It was a nice stay, It was on the water. It was nice to go out back of the hotel and sit and enjoy the scenery. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was clean. Air conditioning was good.  Places to eat were plentiful, lots of restaurants to choose from.

We booked because of the weather. We have since booked a second night, again, because of the weather. Everyone has been very accommodating!! Even having breakfast available past the scheduled time because local restaurants are closed or closing because of the weather

The room is clean and great for business purpose. Location is quite far out, restaurant waitress are not the friendliest, quite rude.
We didn't ask for the bill, but they sent us a bill out of nowhere while we were having a lunch meeting, asked to come back in 10 minutes time but she just stood right next us.

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool,
However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met.
Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops ,
Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights .
So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant
Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patongFrom$79

Beautiful hotel located by a private beach amid lush gardens. The setting is stunning with an incredible swimming pool, clean private beach and swim up bar. Breakfast had great choices for everyone. The hotel is about 20 minutes taxi journey to Patong Town and there is very little in walking distance from the hotel, which makes it ideal for families or those wanting a quiet get away, yet shops and nightlife are still only a short journey away.
Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I hope that I have chance to return.From$141

Checked in for a really quick stay, meeting a friend from the airport.
Highlights:
- Beautiful villa
- Friendly staff
- Location right on the beach, with restaurants, massage, convenience store & pharmacy all within easy reach of the hotel entrance
- Close to the airport
- Entrance to waterpark included
- Buggies made getting around the property really easy
Could be improved:
- Had real trouble with the locks on our patio doors not easily locking/unlocking
- Room photos showed a bath, but when we arrived there were 2 showers & no bath in our villa
Overall: A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff in a good location. I’d stay here again. ☺️From$169

Lives up to its 3 star rating, offering a gym, restaurant and spa. Sino House is about 300m from a shopping plaza which contains the 'Pint Factory', and would be just 500m from Old Town tourist streets. Standard double rooms are as advertised, about 32m2 with king bed, refrigerator, sofa, table, and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bed is comfortable. There are sockets either side, including usb ports, and lighting controls. The bathroom (shower) is separated from the toilet, and the vanity mirror and wash basin occupies a space adjacent to the ensuite bathroom. There is a single elevator that services only the 5 floors, so fast access isn't usually a problem. The service is good here. I requested a room change because the aircon was ineffective and they granted the request immediately. Overall a decent mid range accommodation choice for Phuket Old Town.From$39

Repeated stay. The allocated room is very noisy till midnight as there are loud music playing all the time. The cleanness of the room needs to improved and toilet paper, face tissue are not replenished. There is no face tower given on one day during the stay period.
Good location, reception staffs are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is not bad.
The swimming pool water is a little bit dirty. Overall we have a good stay.From$67

Pros: Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was clean. View was nice. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Vendors are nearby and along the walk to get to the beach. Tours can be booked in hotel lobby or next door. A quality spa is next door, so it was 650Baht for 1 hour full body aromatherapy oil massage. There are street massages nearby for 200Baht if you want simple and cheaper. No noise heard from within the room. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Fitness room is simple
Cons: The beds looks comfy but it's hard. They went for extra extra extra Firm! A mattress topper was brought in and it was helpful. The building is very close to other hotels so you can see into other rooms and they can see into yours. Just make sure to close your blinds. Busy area so the roads gets traffic. Just plan ahead for it if you have to take a car somewhere.From$87

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.From$603

Definitely a neighborhood boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious even though I stayed in their basic room. Service was personal. However there are areas to improve, breakfast lacks variety especially if you stay longer, it is the same every day. Boring menu. And the biggest turnoff is NO Smart TV, no YouTube or Netflix on their TV which in this age, it is a basic need.From$154

The room was nice and the hotel had an amazing pool. The staff at the hotel is absolutely the best, especially the front desk staff, incredibly helpful. The hotel has nice details, such as the baskets available to carry the beach towels around. The breakfast is good and there is a lot of variety, I also liked that it starts quite early. The beach in front of hotel is nice and the sunrise view is very pretty. The pool has great views for amazing pictures.
The location is quiet but there are two convence stores nearby and a few real good restaurants around the hotel too. There are also several massage places walking distance.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I definitely recommend it. Calm location but with enough restaurants and massage places around, great beach view and great pool area, nice rooms and breakfast and absolutely amazing and super helpful staff.From$70
