Been to Dubai, stayed at the Amaha Desert Hotel and Jumeirah Group Hotel, still feel that this is the best. Everything is as beautiful as the picture. I enjoy a building and the copper lamp is very beautiful. I prefer the one in the toilet. The toiletries are complete and are also packed in delicate cloth bags. The comb is a wooden comb and has a great impression. Health is very good, we refused when there was cleaning service at night, because there is no need. The breakfast is also delicious, the bread dessert is a fragrant, and the dinner is not eaten at dinner. You can try it. The courtyard design is very good. It came out and found beautiful, many beautiful flowers, and very quiet. I have never seen other guests except the restaurant. The hotel can pick up and drop off guests, not to call a taxi. It is the staff of the staff who drive Mercedes Bentley to pick up. The next day we switched to the raid in the wheat field. We had to contact the other party to pick up the phone. As a result, the staff of Mansour were all connected, seamlessly connected and perfect. The most touching thing is that the details show the intention, the signature card, the delicious cake fruit. Since we wanted to change the hotel later, we booked a car at noon. I thought the hotel would remind us to check out. Who knows that there is no such thing. No one reminded me that the check-out time is up. We have to go back to the room at 12:45. Probably also know that I am leaving at 1 o'clock, so I don't remind me, very intimate details.

One word ”hao”, hahaha In fact, this hotel is definitely not bad for the prince. Let ’s talk about the level of luxury. The hotel has a Bentley car to pick up and drop off, but you can only choose one: pick up or drop off. It is not far from the airport to the hotel. More local currency can be reached. There are three Michelin restaurants in this hotel, which is one of the reasons why. Besides the room, I was amazed by the subtle decoration of the Moroccans. The hotel is decorated like this everywhere, and the decoration color is much better than your pictures. The rich one, I chose the one with 175 square meters, so it is really very luxurious. The room has the exclusive channel of the housekeeper. The room is still summarized by a character, and the service is definitely worth their charge.

We have been fortunate to travel the world and stay in many of the most renowned hotels globally, including two decades in Asia, but the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech stands out for being an exceptional resort hotel in a magical city. The gardens, public areas and pool are beautiful, the villas amazing, and the food throughout is fantastic (Ling Ling, breakfast and room service all excellent). However, the genuine hospitality of Marcel Thoma and his excellent team made our stay truly memorable - nothing was too much trouble, and we felt special from the moment we arrived to the last farewell. We visited and ate at several of the other well known hotels in Marrakech - so glad we booked the Mandarin as it is definetely the best by far in my opinion. We had a truly wonderful stay. Thank you so much to the incredible MO Marrakech team - we can't wait to return!

The hotel is a very good place to stay in the Mandarin hotel. The villa we had booked was beautiful and the private swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities were exceptional. The room was perfect and everything was planned from the cup of tea to the fruits basket the small sugar cakes the kings' cake ( January 7 obliges). The breakfast is beautiful and the 3 very pleasant restaurants. Maybe the map of the shirvan could have been more developed. A amazing experience to repeat. We will come back c! 3/4

This kind of price feels that this Amanlang has a false name. First, there are no snow-capped mountains to see. Second, the green environment is not as good as Mandarin Oriental. If you stay for one night at most, you don’t want to continue to stay. My personal experience is that Mandarin Oriental is much better.
- YUE
Very good hotel, cost-effective, the hotel environment is so beautiful, the service can be said to be perfect. Compared with other hotels of the same price in Marrakech, it is a great choice.

