The hotel location is very good, it is very close to the main attractions and shopping areas, very convenient, there is a girl who speaks Chinese at the front desk, very enthusiastic, proactively provide help, the introduced attractions are also very unique. The restaurant attached to the hotel is the oldest restaurant in Geneva. The food is exquisite. The onion soup is delicious. I ordered a soup. I saw that we were 2 people. We took the initiative to divide it into 2 bowls.

This hotel is heavily advertised as a family resort and they do indeed try hard. However, if you come to this place with your young kids who are hungry on different times than you and you actually want to enjoy your stay you are also dependent upon it being possible to eat a samdwich by the pool and enjoy a drink while watching the kids. At the moment my best tip if you’re going there with kids is to grab a sandwich at the ENI station nearby the hotel to avoid to have to choose from spending a couple of hours in the room waiting for room service or having to take your kids to the restaurant. I do understand the lack of service was due to the hotel being short of staff, but with several people working by the pool anyway it would have been no problem to organise room service deliveries of simple lunch boxes to the pool. Also charging almost CHF 600 for a return trip to Geneva with a boat or is a very good way of making sure the service is only used by people who do not think at all about what they are buying. Those two items in particular is not what you expect from a five star hotel who already charges top dollar for the rooms.

A suite with a terrace. The terrace is very small. The toilet and bathroom in the room are completely separated in different areas. It is very inconvenient to go to the toilet and take a shower. European bathrooms are basically equipped with shower rooms, which feels very backward. The service is still good, and everyone smiles every day. We are traveling by car, parking fee is 50 Swiss francs per day, valet parking...

Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.

The most comfortable hotel on this trip, the front desk originally said that it could be upgraded by 145 Euros. Later, I thought that the original room was also good, but I did n’t upgrade. The bathroom and bedroom are large, and the service is attentive and meticulous, especially for breakfast. We ordered all the dishes, all of which are above the standard level. They are particularly delicious, and they are exquisite. Highly recommended!

The location is very good, just beside the lake in Geneva, the hotel front desk is warm and the facilities are complete.

The lake view room on the first floor is surrounded by trees outside the window, and it is a pity that the lake view is completely invisible. The room decoration is relatively new. The location is very good, which is convenient in shopping.

The service at this property is great. Your needs are anticipated by the team, and the iced coffee is excellent, as well as the afternoon tea.
