Excellent! The service is sensationally good. The rooms are clean, large enough with small kitchen and refrigerator. The pool is very well maintained and there is a pool bar. The hottest day of Europe, this hotel was our rescue. We had a problem with the car the staff was super nice and helped bring our car to the deep garage. The bar is well equipped and you get professional information for drink.
We used the wellness area with sauna, steam sauna and massage. There were overall only positive experiences. The staff is everybody in individual multilingual. Great! We're happy to come back.

The hotel is the only five-star hotel in la Rochelle located in the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and very patient when checking in, and will introduce the hotel's functional areas in detail. The room is spacious, clean and bright, suitable for family travel. Prepared to have breakfast outdoors, the staff intimately helped me to put the selected plate out, and also covered the cover, very careful.