We stayed at the Eden Andalou Resort for four nights before heading to the Sahara for a family holiday this summer. The resort was beautiful and welcoming, with numerous pools, including its own Aquapark. My daughters, husband, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights for us was the sweet children’s drop-off nursery, available from 10-12 and 3-5. The staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my 4-year-old daughter loved spending time with them. She especially remembered Melak, if I recall her name correctly, who was so attentive and nurturing. I felt really comfortable leaving her there, knowing she was in good hands. The resort also offered a wide variety of cultural food options and convenient grab-and-go spots for snacks throughout the day. The staff were lovely, especially Ousman in the main restaurant, who took a genuine interest in each family and couple dining there. He was incredibly sweet, always making sure our children were comfortable and often bringing them drinks or yogurts without us even asking. I particularly loved the Aqua Zumba and Aqua Aerobics sessions—they were so much fun, and I couldn't stop laughing and smiling. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. The daily room service was excellent; our room was always in great condition, with fresh water, towels, and even the girls' bow clips neatly arranged on the dresser. We would definitely recommend staying at Eden Andalou Resort!
Food poisoning or sickness from the dirty water in the aqua park!!! I stayed at the hotel for 1 week and this is an honest review which I also gave to the hotel manager. We stayed here as a family of 5 for 6 nights! The hotel is definitely not a 5 star I would put it a 3 star! The rooms are cleanish! The windows are dirty and the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest I’ve stayed at. My 3 year old and 8 year old both had food poisoning or a bug for 2 days! I realised a number of children had been sick so I spoke to the hotel manager who was defensive at first. I explained to him that on the basis a number of children were sick, clearly it’s either the food which he denied but accepted I maybe the pool water. I felt the pools were not clean and contained very little chlorine, which he accepted maybe an issue, especially in the Aqua park Once we had our conversation about this he was very polite and allowed me to check out late the next day which I appreciated. All the staff were good, they will go the extra mile if you tip them 20 dirams every so often. The pools are good but the life guards don’t really sit on the high chair to see if there we any dangers etc. The food I felt lacked in variety it was very repetitive. Overalll I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it’s not worth getting sick!

The hotel feels very good, the room is not very big, the bathroom is a little old, some service staff are a little impatient, and some are very good. But the bed is quite comfortable and there is a big balcony. The scenery of the yard and the swimming pool are nothing to say. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation. The price is more expensive than the Four Seasons in Tunisia, so the price of more than 400 is actually a bit expensive. But guests who are not sensitive to price must choose this place.

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

This review is very late! We stayed at this hotel the first week in May and it was FAB-U - LOUS!! Loved everything …room, grounds, food & service. Special mention to EL HABBIB at breakfast service. This young man is a credit to the hotel and Oberoi group. He is so well groomed, polite, a beautiful smile and has the perfect welcoming genuine manner for a member of the management team. We wish him all the best for his career in hospitality!. Secondly we wish to mention the housekeeping staff…they are excellent. Special mention to Zakaria. He was so thorough in his cleaning and so helpful with everything. He even left me glass cleaner to clean my iPad! He again is such a credit to The Oberoi We hope to return in the future.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

We checked in in the morning, which we were very grateful to them for allowing us to do. Everyone was so kind and helpful even after we realized there was a problem with our reservation. They worked with us and never tried to charge us for the mistake even though they certainly could have (especially when it took a few days for our travel agent to fix it). The food was delicious, every single person was friendly and helpful. We also got massages at the spa and were so happy and relaxed. They even held our luggage for free for a few days while we went on an excursion. The rooms they gave us for the second half of our stay were even nicer than the first. They were in the process of filing the pool and we really enjoyed sitting out by it even though they were laying even more pretty tile (the hotel is very beautiful as it is, even nicer than the pictures). I will say the internet passwords kept expiring which was annoying, but they always gave us a new code without any issue except the minor inconvenience. We will definitely be back.

We checked in to our deluxe room, and it was a horrible stay. First off, the deluxe room building is the furthest building away from the hotel, and by the time we get to our room, the view from our balcony is of a construction site and parking lot. Our room had a particularly strong vinegar smell to it, and we asked to move rooms. We were told that every deluxe room was sold out and we would be able to move rooms the next day. Next day comes around and we didn’t hear from the hotel. Every call to guest services took at least 3-5 minutes until someone answered or called back. We also came back to our hotel room unlocked, and it seemed housekeeping didn’t truly close our door when they cleaned it. On our last night, the A/C didn’t seem to work. We called guest services and the lady I spoke to told me that it was turned off for the whole hotel. When asked why or when will it be turned back on, she abruptly interrupts me and says I’m transferring you to the front desk. I waited for at least 2 minutes on the phone before someone from the front desk to answer my call, and he informs me that someone will come check our A/C. We love staying at different hotels in different countries and had no issues with other hotels in Marrakech, however, our stay at Movenpick was very underwhelming and staff didn’t seem to care at all. This has been a very awful experience, and hope that the hotel management can make a much better experience and improvement for others.

