He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

I came to Meizhou on a business trip with my colleagues. At first, I accidentally discovered this hotel. After reading many people's reviews, I thought it should be good, so I booked a twin room with two breakfasts and two dinners. The overall style of the hotel is quite grand, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The two 1.8-meter beds in the room are really super comfortable, and the quilt and mattress are also the most comfortable I have ever used! The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western and quite rich! The two-night set meal is authentic Hakka white-cut chicken and stuffed tofu. In general, it is very cost-effective. A luxurious large room is provided for us to use for dinner, which is full of ritual! The hotel's service staff are also very professional, and you can feel their proactive service.

Really great traditional style hotel, everything in great condition, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the usual Chinese buffet but it actually felt like some care had gone into it, including the chef cooking your noodles live. The only downside was the temperamental wifi. Other than that, thoroughly recommended.

It's strange why a hotel with good ratings in all aspects is only rated 4.5. I almost missed it. . Compared with other hotels with the same rating, it is not at the same level. . The hotel is conveniently located and convenient to go everywhere. Except for the large room, other aspects seem to be unsatisfactory: the equipment is really too old, the slippers are also cheap, the TV is super small and can't be turned on, the breakfast room and the corridor have a strong odor, and the worst thing is that you have to pay extra for adding a bottle of water. This is the second hotel I have encountered in this 28-day trip. The first one is Xiamen Henglong Garden Hotel. In addition, the health package in the elevator is simply speechless.

I booked a retest, but the front desk said there would be a smell of cigarettes because they played mahjong. I changed to a twin room with two children. The mattress is similar to Venus Hotel, both have an O-pressure mattress, but the pillow is much higher than Venus, so I didn't use it for one night. There is no way to change the price, and I understand it, one is the Chinese New Year, and the other is Valentine's Day. The toilet and the room have audio equipment on the ceiling, and the children danced on the floor listening to the music. Overall, it was good and slept until dawn. I felt that I didn't sleep well during the Chinese New Year.

The bedding is clean and the bath water and other facilities are good, but the noise in the room is really bad. The windows do not have any sound insulation effect. The road in front of the door is very noisy. The sound of karaoke is uninterrupted from about 8 o'clock in the morning to about 9:30 in the evening. It is very clear. I could hear every lyric clearly. It was quieter on the street than in the room, at least there was no karaoke sound.
