Reviews From Real Travelers
It was an amazing stay for my wife and I. It was after a long work trip in other parts of France for the two of us, and we decided to spend a few nights at the George V Paris. We were thrilled. It was a late arrive for us at close to midnight, but the team was ready for us. The person who opened the car door for us knew exactly who we where and quickly escorted us to the Front Desk ( my apologies as we were so tired when we arrived and I did not get to ask for the name of the gentleman who was the doorman). Louise at the Front Desk was efficient, warm and friendly. She knew exactly who we were even before we handed over our passports for check in. The manager on duty Karen was clearly on top of her game. She made my wife and I felt extremely welcome while Louise took care of the check in process. The two of them had good chemistry and the check in felt swift. Knowing we were traveling from a different city from a long train ride, they called the lobby restaurant right away to secure a reservation for us. Louise even took the extra step of walking us over to the restaurant to introduce us to the restaurant team so they knew to expect us after we check into our room and drop off our personal items. That is what caring feels like. After we checked into our room, the Bellman Arnalt showed up shortly after us and quickly unloaded everything and explained the room to us and make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. We were so impressed with the beautiful Room Service amenities and the very kind note from the GM. The food at the Lobby Restaurant was incredible, the young lady Claire who took our order gave great recommendation made us feel welcome and at ease even though it was close to midnight. The gentleman who I believe is the manager of the restaurant (sorry I did not get his name) also was kind and welcoming. He told us not to rush as the kitchen was standing by for us. It made us feel like we were the only guests there. The fancy mac and cheese on that menu was something out of this world. (Please send me the recipe if possible. My wife talks about it at least twice a week). After our amazing late night meal, we took a hot shower, and had probably one of the best sleep in the past few months. The room was well kept and it did not feel like an aged hotel. we could see that part of the hotel rooms were being renovated but the hotel felt calm and orderly. The next morning we have had the pleasure of dining at the V for breakfast. The room is obviously gorgeous, and the food was again outstanding. But the person I was truly impressed was Arnalt who was taking care of our breakfast experience. He was a true gentleman with great charisma. He was calming and welcoming no matter if he was only serving one table or when he was serving 6 tables at the same time toward the end of our breakfast. A normal Arab coffee sounded like the most amazing must try coffee when he described it. Katina at the Concierge was thoughtful and detailed when answer

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay in Paris. We booked the Four Seasons through American Express. Prior to arrival, we actively engaged with the concierge who helped plan our itinerary. Their concierge services are amazing, you do not need a travel agent while staying at Hotel George. They booked private tours for us and our friends at the Louvre, D’Orsay, Siene river cruise and Versailles. They arranged for all of our lunch and dinner reservations, as well as shopping appointments at stores. I am truly impressed by their concierge services- it’s the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. From check in to departure, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make their guests feel special. They address guests by name while passing through the lobby! The lobby is gorgeous, overflowing with the most beautiful flowers. The breakfast area is elegant and peaceful. We booked a deluxe suite, room 530, with a balcony overlooking the street. The room was exactly what I would hope for at a hotel in France! It was painted in cream and light blues with exquisite bedding and furniture. The location of the hotel is perfect, with shopping and many attractions in walking distance. We had dinner at Le Cinq and it was fantastic. Although this is one of the most expensive restaurants in Paris, it was not stuffy and the waitstaff and servers were a lot of fun and friendly! The food and wine was superb. The bar at the hotel is small but beautiful. On most nights we stopped in for a nightcap after dinner. The cocktail menu is unique and the service was great. I can only say wonderful things about the Hotel George. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Paris!!!

facility. location. Needless to say, it's the best. The staff are the worst. I changed the check-out time to 1pm, so I was packing my bags, but the housekeeping staff just came in. coming in. I checked out today and cleaned the curtains in the room. I asked why I was coming in and when I asked what my name was, I lied and said I couldn't speak English, and then ran away. Call the manager and ask. Although I'm sorry. I don't feel sincere. He called the employee and said he wanted an apology. say no Then, he told me to be patient because he would give me breakfast for free. Is this really the service of the Bulgari Hotel? The fitness said they gave you a protein shake for free, but when you brought it to the room, they said you had to pay for it,, I called again and asked. said free. There is really no communication between the staff and no communication. The French Paris system that really does the worst job and gets paid a lot.

Room, service, location, breakfast are all in general, look like it is better than the ordinary hotel, the price is here, but it is still worse than Paris Liz, the room is a strange irregular shape The service is a kind of fake face, the smile is not a smile, the restaurant produces only the second-rate, the gap between the form and the substance is too big, it is difficult to restore the reputation of Bristol, the location is not at all, just away from the Elysee Palace, compare Many politicians have lived, so the reputation is greater than the essence, very not recommended.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. For $2000/night, I expected services similar to Four Seasons. However, it fell short in the following areas. Room service prices were outlandish, Chicken consume soup for 40 Euros?! The restaurants are not digitally connected to the front desk. They have no ideas that the person making the reservation or dinning there is a hotel guest? I got a Tier 2 table at their Michelin rated restaurant for my wife’s birthday? The head waiter was polite but did not talk to us as he did to other guests perhaps thinking we were not guests until I charged the 560 Euro dinner to our room. I tried to change 220 CHF to Euros at FD, and 3 attendants spent more than 15 minutes figuring out what to do and how to do it? When I checked out I received a blank invoice via email?!

