Everything was great. We stayed one night before our cruise and used the shuttle service. Very convienent and prompt. The breakfast was very good with lots of different options. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very clean and quiet and is very comfortable. Spacious room. A 20 minutes from KSC . And 15 minutes from cocoa beach. Very good place . Petit dej pratique. Piscine non chauffée. Tres bons resto de poisson (cheur mais très raffiné) fat snok a 15 min ou tiki bar grill à 4 min en voiture sur le port ( bon marché) .

My family and I stayed here the evening before our cruise in July. It was clean comfortable and a great place to stay short term. I would suggest this hotel to families with children at Port Canaveral. Thinking of trying this hotel in other locations as well during our travels.

Great location for those focused on kennedy space center or cruise tour. Large rooms with kitchen amenities. Reasonably priced laundry rooms. Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

Great location, spacious rooms and clean. We stayed in the bedroom suite as a family of 7. Comfortable. Pullout queen bed in the living room. Pleanty of space for a big family at a great price. Shuttle to cruise port comes every half hour and is $12/pp. We ended taking uber for 7 people cost $8.

Very friendly front desk staff. Well equipped suits and comfortable. With a few slamming of doors while trying to get some sleep but after it quieted down we got a good night rest. Great kitchenette very clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend it

Do NOT stay here. They have no generator in case of emergency. And,IF YOU RESERVE A ROOM AND YOU DONT STAY UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION DATE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED!! At the very least ONE NIGHT FOR MOT STAYING THE ENTIRE TIME! LOOK THROUGH THE REVIEWS! This hotel is NOT like all HILTON hotels and is independently owned. They have a hard policy of early check out of which they don't tell you. IT'S CRIMINAL!! Save yourself the hassle and your hard earned money. Stay anywhere else!!!

The accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.

Reception staff are welcoming and very helpful, namely Suzanne. Rooms have been renovated but still feel dated with a cheap makeover. Lobby area and restaurant is better. The photos make the hotel look a lot nicer. Car parking is an astonishing $12!

This was my third stay at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront. It’s a fantastic location, and the facilities are always clean. The food in the restaurants is consistently tasty, and my personal favorite is the poke bowl served at the outdoor restaurant—super fresh and delicious! We always receive excellent customer service here, which is becoming rarer these days. All the employees—housekeeping, front desk, servers, beach rentals, bar staff, etc.—were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during our most recent visit (September 2024). Special thanks to Jamie at the front desk for rearranging things and allowing us to check in early after disembarking from our cruise ship. This gave us the opportunity to spend our entire last day in Florida on the beach without worrying about luggage storage or check-in times. Highly recommend this location!

I’ve never been one to leave reviews but I HAD to for this one. My family and I went here on a whim after losing power in the hurricane. We chose it for the lazy river but WOW was I amazed by all that it has to offer. The staff was so kind and generous, the breakfast was awesome, and they had the most detailed and thought out courtyard/pool area for kids. There was even a surprise mermaid visit and a kids outdoor movie night, as well as a huge sandpit with endless sand toys, and a little kids wading area in the pool. Super awesome place all around!

The Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach should not be on your short list of hotels to stay at. Being a part of the Marriott family of hotels, one expects a minimum level of quality that is not evident here. In a nutshell, this is a $110 hotel that is charging you what the nice hotels are asking. At Best, this is a 2-star hotel with a 4-star price tag. Do yourself a favour and start your vacation off right by staying at one of the other places. First, the ‘upgrade’ to the Jr Suite with Atrium view gives you a window that looks into the surf shop. Or more accurately, gives shoppers in the surf shop a view into your room. That is the only light you will get into your room, and now the shutters must remain closed. Do not ask for the upgrade, and for heaven’s sake, do not use an Upgrade Certificate for this. The age and lack of upkeep and/or remodelling is apparent everywhere in this hotel; from air conditioning droning on loudly, to the bathroom with dented shower curtain rods and mismatched toilet seat lids, to small TVs replacing what once was a 42”. This hotel is suffering from time and last of re-investment. Even the pool is misrepresented and could use a good pool cleaning service. If you had visions of doing some laundry while you stay, get in line for the single machine on the 5th floor and bring lots of quarters. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly, they keep what they have clean, plus there is a surf shop just outside your window for all of your Beach activity needs. The beach is only a block away, straight up the road. Listen, make your own mind up, everyone has different ideas of what is acceptable and when. If I was evacuated from my city to here, acceptable. In the middle of an awesome vacation, not so much. My family and I will never be back.

Take your time and interact with Christine and the chef; it’s such an intimate setting and a perfect opportunity to learn more about this Teesside culinary artform. To make your way to the Ocean Oasis the next day, book this hotel near the cruise terminal. The room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel has a bus to the cruise terminal ($7 per person), which is very convenient for cocoa cruises than the cruise terminal. The hotel is located in the area of Cocoa Beach, after staying at Cocoa Beach, it is beautiful. There is a big supermarket behind the diagonally opposite the gas station, which is very convenient for shopping. There are several restaurants nearby and Cocoa Beach attractions for lunch and dinner.

We are hunkering down in Cocoa Beach, having evacuated from Tampa during Hurricane Milton. The staff could not be more friendly, helpful, and pleasant- even as they are facing their own stress from tornadoes, wind and water. We just finished a fabulous, fresh dinner from the lobby restaurant. Shout out to chef Justin and server Vanessa! Our steak, swordfish, mahi and even the Cobb salad was outstanding! … better than the meal we had at a local seafood spot last night (good enough but much pricier). no free coffee ij the lobby in the morning opting for a paid coffee bar instead. meh. clean rooms, good showers, comfy beds. nice atmosphere. friendly people. sold!

Not a bad thing to say about the stay. I read some questionable reviews but I really wanted beach access so I stuck with it and I’m so glad I did. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, clean pool and a beautiful beach right outside our balcony. If I had to search for something negative I’d say we had people smoking on their balconies but honestly, how is that the hotel’s fault? We will definitely stay here again.
