It was an absolutely lovely stay excellent staff and they where very friendly and helpful with any questions that we wanted answered or if we needed directions to a place will definitely recommend staying here or I’ll stay back here myself the best thing that’s a benefit is the heated pool that they have perfect for them cold days where you want to go for a swim but don’t want to end up sick.

The hotel is very stylish. We booked a room with a view, but our window was not facing the river. The view was a little disappointing. I don't know why the curtains were like this. The location was good. Overall, I was satisfied.

Nice location.. artistic room Cons My room has bad internet connection. Its intermitten. I need to go to lobby to have stable connection. Inform the staff, she will send it team but never happen. After that i inform for the second times. They put note in my room that the technician already reset the connection. But its still not stable until i check out When you stay @ W you will high expectation. This internet connection is really unacceptable

The front desk staff helpfulness especially Ms.Heema is exemplary.The suite is very clean and bed is very comfortable. Would suggest to have floor carpeted or provide room slippers for extra comfort. All in all ...a very pleasant stay. Excellent staff.

Very good, The location is very good, you can see the whole Hehe River view, and the breakfast is also great. We had a fabulous stay at Rydges South Bank. The staff and service was absolutely top notch. Friendly, sincere and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. The bed and pillows were incredible comfortable. Nothing was too much to ask for. Room service was quick and reasonably priced. Only negative is there is no parking at the hotel so you have to pay $55 per night for valet.
