Simply AMAZING!!! This Thai manor functions as a boutique hotel in which rooms can be booked individually, but through Airbnb, our large group essentially rented the entire place (even though we did not use all available rooms). Location: The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood and though some restaurants and shops are within a 10–15-minute walk, old town Chiang Mai is about a 15-minute car ride away. Transport: A free shuttle is provided 3x a day and should be requested 30 minutes in advance. Return is simple & inexpensive via taxi, tuk tuk or Grab (Thai Uber – available through an app). Arrival: Transport to and from the airport was provided. We were greeted in the main lobby with cool cloths and chilled butterfly flower tea before being shown around. Slip-ons are best as guests must leave their shoes at the entrance and wear the slides provided to walk the remainder of the hotel. Hotel-provided slides are removed & left at the door prior to entering each room. Rooms: There is a quiet central koi pond around which several rooms are located; rooms on the second floor overlook the central pond. There is also a more private 2-room suite tucked in a corner on the second floor – like a mini-apartment with 2 completely separate rooms connected by a short hallway and more isolated from the main area. Each room is uniquely stunning and has its own special appeal (from massive bathroom suites to private verandas to large soaking tubs). Apple TV is available for those with a subscription. Snacks, coffee and bottled water are provided in each room and are refreshed daily. The beds are large and extremely comfortable (on the firm side which is our preference). Most, if not all, rooms had king size beds though the Airbnb description lists them as double. There are roosters on the adjacent property at the far end of the koi pond so if the early morning noise will bother you, choose a room on the opposite end – though the crowing couldn’t be heard inside the rooms. We personally loved this! Food: Breakfast is included, and it is requested that you place your order the night before. The menu includes waffles, pancakes, eggs, omelettes, fruit, Thai noodles and more, and the meal can be taken at any time of day. We sometimes had this meal for dinner when our tours left early in the day. A basket of hot breads (croissants, pastries, toast) is provided in addition to menu choices. There is coffee and several kinds of fresh juice too. We ate in a beautifully appointed seating area next to the koi pond, but staff readily accommodated us when we wanted to move to the indoor piano bar on chilly January mornings. Spa: We made much use of the spa area including steam room and sauna as well as booking massage therapists through the hotel. Though more expensive than local street massage facilities, these therapists were extremely professional and some of the best we have had in Thailand so worth the extra money. Plus, they come to you, so you can stumble out
This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in! Here you are the master! The hotel is very special, the service staff is very warm and the service is meticulous. Whether it's greeting, eating, or any other time, it is very ritual. We are taking children out, and there is also a seesaw kid who likes it very much. The hotel is not big, but the service you want can basically be satisfied at any time, very luxurious! We like it very much. As for whether it is partial, I think it's okay. The hotel can arrange car delivery at 10, 12, and 5 o'clock. The grab taxi farther away is also very convenient! The driver took us to the Saturday night market for free, and returned 130 baht TUTU car. Did not feel any inconvenience. Massage is also very comfortable! In short, this is a low-key luxury hotel worth staying at!

We traveled there with a fear that the hotel may not be as nice as the other Four Seasons hotels we have visited in the past. But we got there and got amazed of how the hotel is. The hotel is built around a lake. On a side of the lake there are sone rice plantation. The rooms are all around the lake and the plantation but hidden in a beautiful forest and gardens very well maintained. The hotel has, nearby the lake, an activities area including rice planting, pink buffalo bathing, pottery learning, etc. It makes you feel like you are living in a small thai village, in the middle of the nature (ok… luxury village in a luxury nature… ). The room is a “Four Seasons” room with a plus for the outside pavilion, high up from the ground and accesuble from the room through a bridge. All for the two of us to enjoy a drink and a cigar after the dinner right in the middle of the nature (luxury forest as previously mentioned…). So, you may see similar rooms in other hotels but domains as in the Four Seasons hotels you definately won find easily elsewhere. Even the pools were built by using green ceramic, so everywhere you look it is green. So relaxing for the eyes! Overall, it is hard to find the right words to describe the feelings this hotel gives you. If you are a traveler, you should not miss the Four Seasons Chiang Mai.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! You literally wake up in the jungle with sounds of nature and wild life. The service is on point. All the employees are very attentive. Activities offered by the hotel are fun, especially treating those buffalos that leave in the property. We highly recommend to explore some of the numerous cultural sites such as temples in the vicinity. If you're active you should definitely enjoy a hike on one of the nearby mountains. Visiting elephants in their natural habitat can also be organised by the hotel. We enjoyed delicious dinners at the hotel especially due to the amazing service of Aom. We will definitely come back.

