Best choice I made for our 3 days in Cape Town! Camps Bay is considered as the South African Miami… long white beach, good restaurants and leisure cocktails vibes! POD Camps is the place to be for enjoying at the maximum this joyful place! Service and Staff are very kind and professional, they assist you in everything like having a persons butler always ready to find a solution for every kind of requests! Breakfast is WOW effect and you must try their underwater Gym as well! What we loved the most? Our private heated pool in our room pavilion! Of course we will come back!

The place is more than extraordinary, the staff are extremely wonderful and very careful about our safety, food is out of this world and especially in Tryn Restaurant. The managers are very supportive and you can trust them very much, especially Clint and Bridgette. Josh is a very knowledgeable person who will be more than happy to assist you with planning your vacation whether you are staying in the estate or planning to go outside for different activities, restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms are just wonderful, extremely spacious and quiet, just the way we wanted. Walking around the estate is just beautiful, the scenic routes are just a beauty to the eyes.

The staff and service was excellent! Be sure to have breakfast - the food and service is impeccable. Our room was very comfortable; the bathroom was upgraded. The V&A Waterfront is walkable (20-25 minutes) during the day. The area around the hotel is quite safe, but being in the CBD there are homeless people begging. The hotel arranged hotel transfers to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Our room was on the street side, so it was a bit loud at night - nothing a white noise machine can't drown out. Easy access to bars & restaurants in the square.

Having travelled to many many places around the world, I must say that this rates as one of the finest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The view is dramatic. The people are very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is decorated as though it was the owner’s own personal home. Simply beautiful. Even the bath towels impressed me with their quality and softness. And, the Hostess and Manager Toni is one of the most gracious, friendly, and helpful people that we have ever met. She treated us as though we were family, immediately upon our arrival until she bade us a sad farewell as we departed for Hoedspruit for our Safari. I can’t say enough about how grateful we were for how well we were treated during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Cape Town area.

It's pretty good. I'm also lucky to find a store opposite the hotel. High safety factor, City sightseeing buses will also pass by South Africa is quite chaotic, but safety comes first
