends and associates and I hope to be back once again sometime next year.
One of the best outings we have ever had -- From the moment we stepped it at the gate, we were showered with enormous love, respect and pampering. The welcome was grand, the stay was grander and the evening Kawali and palace tour was fabulous. Our room was setup beautifully to set up my wife's birthday cake and tasty food items, which was completely a surprise. The beautiful folks at the dinner at Celeste took care of us like family and made us feel special! The visit ended with breakfast which was a delightful spread and mix of Indian and European! Overall, it was an awesome and memorable experience. Callout to the security staff too who took extra care and helped us with movements within the palace as it was raining in the evening. Overall, could not have asked for more !
