Muy recomendable por su ubicación, servicio en general, precio acorde Pero lamentablemente la empleada de recepción en el turno cuyo horario abarca de de 15 a 23 hs, no brinda la misma atención cordial que el resto de los empleados. Muy mala onda, no nos daba los mensajes de la empresa que nos llevaba a las excursiones y/ o al aeropuerto. Una lástima porque los/las demás empleados/as inclusive del bar, muy simpáticas y atentas.

The spa is fantastic, several swimming pools with different temperatures and individual saunas that make the difference.

My rating is between a 2 and a 3 - went for a 2 due to some of the issues we had. The hotel is up a very steep hill - and yes, we walked it numerous times - it's very inconvenient and far from the main areas for shopping/restaurants. Breakfast (included) was poor - cold cereal, bad coffee, juice and some store bought/nasty pastries - I'd honestly rather have gone out to a local cafe (which we did after the first breakfast) than eat there. The rooms are PLAIN - I mean really plain - it's a room with a bed and a bathroom. We stayed in this hotel both before and after a cruise. I have suggested to the cruise line that they put folks elsewhere - for all the $ you spend - this is a cheap and unpleasant place to stay in. Other folks from our cruise were put up at much nicer places! I would try other places rather than stay at this one. The one NICE surprise was how nice the front desk staff were - nice and helpful - but that's it... Very poor internet on lower floors!!!

We arrivd at 8am and wasallocated a room,despite the stated check-in time of 3pm. Albeit I was given two bedroom instead of one bed room, I did not ask for change as my friend'sroom wasnear mine 144 and 148. Check-out time was 11am in stead of noon asstated in my voucher.

Excellent service, the hotel is directly opposite the beagle channel, the view from the large French windows is very good. The steak in the restaurant is only 80 yuan, which is delicious. The only drawback is that it is far from the city center and inconvenient.

An amazing hotel with lovely views. The restaurant was really nice and catered for all dietary needs. The hotel also has access to a private beach which was lovely. It is around a 10-15 min drive from the centre but the hotel does have a shuttle service, the times aren’t brilliant but taxis are not very expensive.

After the check-in, the double bed was changed to a double bed with a balcony and the view was good. The hotel is next to the street, and there is a little traffic noise in the evening. A small fridge and heating are available in the hotel.

A very good check-in experience, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, because the bed type problem has been communicated with Ctrip customer service and the hotel for many times, and it has been resolved. A very pleasant check-in experience
