The biggest highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool. Children can play with water and sand, and adults can lie on the lounge chairs and order a drink to relax. But the room is really bad, with a strong musty smell. The most important thing is that the hygiene is very poor, very poor. When I first checked into the room, there were clumps of hair on the floor. The quilt was covered with two sheets. I accidentally opened it and found all kinds of stains on the two quilts. I got up late on the first day and missed the cleaning time. When I went out, I asked the front desk to clean up in the afternoon. The front desk agreed casually. Sure enough, when I came back at night, there was no cleaning at all. I cleaned normally the next morning, but it was still not cleaned, just the items were neatly put away. In addition, it is a distance from the downtown pier supermarket. Although it can be reached on foot, it is not recommended to bring children, because it is still very tiring to walk to the dining supermarket every day to buy water supplies. In short, it is very popular to pursue the Internet celebrity check-in swimming pool, but don’t choose it if you want comfort. Children can also have fun in lagoon.

The room is quite big, the swimming pool is very comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very good. The room service is not expensive, and the restaurant downstairs tastes good. Coffee in the room is free.

Very nice hotel and staff within easy walking distance to the Reef terminal and esplanade where there are many restaurants and shopping. Room had a small balcony with a view of the cruise ships coming into cairns. Room was spacious and clean. had a welcome bottle of Prosecco from the staff for my Wife's Birthday!! very nice!! Highly recommend this hotel (has a nice pool too!!).

The balcony in our suite was great. I spent hours there enjoying the beautiful blue sky and view. The room was great and comfortable. The concierge was doing a great job. They arranged our two days in Cairns very well. The breakfast here was also great. The service here was really great! A great hotel!

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

We stayed at the Crystalbrook Flynn for 7 nights. The experience was 5 Star. From the check in. The Customer Service from Amar was one of the best I experienced. He looked after us for the beat room he can allocate us. He was friendly and courteous and is a star. The hotel was amazing. Very clean. The room was amazing with big balcony and comfortable beds. I would be definitely staying at Crystalbrook Flynn again when I visit beautiful Cairns next.

Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable hotel with all the creature comforts you need and central position close to many amenities. We stayed in a King Room for 2 days which was perfect for what we required for our start of our trip. Would stay again. Didn’t eat at CCs restaurant which was right next door as we had many other options to choose from and were looking for a comfortable place which this was. Hint:: If your looking for a power socket next to your bedside, it’s underneath the main bedside shelf where the phone is, hard to find but it is there.

This is definitely a place that is orientated more towards families rather than couples. What was good was the friendly staff throughout the resort, the food and beverage service and the convenient underground parking. Stayed in a deluxe king room on the fifth floor overlooking Cairns city which appears to have been recently upgraded. Room smelt damp on entry and after the first shower it was evident why. It is hard to believe that someone designed the shower so that water flowed directly onto the floor and out into the living area even when you had the least amount of water flow possible. Wee bit of a design flaw I would suggest. Also, when booking a King size bed it would be a good idea to ask guests if they want a second bed in the room along with connecting rooms. I personally have no wish to have connecting rooms unless I am staying as a family. This door along with the front door were not particularly well sealed and you could here plenty of noise from outside and next door. The balcony is marketed as being intimate in yet has one chair and being a connecting room has nothing between you and your neighbours balcony. Hardly intimate. Based on the reviews I am sure this place is perfect for families however, there are better choices for couples elsewhere in Cairns.

Deborah was amazing! What a valuable staff member to have with the team She made our trip very special as the kids enjoyed the popcorn at the movies and the strawberries at bfast We loved the pool, It was our favourite and why we chose to stay there! The rooms could be a bit bigger, but pretty good for just a couple of nights. If you were doing a long trip with the family, it probably wouldn’t be ideal having some apartment style buildings would be a big bonus for somewhere with such great facilities and location.

Pullman's is close to everything in town. I rang Pullman's the day after I booked a room & asked reservations if I could get a upgrade to a harbour view, the reservations person said that yes I could get an upgrade & that it would cost me an extra $20 a night on top of what I had paid, I said should I pay for that now, they said no when you arrived it will be $80 as I was staying for 4 nights. When I arrived I asked them about my upgrade & they said there was no record of me wanting an upgrade & that they could not help with a harbour view room as they did not have any available. I had other friends staying at the hotel at the same time that paid for mountain views & got harbour views. The furniture in the rooms were old & tables were swollen & had big chips out of them, outdoor table & chairs were not 5 star. We had breakfast at Coco's, I had ordered muffins, my friends had ordered omelette & bacon & eggs. I changed my mine 1 minute after I ordered, I wanted waffles I asked the staff & they said yes they would change my order. My friends order came & I waited for 20 minutes before I got my waffles. Staff were walking around the restaurant with orders & asking people had they ordered this, they had no table numbers, no idea who ordered what, they looked very unprofessional.

