Good breakfast, don't drink ice cola, have breakfast black tea, great.

Very close to the school, clean and hygienic, and the atmosphere is good

The hotel is very close to msu University. The facilities are complete and tidy, the decoration is newer, the rooms have better sound insulation and the kitchen is fully equipped! The surrounding environment is also close to the supermarket! Everything is perfect except the breakfast is simple and slightly lacking! Next time I go to this place!

This was way nicer than I expected. Spotlessly clean and really nice rooms. The decor and beds are more like a Marriott than a Courtyard by Marriott. If you're a neat-freak like me, this is your hotel.

Next to the golf course, 15 minutes drive from the school, very close to the supermarket, complete equipment, reasonable layout, good service quality, kitchen is super easy to use, the refrigerator is big enough. I have visited many times and have the feeling of going home.

Just made my first stay at ANOTHER hotel in the area along with my in-laws since the Lansing shooter incident. This Springhill Suites on Trowbridge would NOT refund our $$$ so we vowed never to stay there again. This will be the first of dozens of trips that they will not collect on two rooms, and all for having rigid policies and their hotel manager Ciara being nothing but rude. Stayed down the road instead and had a very nice stay. Good luck, glad you don't value my business.

Very pleased with our stay. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. This hotel was very quiet. Good breakfast and great coffee. We will definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants, movie theater and Walmart.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights in May 2023. The rooms looked clean upon arrival but a quick inspection revealed a level of neglect that does not jive with the courtyard brand. Rooms were not serviced during the four days, the bedding was absolutely disgusting, the shower curtains smelled of mildew, the toilet seat was cheap and detaching, the air conditioners were barely functional, the rooms smelled of old smoke and the list goes on. This is not a nice building and Marriot would be wise to ditch this property or refurbish it as it is an anchor on their brand. On the upside, which bumped it from 1 star to 2, was the super friendly staff!
