The ONLY reason we had dinner at Cecil was Executive Chef Raj Kumar. For fun I was personally trained by a Three Star Michelin chef. Raj Kumar's Food preparation is second to none, and the presentation is superb. He suggested several courses, and each one was better than the next. Whenever we are in Shimla, whether we stay at Cecil or not, going to the restaurant is a MUST. Besides being an excellent chef, he is highly professional and courteous, with the biggest smile.
