Friendly and efficient check-in that included complimentary water bottles. Our balcony room on the 12th floor was on a corner, so we had views of the harbor, Coronado Island & bridge and Petco Park. We attended 2 games (Go Giants!) and appreciated our own special entrance, via the hotel sky bridge. It was so nice to just walk back to our room after the game. We easily walked to several restaurants and the Shout! House. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The bed, pillows and linens were the most comfortable of a hotel bed we have experienced. There was one USB port and several plug ins. The Wi-fi, in-room coffee maker, security safe, refrigerator and blackout curtains were greatly appreciated. The closet was large, with hangers and two suitcase stands, so our room could stay tidy. We received drink vouchers for the bar on the 1st floor and imbibed before one of the ballgames. The balcony has sliding doors and brought in the fresh air. There was not too much street noise when sleeping. As soon as the sun comes up, the light rail trains, sirens, horns and loud engines can be heard. We didn't experience any noise from neighboring rooms. I think this was the first trip, ever, that there were no slamming doors, loud hallway talkers or running children. The bathroom was probably the oddest we have experienced. Extremely clean and updated, but the double sliding shutter doors were very bulky and noisy. Maybe some WD-40 on the tracks would help. There are decorative shutter ”windows” that did nothing to disguise sounds and smells. No sign of a fan, so we opened the balcony doors when in the room. Not a deal breaker, just a uniquely odd set up.

This was my first stay at an omni and we will stay again. From entering the building to checkout and everything in between staff was excellent. If you are going to a baseball game there isn't a better option as the hotel has a bridge that connects to the stadium, with its own entrance and exit. Loved our view, enjoyed the pool and the drinks. The room was good, minor issue with tub. Two recommendations 1. The platelets/stone on the floor of the balcony were all loose so you felt really unstable as every step you heard/felt a crackle so was a little nervous on there 2. the hours of the bartender by the pool. He left at 3!!! So you have to dry off, get dressed and walk all the way to the bar to get a drink then travel back to the 6th floor. Please extend the hours at least till sunset.

Take the children to play on the weekends, and find that there is no hot water when playing in the water by the sea when going back to the room to take a bath. Called the front desk and waited for half an hour before the workers came to repair it. Because I had reserved dinner, I couldn't wait to fix it, so I had to go to dinner first. Come back for dinner and find that there is still no hot water! Called the front desk again, waited for nearly an hour, and made several phone calls during the call to see the repair. Such a high-end resort hotel, there was no hot water in the room, and the maintenance staff came very slowly! Children wait until 10 pm to have a hot bath to sleep! Called the front desk to complain, asked to speak with the manager, and was told that there was no manager at night ... speechless! Called Ctrip customer service to complain and was asked to take a picture without hot water! Excuse me, how can I make a film without hot water? ? !! Ctrip's customer service said that it would give 100 yuan for exemption. Can you spend more than 6,300 to book a high-end seaside resort hotel, and encountered super mentally handicapped problems without hot water, can 100 yuan solve the problem? ? ?

We had a great experience..... Room was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Getting Windsor Cottage included is well worth the extra cost. Being apart from the general public at the Del is worth every penny. The service is extraordinary. The concierge staff goes the extra mile. Valets and bellmen are great too. But, if you end up next to another party that is loud or obnoxious....it will ruin the experience. There are big families that stay to maximize the value, and these can include loud spoiled kids. If they had some segregation between families and adults only it would be perfect. Not sure how they could do that though. Also, it should be mentioned that you cannot swim in the ocean at all. Google ”Tijuana sewage on San Diego beaches” and it will explain the whole thing.

Giudizio in generale positivo

The beach hotel on the island should be some years old, the room is large and the facilities are good. Get up early and go for a walk around the seaside with beautiful scenery. The restaurant tastes good and the service is warm. Quite like

We went for a graduation. Enjoyed exploring Little Italy, Walked to the Midway and Seaport Village, short drive to Balboa Park. My only complaint is that the garage is very narrow and difficult to make the turn to exit. Every time we took the car out it was hair-raising. Breakfast in the hotel was quite good and the help were super friendly. Many delicious restaurants in easy walking distance.
- Guest User
The breakfast is not much, the waiters are enthusiastic, the charges are slightly expensive, the room is good overall, and it is quite large, but the sewer feels a bit sluggish, the location is good, there are many options for eating and walking, and you can walk to the midway museum, and Not bad

This hotel is right next door to the Westin San Diego Bayview. This is a small boutique hotel with a lovely lobby. You must walk up stairs to the front entry and park at the building around the corner for $25 per night. The room is small with no closet but some nice racks with hangers and drawers under the bed. The bathroom was very nice with large walk in shower. The front staff gal who helped us, clearly was new. It took a couple of go throughs to figure out about the parking and the $35 resort fee. She did ask if we knew about it. Which we did. We used it for our breakfast. We walked 15 minutes down India St to Little Italy. Many great restaurant choices. It was only a 4 block walk to the waterfront. We did not go to the Gas Lamp district. I felt safe walking around.

