Actually, it's nothing that the room is old, it's really quiet. The room service is online, the main thing is that the restaurant is disappointing. I stayed for two nights and had two dinners in the Chinese restaurant. The service was not good and the dishes were served very slowly. I went there without a reservation at 5:30 on the first day. The tables were almost all reserved. I hurriedly sat down in the corner and ordered dishes. The dishes were not served until 40 to 50 minutes later. On the second day, I wanted to make a reservation in advance but was told that it was not allowed. The reason was that many guests who had made reservations the day before were late, which resulted in other guests having no seats and were complained. If there is a problem with their own reservation mechanism, they just cut it off? Seeing that I was angry, they changed their words and said that it was okay to make a reservation... I ordered a hot pot set meal in advance, and after arriving on time, I waited for another half an hour before the soup pot was served. What's the point of making a reservation? Anyway, there was all kinds of waiting. It took ten minutes to serve a bowl of rice. During this period, the waiter was often nowhere to be found. No one cared when the soup pot was almost dry. The service had to rely on shouting loudly. The breakfast was not good either. I have stayed in three Bailian restaurants, and this one is the worst

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. On Sunday morning, I woke up naturally to the crisp singing of birds. I opened the curtains and the sun filled the room. It was another beautiful day. When I came to the breakfast area of ​​the hotel, the rich and diverse meals were dazzling. Western bread and ham with fresh fruits, Chinese rice noodles and porridge were all available to meet different tastes. Sitting by the window, while enjoying the delicious breakfast, I admired the scenery outside the window, which put a warm end to this weekend trip. The two-day trip to Kunming Songpin Hotel was a luxurious baptism of body and mind. Here, every moment is properly taken care of, and every detail shows quality and style. Although I have embarked on the journey home, the good memories of Songpin Hotel, like the warm sunshine of Spring City, will remain in my heart for a long time, looking forward to the next reunion.

After the stay, it was amazing and the service was great value. Although the business dinner provided is simple, it tastes great. The scenery is invincible. It is very good. It is about an hour's drive from Kunming. It is the first choice to escape the city on weekends. It is also very good to have a party with family and friends, very recommended

Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt Kunming, and the room looks luxurious, very clean comfy bed and room, and we were given a nice welcome plate of grapes on our arrival. But I felt the pillows could be more comfortable as it was quite thin. The staff at Grand Hyatt were also very nice and prompt in their service. When we rang the room service, the staff were very fast in meeting our requests. From the front service desk, to the bellman, and the staffs that delivered water to our room, they were all very polite and helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. A special shoutout to Nancy at the front desk for her great, friendly attitude, and going above and beyond in her service during our stay. Will definitely recommend Grand Hyatt Kunming!

The independent courtyard is very quiet, the room service is very warm and thoughtful, I spent New Year's Day here, and the hotel also gave me a bracelet to participate in the electronic music festival, which is very convenient. I thought the RV space would be smaller, but except for the slightly smaller shower space (there is also a shower in the yard, and I took a shower in the yard later, there was plenty of hot water and it was not too cold), the RV space is completely sufficient. In short, I spent two very pleasant days.

We needed a place to stay as we had 5 hours to kill. We are a family with two young kids so this hotel situated within the airport premise is perfect. They gave kids toothbrushes and pastes as well as kids' slippers. The kids managed to get some sleep. Then once it's time to check in, we just head upstairs. Departure is on 3F and hotel is on 2F.

The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice.
