Ctrip is also enough. Originally, I had already set a room on Booking. I saw that Ctrip was a lot cheaper, and I retired the Booking. However, the so-called sea view room that was given to the store through Ctrip is a room in a room, and the TV wall of the other room is the bedside of our room. The TV and other sounds in the next room are clearly heard, which seriously affects sleep. The next day, I can only change the room. It is not the balcony room with sea view. I had tossed for a long time before and after changing rooms, and I was still in a bad mood. At the same time, the check-out also received a 142 knife ”Hotel Tax”. This tax order is not available, can you return it?

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel! I have NO complaints!!! The staff were amazing!!! They are so friendly, helpful and fun!! They make you feel like you are staying with fun family members. The food is outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ocean view rooms and pool are comfortable, gorgeous and clean!!! I have NEVER been at a hotel when I didn’t have an issue. We danced, shopped, swam and toured the city. The hotel was the perfect place to end each night in the heated pool. When I come back to Puerto Rico I will stay at this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful hotel right in Condado on the beach. Staff were great in addressing questions and providing service at the pool, beach, and restaurants. Also has a casino which was fun. Great stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. I booked this hotel by accident. The hotel is new and in a good location. I booked a deluxe king-size bed this time. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they arranged a room for me. The scenery outside the window attracted us the most. The lake view is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus point. It was a special trip. Satisfied.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Will be booking future trips with this hotel again in the near future! The view was espectacular.

There are not many Puerto Rico hotels to choose from on Ctrip, and the reviews are limited. Most of them are reproduced on booking. This hotel was chosen at random based on price and location. The hotel is quite old, the rooms are not big and clean, ten minutes drive from the old town, and there are some seaside highway scenery along the way. The hotel has two small swimming pools, which are mainly used to bring baby water. The beach in the hotel is very close, and a nice evening walk. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and Star Dad are available. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Cantonese. The dishes are generally large but expensive, and three people eat ninety dollars quickly. Not recommended if there is no obsession with Chinese food. Breakfast at the hotel is not bad. If the requirements are not high, it is okay to eat enough. After all, the old breakfast is simple. After staying for two days, I got up to prepare for a bath the next day and found that there was no hot water. The parking lot is huge, $ 17 a night.

We spent one night here before a cruise. The hotel was clean and basic. They have one small elevator so be prepared to wait. It is a short walk to the beach, through a rough neighborhood. be alert at night. A rooftop area has pretty views with comfortable seating. There was no bar, but local stores do sell alcohol, so we purchased a few bottles of wine and beer to enjoy the sunset. Here on the rooftop they serve morning coffee and a continental breakfast.

Went to this hotel this morning to enjoy breakfast like had on Sunday morning (Very Good) while charging my phone and waiting in the lobby A Gentlemen Named “Melvin” hotel staff member (refused to give me his last name ) said to me in a very arrogant manner that I could not sit down n the lobby area that’s was completely empty bc I was not a guest at the hotel. Mind you that I’m waiting for a friend to have breakfast. I proceeded to the bar area to order some breakfast bc apparently you can be on the property if your not consuming I ordered breakfast. Feeling completely humiliated and uncomfortable about the Melvin’s additude and approach towards me I ask the bar tender what the gentleman last name. Melvin noticed I pointed to him and proceeded to walk over to me and say we have you in observación if I don’t like what I see I will kick you off the property. I felt completely disgusted/ and humbled by the way Melvin spoke to me that is not how you treat a paying customer. Management needs to do better there are ways to communicate a message or policy without being rude and be littling another human being.