Breakfast is very good, not a buffet restaurant, is a set meal, more than the extra money. You can add an extra bed, but the super bed is indeed very big, the hotel is in a good location, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are highlights, the small garden can not be missed, very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, the honesty can be said to be normal, the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptions and smooth communication. Overall it is still great.

The location of the hotel is ok, it is very quiet, and Sofitel is right next to it, it seems to be better. Paris st regis is too small, there are almost no other facilities except the restaurant. After staying for four days, it was a bit boring after a few days. The room is a top-floor terrace room, you can see the Grand Palace and the iron tower

Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!

My family and I stayed for 3 nights late May. we had 3 rooms and all of them were very well appointed and nice. Very good beds and bathrooms. Service was very good, people very nice and extremely helpful except for the young lady in Concierge which had a terrible attitude and had no idea what being a concierge means in a hotel. We complained in front desk so we dont want to male an issue out of it but she shouldn't be in contact with guests. We really enjoyed our stay there and would happily go back.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Maison Albar Le Diamond and can't help but share our unforgettable experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by smiling and attentive staff, ready to satisfy our every need. Their hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. The decor of the hotel was just beautiful. Every corner was carefully thought out, creating an elegant and soothing atmosphere. The artistic details and choice of colors added a touch of sophistication to the whole establishment. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered absolute comfort. The bed was cozy and the modern amenities allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest. We were also impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, everything was impeccably maintained. However, what really made the difference was the exceptional staff at the hotel. The manager, Jihad, was always present during the day, personally ensuring that every detail was taken care of to make our stay memorable. His kindness and professionalism are to be commended. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Doudou, a truly fabulous member of staff. His considerate attitude and his dedication during a small technical incident are to be underlined. He provided us with personalized service that made our stay truly special. Also to highlight, the remarkable breakfast that was offered. A real banquet for the taste buds, it offered an incredible choice of savory and sweet dishes. Different cereals, fresh fruits, a variety of fresh juices, as well as different breads and baguettes which were just very good. Also the coffee served was well made from a well known brand (What Else?) which added an extra touch to our morning dining experience. It remains to say that the hotel is ideally located if you want to visit the great monuments and the Place de Paris...the Place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, and other Faubourg St Honoré are 10-15 minutes away. feet and the path that leads you there allows you to do some shopping. In conclusion, the hotel Maison Albar Le Diamond undoubtedly deserves all the praise. With warm and smiling service, magnificent decor, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, this establishment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Thanks again to Jihad, Doudou and the whole team for their exceptional hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel with my 6 year old daughter from the 24th of July til the 28th of July and I must say I did not have the best experience there. Firstly in my booking that I made with booking.com it said that the price included breakfast so I was shocked to hear that I had to pay for my daughter 4 days of breakfast on top. It said clearly breakfast was included.. If I book a room for both of us and the breakfast is included surely it is for both of us?? I sent several messages to get a refund but they never reply and before my trip I sent them emails about my trip but never got any replies. Also I found the staff extremely rude and unhelpful when I was asking for things when I was there, especially a black tall guy who was just rolling his eyes and staring even when I asked for an iron like it was a problem. When I asked for directions instead of actually explaining things to me I was just given a map, maybe as the English was not very good but I think hotel staff should speak sufficient English. Breakfast was good selection but once again the staff there hardly smiled always seemed rushed and pushing through the queues putting down their croissants, very rude. I been working 22 years as cabin crew so I know what good customer service is like. Also they put a transaction hold of £70 on my debit card that has not been refunded. Lastly I should have checked the location better but coming back late at night is not very safe at all, especially with a young daughter. Lots of dodgy people around.

True to its brand, this 25Hours hotel has style in spades. The room was stylish and comfortable and the hotel service was quick, attentive, and helpful. The location of this hotel is basically perfect. You're a short subway or bus ride away from most of Paris's many attractions and located directly across the street from one of the city's largest train stations, meaning you have access to trains going all over France, including to the Paris's airports, meaning loads of taxis are also nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and my stay. My only complaint is that the rooms lighting seemed to be harsh and needlessly complicated in the hope of looking cool. In the end, I unscrewed several of the bulbs.

It’s a small hotel and quite clean. The hotel is located near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, about 5 min walk from the metro of Gare de l’Est. It is easy to get around and to take the train. There are many restaurants outside, which is quite convenient. The price is okay for a small room in the middle of Paris. However, the shower is a little too small. The design does not allow me to open the door properly. I could not even move around inside the shower and I am a small person. The bathroom itself is not small. Hence it is weird that they made the shower so small.

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

While the location is outstanding the hotel lacks key service like restaurants, room service and concierge . Only one person at the front desk who is always busy doing everything ( check in and out, cashier, housekeeping, information, etc. ) you have to wait for along time to be answered on any questions!!! I have notified the hotel ahead of time that we are on our honeymoon and requested a king size bed but ended up with two beds!!? and there is not any honeymoon arrangements