The hotel is in a good location and the room is very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony and it's only a ten-minute walk to the pier. This time it happened to coincide with the storm in Queensland. The airport and roads were closed, and the tourist attractions were closed for several days. Fortunately, it was a good feeling to stroll around the town on a sunny day on the third day, and finally I was able to go snorkeling and swimming at Green Island.

We really enjoyed staying at Mantra Esplanade. The only thing I’d mention to sun lovers is that the hotel pool has no sun during the whole day (we were there in June 2021) so went for a swim to the lagoon across the road instead.

Perfectly located with friendly staff. Very quiet considering it is in the heart of the city. Only 5 minutes away from the airport and the harbour and esplanade is out the main entrance

The room was clean and quiet. It also had a nice view where you could see the sea and the rainforest.Service was good , and it was easy to call a taxi ,you just need to press a taxi bottom in the lobby and taxi would come to the hotel within 5 to 15 minutes .This was really cool!

Hotel location is average. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the restaurant and the center. The service at the counter is not very good, with expressionless eyes, and will not tell you the details when checking in. The air-conditioning in the guest room cannot be adjusted, it can only be turned on/off. When the air conditioner is turned on, it will feel very cold, and when it is turned off, it will be a little stuffy, and there is only a thin blanket. The bathroom in the guest room is very dilapidated. Others are fine. Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is OK, not far to the surrounding places, but the rooms are not very clean, and the efficiency of the staff is very slow

We recently spent two nights at the Pacific Hotel Cairns and found it to be good value, well located and clean. The room was modern and the beds really comfortable. The only downside was the view onto the parking lot but we didn't book to enjoy the view from the room so that was fine. Also have a nice buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. We look forward to going back again soon.

The restaurant menu was restricted because of staffing issues and when we did eat there my wife had a nice ravioli however I just about required a saw to cut my steak. Nice views from our balcony but sadly interrupted by the occasional smoker on nearby balconies. Good location, small television with free to air channels only. A lack of amenities in the bathroom with very friendly staff. So some good and a little not so. Overall a good stay.

I could have given 5 stars but didn’t because I requested to give me extra 1 hour check out time but they declined. They just didn’t care at all those people on the front desk. I won’t come back there are plenty hotels in the vicinity, a little walk is good exercise; plus the night market is on the other side anyway.

Free parking (indoor), home apartment hotel. Mainly close to the central station (central shopping mall), I need to take a long-distance bus early in the morning. Walk about 5 minutes to the station. Walk 1 minute to the mall! I have not tried breakfast (I don't know if I have any problems). If you have a family with children, it is recommended to book two rooms in Unicom (not recommended for extra beds, more crowded). Walking from the hotel, there are plenty of places to eat in 10 minutes! A wide range of specialty dining.

The personnel is helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and the bar/club is always busy. You can eat, drink and party all at the same place. The air conditioning in the rooms was a bit too strong, and there is no controller to modify it. It's a centralised system. The bed has to be done by yourself when arriving. Finding it done would be appreciated. A shelf and individual light in the bed would be really useful. The building is very big and has enough room in the common areas and kitchen (which is busy at any time). Services are fine overall.

I left another local hostel after one night as it was just too noisy - I wanted a place for a good rest so that I could really enjoy all the amazing day trips nearby. This place did just that! I booked a single occupancy room (shared bathroom) on the day and stayed for 4 nights - great value for money and really did the job - I had a perfect rest here. Other guests were of all ages and were friendly. The hostel was very quiet at night and put on some optional entertainment (I chose not to partake and it didn’t disturb me at all). The pool area is small but great! Big kitchen area to cook in and store food. The staff were great at helping me book day trips and the location is fantastic for these (I did the Great Barrier Reef, karunda skyrail and daintree trip from here and the location was perfect). I would definitely stay again!

After hearing our angry complaints, the Japanese guy at the front desk helped us adjust the room and transferred to the room that matched the photo of our order. Although the area of the room did not reach the 39 square meters described on Ctrip's website, and there was no exhaust fan, it was very ventilated. The air is very good and the view is beautiful. It’s not mainly the aisle balcony. When we left the store, the attitude of the old gentleman at the front desk was also very good, but the attitude of the female staff was extremely bad.

The hotel is located about 1 km from the ferry port with a nice view of the nearby hills. The rooms are spacious and tidy, but the corridor and elevator could use some renovation. Traditional Australian breakfasts: scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, cold cuts and Vegemite, which we tried here for the first time. Sometimes plates were missing and the coffee machine broke down.