We have been very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly at the beginning, but at the check-in we received only an information letter and not orally told that the rooms are made only on request. For questions at the reception you had to wait until the staff had no more conversation. You simply didn't pay attention. Also, a double booking was made on our credit card on the first day. This was corrected after our trip, but we had a further booking later, which we do not know about to date. The final bill was not listed and was charged only after our stay with our credit card. No response to our emails from home is not given. Because we travel with a rental car, we use the valet of the hotel. When we delivered the car, it was still on the street for hours before the hotel. On the third day when we planned a trip, they didn't find our car. The car came back to the front line after 30 minutes, but the key missed. Although we were given a night Valet, this was not compensation for the lost time we wanted to use otherwise. The rooms are very nice, but this does not make the staff and the discomforts.

Horton is a very old hotel with a beautiful lobby, elegant blue and white design, and a string of lights on the trees in the yard. Stairs and elevators are old and new, and they are well protected. We booked two nights with two twin rooms with fireplaces, on the second floor, two squatting rooms but the layout was different. The room facilities and services are to be spit. The leaks in the bathtubs of our two rooms have bluish spots. The water in one room sink is only hot and the hot water is very hot. The fireplace in both rooms is not easy to use. One of them is completely can not open. Some of us have a fever, call the front desk 3 times and wait an hour to get a blanket. It is worth mentioning that most of the hotels in the West are very thin, the pillows are very high, and Horton only has blankets. The service staff did not smile and was not enthusiastic, and could not match the services of other hotels in our time. Regarding parking, the hotel does not have free parking and a one-way street. Paid parking is expensive, we parked in a nearby public car park, there are many homes around, we found the cheapest is $15 a day, opposite the cvs pharmacy. Regarding dining, the hotel does not include breakfast, and the breakfast is not cheap. Starbucks is on the corner of the street. It is about 5 minutes drive from the famous cafe 21. You can eat brunch.
- 飒
The hotel is located in the Gas Lamp Street. It takes 15 minutes to walk to find Chinese Too. Chinese dishes are more authentic. The hotel has a certain history, very old style, and clean, but the sheets feel slightly rough. Special parking, 45 dollars for 24 hours, can enter and exit multiple times. The room is large, the suite layout, but only one large bed.

This hotel has a noble feel! The friends who went there fell in love, saying they liked it more than Ritz-Carlton in Santa Barbara. I heard that there are many swimming pools, but we only saw one. The hotel grounds are too big, take a walk and take a look. If you are a golfer, you will love the environment more! Its daily activities are also very rich. We participated in a qigong meditation at 9:00 in the morning, and it felt very good. There are free yoga classes and the like. Not boring There are some restaurants to eat and drink ten minutes drive from the hotel. The environment is also super nice in that area, and it feels like a rich area. A hotel worth visiting. I will visit again!

Very good hotel, whether it is software and hardware and the environment, basically no choice. Mainly talk about the environment. If you live, try to choose the valley view side, it will be more comfortable than watching the pool. It's just that the price of golf is too high to match the price of American courses.

Stayed for 6 nights in a 1 BR. Valet tried but they can get overwhelmed. Check-in went fine. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Room was of good size but definitely needs a refresh. Fraying carpet, desk chair had rips, marred furniture. Only 1 remote for 2 TVs. The kitchen had pretty much everything you would need and worked. Breakfast is 6a-9a and was kept stocked by friendly staff. Good location, easy walk to the convention center. No laundry bags, good thing I brought my own. check out went OK. You will hear everything going on outside even on a high floor so bring ear plugs. Wi-Fi worked fine. Not enough plugs in the bedroom so bring a power strip. I would return.

