The hotel location is great, it is very convenient to call watertaxi directly to the entrance of the hotel, the hotel keys are very nice, and welcome wine and chocolates are provided. The hotel's breakfast has many types and is delicious. The toiletries are from Parma ~

Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! The service at the St. Regis Hotel is very good. The staff are warm and thoughtful. It is definitely a 5-star service. The facilities and environment are also first-class. It is also very close to St. Mark's Square. It only takes about 2 minutes to walk there. Of course, the price is A bit expensive, but reasonably expensive. This is a very good memory for me in Venice. I will stay here again next time I come.

This is a hotel with a profound artistic background. The entrance of the hotel is not too big, and there are surprises everywhere after entering. The location Excellent. An extra bed is available. It was already 22:00 when I checked in. I came to the hotel restaurant with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect the most amazing thing to be the upstairs restaurant. This is the most formal Italian restaurant in Europe. Eat Serving a dish with a set of tableware is too particular. It was great to have a great foie gras, the beauty of the dessert and the rich flavors. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even more unexpected. Not to mention the top-notch view, the rich and delicious breakfast is also top-notch. The location is very close to the Bridge of Sighs. St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.

The staff at this hotel are so helpful . From the moment I booked , I emailed to request some opera tickets be reserved and transfers arranged . No request was too small . They create a really lovely atmosphere . The hotel is beautiful , a lot of attention to detail ,throughout . Even on a wet day or when you just want to sit and watch the world go past ,the hotel has areas to sit outside / undercover or in the indoor ‘ living room ‘ .We will definitely be back . The lagoon rooms , may cost more , but the view is incredible and you will not be disappointed . Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay .

Very impressed by the new hotel, which opened its doors in August of 2021. Very well designed interiors, friendly staff with great recommendations and service, breakfast included and great location with a spacious broad walk right in front of a ferry station.

There is no other hotel I am most satisfied with. I will definitely come again next time. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and a cup of 🥃 after dinner is comfortable ~ The decoration of the room is amazing, and you can make a blockbuster movie in minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment I rented was exactly as it appeared in pictures on line. I was traveling with a friend and wanted my own room and bathroom so I rented a two bedroom apartment. It really is an apartment with kitchen/dining area, a living room, two large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable. The floors are cement or a hard material allowing everything to be extremely clean. You are near the academia bridge, a short walk to the Giglio bus stop and a ten to fifteen minute walk to St. Marco. I liked the extreme cleanliness as opposed to opulent , draped rooms at the older hotel. The staff is young and helpful trying to make your stay enjoyable. Having just renovated two homes in the states , I was impressed with fixtures and the beautiful kitchen. The only problems were that the floor of the shower was extremely slippery and needs a mat. I used a small towel to stand on. The air conditioning in the bedroom requires leaving the drapes open over the unit but there were fans in each bedroom in an effort to solve the problem. The laundry is on the first floor and is basically the hotels laundry which was not appealing to me. I did understand it as a choice in managing a piece of real estate. I would definitely stay here again for the comfort and spacious rooms.