Very nice hotel. Very nice and spacious swimming pools. The rooftop pool is very nice, you feel like you're in the middle of the medina and at the same time it's very relaxing. The bottom pool is very large but there is quite a lot of noise in general. We had to be upgraded when we arrived, which was really nice. The service is very good, however the breakfast is of good quality but the choice is quite limited and that is what disappointed us the most. In short, a very good experience :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways.

With the hindsight of some of the reviews i have read on this hotel, my conclusion after just staying here for a few days is they are absolutely not giving the hotel the justice it derserves. Yes the hotel is old, might be some tiles missing here and there' or some wall plug not sitting 100 % in the wall. But generally its not a problem that can't be solved if you ask the staff they are both friendly and helpfull. With a large family in marrakech and the experience of travelling here every other year for the last 30 years this is nothing out of the ordinary on hotels of marrakech unless you are staying at something absolutely high end hotel which will probably cost you small fortune Garden is magnificent with a spacious pool area, friendly and helpfull staff that solves any problems you might have, good food with fair prices. Rooms are spacious well ventilated (Ive read a lot of people complaining about the A/C, to that i can just say morocco is one of the warmest places on earth specially during the summer time and thats not anything even the best A/C can solve) The only negative thing is the area around the hotel once was a ”highend” district with lots of luxury hotels sadly the last couple of years the area has been in decay leaving it quite ”dead” which means you have to find a taxi to get to anywhere interesting which is not a big cost (20Dh-40dh), but can be tricky if you are travelling more then 3 persons due to lack of big taxis and the fact that small taxi´s only take 3 people. But i guess TIA (This is africa) Pool 4/5 Stars - Minus one for missing tiles/renovation Garden 5/5 Stars - Big and perfect for the kids to take a nap in the stroller Rooms 4/5 stars - Minus one for minor renovation issues Staff 5/5 Stars - Friendly, helpfull and good in both arabic/french and English Price/Value 5/5 stars

I visit Marrakech alot so have a lot of positive (and negative) experience with hotels and other accommodation... I can honestly say this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Check In was about 4 hours long Room wasn't cleaned and new towels weren't offered throughout our stay TV, Safe, AC, Wifi (that they advertised) did not work upon sending a technician to the room, the Wifi worked and nothing else No rail in the wardrobe - asked for this to be sorted no go Side room with a balcony that overlooked a derelict building,,, locals using the hotel for the weekend were put next to us which is great but they came in at 3/4am and were very loud Pillows and bedding were basically non existent - lumpy pillow, rock hard bed, rags for bedding would be better sleeping on the floor Balcony peeling, no furniture on balcony Bar staff tried charging us for drinks we didn't have Pool area is awful. Overgrown grass, dirty cold pool water, broken furniture Overall was a negative experience in this hotel that was only made better by the fact we were in Marrakech which is one of the greatest cities in the world AND the fact the hotel across the road is a little better and you can go and sit by their swimming pool and enjoy their facilities. Basic tip for anyone thinking of booking this hotel.... just spend a little extra money and head somewhere else.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only big downside on my side is the fact that there is a lack of soundproofing. The 3 nights we stayed, we were woken up at different times (1 a.m., 2 a.m., etc.) by other people in the hotel (tourists and team staff) who were talking shouting in the corridors and couldn't care less. had absolutely nothing to do! Same at check-out, a person from the team went to check our room. The 2 small towels that the employees should not have returned were missing. We had some rather unpleasant thoughts as if we had stolen them!

The hotel room is old, we stayed at 4th floor, wifi was fine. Breakfast was ok, dinner choices was limited. But for the price I paid, it was great. Regarding the room, a mixed start to my stay and a first evening, being very manic and looking at cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team told me about it. changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing. Regarding the common areas, cleanliness is excellent and hydroalcoholic gel is available. As for the gym and the swimming pool, great I have nothing to say, very well maintained. The catering is correct too bad some of the hotel's restaurants are closed due to the Covid. The agents at the reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool are attentive and are very responsive. Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very nice when you land at 11:50 pm. Finally, the stay went well despite some improvements to be made and a sense of detail to be developed. Thank you for this stay.
