We were in town for a friend's memorial service and wanted a place to stay that would give us some ”joy” and a place to refresh on the heels of deep sadness without breaking the bank. Compass in Medford, Oregon gave us what we needed. This place is bright and cheery, a far cry from the drab dark colors of most hotels in this price range. It's super clean from stem to stern, we loved the complimentary FULL breakfast, the restaurant food was delicious (ate there twice), the beds were comfortable, and every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was that the music was a bit loud in the restaurant and pool area, but not enough of a complaint to lose a star on this review. If we ever need to stay in Medford again, Compass will be our go-to place. Highly recommend.
I was so wonderfully surprised the moment I walked into this bright and cheerful lobby. The rates were so reasonable and my room was perfect. I did eat at the cafe and was so pleased with the food and drink. The staff was not only very efficient but friendly and welcoming in every way. I already booked two nights next week and I can’t wait. I’ve already told all my friends.! Thank you, Medford finally has a place I can go to
