My parents and I had a staycation at the landing. My mom and I went to the spa, the Swedish massage is amazing and so relaxing. The room was clean and cozy with a perfect lake view. The heated floors in the bathroom are my favorite thing! Dinner was so good, portions were large and definitely got our moneys worth. Service was friendly and efficient.

Yes, the better hotel in Lake Tahoe, but the room type given by the hotel is not the same as that booked on Ctrip. Because there are many people, they have already checked in, and it is rare to carry luggage. They don’t care about the hotel again. This time, I went to the United States and found most American hotels. Will give a different room type, before in Boston, after mentioning the hotel, it was transferred, a little bullying Chinese feeling

The pros: It’s on the lake. There is a dock less than a 5 minute walk we’re you can rent boats and jet skis. There’s also a small shopping center with gelato, 3 restaurants and a paint and sip shop. The wedge salad at the hotel restaurant is good. The small kitchenette is nice to have in the studio. Black out curtains work well. Indoor and outdoor pools. Red Hut, a tea shop and Whole Foods are across the street. The cons: the hotel, while serviceable, is dated could use an update to modernize and brighten it up. The furniture in the units is dated and looks very shabby. I’m not sure it was advisable to use the very scratched and warped Teflon pots in the room. The rooms are dark. The pool area is underwhelming. Then there’s the lack of a bell man. I normally do not care about having a bell man but in this case it matters. The parking for non owners is a solid 10 minute walk across the street in a parking structure. While not necessarily difficult, it adds extra steps that are inconvenient to younger ones but could be very challenging to older ones. All in all, it’s a hotel with great potential. Hilton purchased the property recently. I hope they bring it back to the beautiful hotel it originally was 30+ years ago.

The hotel is located near the city centre and not far from the cable car to the mountain cable car. It is very convenient for skiers and the hotel is fully equipped with free parking. Breakfast is free, and each person can order a Western breakfast at a single point. It tastes good and has a very good weight, but a tip must be paid.

We were there for a week and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit dated but everything we needed was there. Staff promptly brought towels and other supplies and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The pool and 4 hot tubs were right outside our building and plenty of towels available day and night. . The valet parking is $32 a day but parking is very limited in the area. A nearby (8-10 min walk) public lot behind Raleys is $24. The ACE valet attendants were very friendly and careful given.the tight quarters outside the hotel.. They (hotel staff and parking valets) are all about texting and sometimes it is hard to get a voice.

Very large hotel with all the facilities. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a free breakfast and the quality is good. It is very suitable for family discharge. The area around the hotel is very convenient, ski resorts, shopping centers, food, ice skating rinks, hypermarkets, cinemas are all very close. However, the disadvantage is that the pickup time is slightly longer, and the indoor air conditioning noise is a bit loud.
