I especially like the environment there, the beautiful scenery, the birds and flowers, the villa is simple and chic, very emotional. There are frogs and insects in the night, and there are bird songs in the morning, which is suitable for leisure for small purposes. The waiters are warm and thoughtful, that is, the transportation is not convenient, and Chinese food and dinner are not available. Going to eat a meal will require a round trip and cost 120 MYR.

1. All the staff are friendly which is perfect for a hotel. 2. Buffet breakfast, chefs gotta be more honest while preparing the foods, some got no taste at all. 3. Warm water tastes like soap or chlorine. 4. Can't deny the cleanliness of the hotel. 5. Kids playground with a built in TNB room. Perhaps the hotel should think to relocate either one. For SAFETY purpose. 6. Those who stayed here, tryna search for Boroi Cafe/Corner, you wont regret having your meals there too. 7. 2 nights stay accompanied by some weird sounds each night, someone playing drums using the plates and spoons, or kind of, based on the sound. Guess when is the time? 1AM to Fajr Prayer. 8. Heard of children running on the upper floor, same time range as the above comment. Hope there was another family in the room above us. 9. The lift/elevator area, the air conditioner is there, but it seems to be malfunctioning. 10. No such thing as charlie insect or etc like how some other comments/reviews before this. This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

Superb international breakfast with helpful and warm employees. So sedap and variety. FO personnel + concierge+ FOM + DMs are warm and helpful. Making you feel welcomed and not guilty for the mess the 2 years old infant created 3mins walk to Queensbay Mall with easy & safe road to access since I have baby stroller. Will definitely stay here again.

We arrived at lobby at 4.45pm, but the room still not ready yet. Waited till 5.30pm and request to change the room. The carpark is full as theres an event at the hotel, so i need to park far from hotel. Other thn that, everything is satisfying👍