Because I saw this villa online and loved it so much, I decided to go to Chiang Mai for the May Day holiday. When I arrived at the hotel and saw our villa, I was not disappointed. The pool, restaurant and room were all comfortable and satisfactory. The staff was also very warm and polite. The refrigerator was always full every day and I couldn't finish it. Breakfast is probably the only thing that I think needs improvement. The menu is the same for four days, and it feels too monotonous in the next two days, but the taste is still very good. Before I went, I wanted to see an introduction to the surrounding environment but couldn't find it. I will say a few more words. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes away from the ancient city and Maya by car. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The ORB at the door of the hotel is also a treasure, but there is no 7-11 and Masha** at the door. We rented a car, so it feels convenient to travel. If you want to stay at home, you don't have to look for food in the hotel.

Very satisfied. Small but exquisite. The room design is very thoughtful. It feels like a combination of Thai and Japanese styles. The service is very good. It is better than the so-called butler service of those international group brands. The restaurant's food is also of high quality.

The room is exquisite and high-end, and the rooftop pool is so comfortable in the evening. There is no garden, so we can only share it with the resort hotel opposite. At the intersection, there are attendants who stop cars so that customers can cross the road safely. So, the service is very good. Love this hotel.

My family could not have asked for a better experience. Toto (our butler) and Ann (the general manger) helped make our trip especially memorable. Our kids loved Toto and continue to tell his jokes. Ann keeps a keen eye on this property, always looking to improve. Only 30 rooms allows for a quaint and serene rest. The rooms are large and comfortable. Easy distance to the walled city. The 137 pillars staff ensure a seamless stay.

We loved this beautiful hotel. The staff (especially Toto) are top notch. Anne Arrowsmith the hotel Manager is Amazing. She goes above and beyond to make her guest feel welcome. The rooms are gorgeous , the property is so lush and well maintained! We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Chiang Mai.

I am a regular visitor to Chiangmai and thought I should try out this new hotel in town. What a fabulous experience it was The room is very spacious and the hotel is decorated in a modern style, with plenty of Thai touches. The lighting is good and the mirrors in the room are great if you love a mirror selfie as much as I do. The club lounge, (known as the level) is one of the best I have experienced I loved the cocktails of the day especially the Chao Phraya one made with local rum, very delicious, and so much fun to have it made in front of us in a fabulous copper coloured shaker. The service in the club is excellent, the manager Taemasin is very charming and super helpful. He had so much passion for the hotel My only regret is that I did not get to dine in the Mai restaurant. I had seen some beautiful pictures of the food on instagram, and after I talked to Taemasin, who told me that the food is so much more special then the photos can show, I know that I will definitely be back.

The service is very good. The staff at the front desk helped us book massages the first day we arrived. Breakfast is ok, with the advantage that it last until 10.30 (from 6.30) which some hotels do shorter. Location wise is a quiet area, but lots of bars, restaurants and massage parlours to choose from. The room was also very well decorated. Would definitely go back again

A beautiful boutique hotel hidden in a quiet street. I like the location because you don’t get noise from the street. Chiangmai in General is not a big city, so wherever you stay it won’t be too far from where you want to go. Once you step into the hotel, you will be amazed by the entire environment. Beautiful pool, beautiful houses, and beautiful rooms. The service may be the best in Chiangmai. The girls at front desk are very friendly, professional, and attentive. Ms. Art speaks perfect English that makes our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is delicious and varieties. The only thing needs to be addressed is the bed frame in the room. It is a wooden frame with sharp corners and mattress sit on top of the frame but not fully cover the corner of the frame. So be careful when moving around, otherwise it is easy to get hit on your legs. Overall, I love this hotel. I will definitely come back next time back to Chiangmai. You won’t be disappointed.

Huay Kaew Chiang Mai|4.96km from city center
I came there with my family in December 2015. The view from our room was great (we booked 3 rooms) and the rooms were clean. This hotel is best for relaxation as the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious too, but they didn't specify the name of the food (it was a bit difficult for us to identify halal food). Another problem was that there were no restaurants or (similar to 7-11 convenience stores) shops nearby (the nearest restaurant takes 10-15 minutes to walk). Besides that, the overall experience was great.

We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. There is a kitten that is part of the hotel super funny We recommend it to spend a few days in Chiang Mai it meets the essential requirements of quality price location We would return for sure

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either. The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room. There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

Stay again for sure Reserve a family room, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, 2 rubber pillows, open the door to see the pool view. It is a salt water pool, not very deep, so children can play. very like children The service personnel are good, friendly, there are services and facilities that are convenient and ready. The only disadvantage is that the entrance is quite narrow. Because coming to the Fortuner car, the entrance is very suitable for the car, there is a risk of scratching the car And if it's still a rather sharp curve But inside the hotel is very ok It's private, not loud at all. Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient! The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal. You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.