Super nice hotel. Clean, convenient and sanitary. The room is large, especially the bath is good. The bath room has always been considered more important. Taking a bath is a treat. Convenient with kitchen. Feel at home

Ctrip saw that this hotel had good reviews, so I switched to this hotel from the old city. The hotel is a brand chain, the location, scenery and design are very good. The room is quite large, clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. I chose the sea view room with both sunrise and sunset. It's beautiful. The swimming pool and gym are well designed. They are spacious and comfortable. The bar on the 40th floor has a great view. You can see the city of San Diego at a glance. The only thing is that the basin and bathtub drain covers in the room are old and cannot be closed, and there is a bit of smell. Bonus points are that the seagulls come back to the window and knock on the glass to ask for snacks. They are not afraid to beg for food gracefully and generously. It was a good experience and I will book this hotel again in the future.

This is an old hotel with rich cultural background, all the staff are very friendly, the room service is timely and in place, the bedding and mattress are very comfortable, the breakfast is not to mention, the weekend menu will be replaced with the brunch menu. All the above advantages allow me to tolerate the only disadvantage of zero view from the window. Parking is valet, there is a cvs at the door, and there is a taco that ranks first in the United States within five minutes' walk, which is pretty good, but there is homeless on the roadside

The same as in North American hotels, there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and bathrobe. This hotel doesn't even have soap. Because I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, I had to wash my children's socks and shorts. There was no soap, so I had to use hand sanitizer. There is no water boiler in the room, but there is a coffee machine. The hotel's swimming pool is useless, open at sunrise and closed at sunset. This is very unfriendly to tourists. Parking at the hotel is charged, $50 per night. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The hotel is facing the sea and the scenery is okay. It's okay to bring older children, but don't choose this hotel for younger children. Very inconvenient. The hotel is about 45 minutes' drive from Legoland and about 15 minutes from Sea World.

The hotel is located in the city center. In the gas lamp block, there are many red men and women every day. There are very few Chinese people. Many foreigners should come to vacation. After paying for Ctrip, they will have to pay the resort fee after check-in, which is about 40 dollars a night. But the other us grant, which is relatively resident, has a price/performance ratio and will not stay in this hotel. As a hotel, professionalism is a little lacking. The facilities are just like American hotels. Basically, all of them need to be equipped and there is no hot water bottle.

Overall good. It would be nice to know that unlike other hotels, there is no refrigerator, bathtub, or body wash. I ate breakfast every morning, but the breakfast was not a buffet, and I used the cafe and restaurant on the first floor of Indigo. The taste is about 3.5 points. It's about $12-18, but if you don't have many families, there are many brunch shops around, so it's recommended to go out and eat. It's 30 dollars per person for breakfast, but it's already paid, but at the breakfast restaurant, the price of food is around 10 dollars, so you can order one at a time. I think it was more because I was looking forward to breakfast. Anything else is good. Sound insulation will be fine if it is not very sensitive

I found that there were hair on the towels and no shampoo, but they could all be resolved. The room is large, has a microwave oven, is close to the road but has good sound insulation, new facilities, breakfast is better than the Sheraton at the back, but the serving time is shorter. Now I figured it out. The hotels with the suffix BY marriot, byhillton, by, etc., are not the big room wives of these big hotels. They just put a name, but sometimes they are more real. The hotel's strength is concentrated on accommodation, eating, and safety. , Easy access and other core areas, not the appearance of the lobby, bar, and service staff

Very old hotel with dated rooms. The rooms are not good. I had to shift three times, and the front office staff handled the passport carelessly. Won't stay in this property again as I was not impressed with the room quality. Housekeeping is only available every three days—no staff to help to shift the luggage from room to room when I was moved. I booked a bay view room with a balcony, but they provided the first room, which has smelly rooms and no working aircon. Moved to another room without a bay view and, after a night, moved to another room on the eighth floor with a semi-bay view and balcony. Honestly was not impressed with the experience. No free water in the room. Wifi was not the fast.

A pretty large resort, but with personal attention by the staff. Ground were well appointed. The rooms were very well appointed, beds comfortable, people serving us were pleasant. Would never hesitate to recommend the place. Can't wait to go back. My only complaints as follows - the one bartender at the Tequila Bar definitely wasn't into serving people with a smile. I asked him what beer he had available and he said ”some domestics and some imports”, turned and walked away. That was a turnoff. The other people who served us over the 3 nights were all fine, but not him. Also, we were on the 15th floor, yet surprisingly we could hear conversations down in the pool area, and especially the music playing. I found that as being a little odd. That is the only reason for dropping it down from 5 stars.

There is only one restaurant in the hotel, which serves an American à la carte breakfast. The hotel location is good, in the middle of the gas lamp area, there are many restaurants around, suitable for food. 3 minutes walk to the tram stop.
