Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay in Lara Barut Collection. Great location, only 20 min from the airport and 35 min from hotel to the old city. Perfect service from check in to check out. Delicious food and a lot of options, from the buffet to restaurants a la carte. All the staff helpful and kind. Strongly recommend it for the family with kids even couples. Everybody can find a nice space and what to do. Special thankz for the restaurant manager Main. Sure we will come back here.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

It is 15 kilometers away from Antalya Airport. It is very convenient to return the car to the airport car rental shop the next day. The hotel is a bit far away from the old town, but it is difficult to park in the old town, and there is nothing fun. The hotel is also very expensive. It is wise to choose here for one night. There are not many restaurants nearby. There is a shopping mall about 1 km away from the hotel, which offers high-end goods. There are also many dining options in the mall. The hotel has an invincible sea view and beautiful scenery when you cross the road. The hotel has free parking for self-driving people.

I spent seven nights at this 5 star luxury hotel. When I arrived I was taken aback at the beautiful decor. The reception and lounge areas are impressively decorated to the highest standard. The hotel boasts a beautiful large upper deck, sparkling pool and sun beds. There is a middle deck and a stunning lower deck at sea level for tanning and a swim in the sea. The food is exquisite, catering for all diets. The hotel is spotless and all the staff are friendly and go that extra mile. I felt at home and welcomed by all. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym, library, massage facilities and spa. There is the most beautiful deck offering refreshments at the front of the hotel, perfect for relaxing with a cup of Turkish tea or coffee and a cheese cake, whilst taking in the scenery. I highly recommend this hotel as a top class facility where you will feel welcome, relaxed and pampered!

We have arrived at midnight and after a long travel we’re very tired and hungry. To our surprise bar at the lobby was opened and we have been forwarded to the restaurant after a quick refreshment for the midnight soup, which was delicious! My teenage children were very pleased with the opportunity to refuel their energy all week of holidays with the fresh meal available three times a day in the restaurant ( unlimited!) and four hours at the beach! We have been in the different range of hotels and this one we liked the most because: everything you need for the rest and entertainment was here! We enjoyed pool swimming and sunbathing, beach sunbathing, water slides, turkish hamam . Staff were really friendly and helpful, but took us time to work out : do not keep your door key next to your phone or you will get a problem to enter your room ( just a tip) . My daughter’s comment was: mum I feel like I have been on holidays for a month! To me it’s a good indicator of successful holidays. A separate thank you to members of staff Fartih and Mustangs who helped us with all the information and reactivating our door key .

We had an unforgettable stay at Los Suite. We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children under 2. We ended getting 2 apartments and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay here, the rooms were so modern, stylish and done to such a high standard. The front was manned 24/7 and the staff were exceptional, nothing was ever trouble and they always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We spent most of our time relaxing and lounging by the pool which was perfect for us and was a spot for us to also chat and mingle with other guest enjoying the pool too. This place is ideal for families with their spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities and safe environment. The place was ideally located only 20minutes away from the airport and was easy to get around. In summary, our stay at LOS Suites was nothing short of magical. If your'e seeking a tranquil retreat with impeccable service, stunning accommodation and a family friendly vibe - this is your spot. We wholeheartedly recommend LOS Suites to anyone visiting Antalya.

The hotel is in the innermost part of the alley. It is inconvenient to take a taxi. We used to take a taxi in the morning because of the night bus. Although the 41 lira is only three kilometers away, there are many hotels and restaurants in the hesitant hall, so the car can't be opened. Going down on your own, you can't get in the car for a day. The service staff is still enthusiastic, help to call the next morning rental, and check out at 5 o'clock in the morning. However, there is no TV in the room, no hot water bottle, hot water can only go downstairs to find the front desk, the price of this room is too high. There was a problem at the time of check-in, and Ctrip’s service was criticized here. Many times before the check-in and Ctrip asked whether the hotel is paying or deducting the card, saying that it is a deduction card, and will deduct it before check-in, until the check-in, and it has failed. I called the bank first and said that my card has no problem and I don’t need to report the overseas deduction in advance. The prompt is that the input information is wrong. Call Ctrip and let them re-send that it is a system relationship that can't be sent again. Let me pay cash at the front desk, I didn't bring so many euros. Then I suggested that my credit card card be given to them. Before the Ctrip hotel booked by Ctrip, the money paid to Ctrip should be deducted from the Ctrip account. However, the Ctrip gave me the card and the hotel was deducted twice. I don’t have a physical card after going abroad. The customer actually asked me to let me tell them how to help. Do I know that I need to give you an international long distance? Finally, I went to the front desk and asked me if the verification card number was my reservation card, but the last three digits were not verified. It was the old card of my card several years before Ctrip. After the expiration date, the data has been updated. During the trip abroad, Ctrip also used my reservation card to deduct other hotel expenses, and everything was normal. Therefore, it can be judged that Ctrip's own sending information is sent to the old card information. And the cost of Ctrip is the direct conversion of the euro to the cost of the renminbi, but the hotel deducted more than 80 euros into Lira this hotel more than 520 lire, according to 1.4 more than 200 yuan, when the bank will have to convert The US dollar is repaid. It is inconsistent with Ctrip’s estimated amount of more than 560 RMB. Since such a hotel can be cashed in, Ctrip should consider the situation of multiple conversions, especially if I have asked in advance to ask for cash, it is the warmest way.
